Im so thankful also grateful I chose Americas Best for my eye exam! You literally saved my vision! You sent me to Wills Eye Cherry Hill for more extensive testing where it was discovered I was loosing the vision in my left eye! I had very little vision left. Im being treated for my vision loss. I have months of treatment ahead but it will be worth it just to have full vision again! Thanks once again to Americas Best Vision Center and the great dedicated staff that are employed at your facility they are great

The Americas best in cherry hill is very negligent and careless place. Eye doctors are horrible they are trying to get you In-and-out quickly. making a ton of mistakes. Working personal anybody works in the front desk they are very nasty they make a mistake they dont want to admit they will start blaming on you. If you guys want best eye care for your kids stay away from this place! And whoever giving 5 star in this place that you see in the reviews it is their working personal

Went to have my glasses adjusted (frames purchased elsewhere). The optometrist didn’t give me a disclaimer that if anything happened to the glasses they’re were not responsible. The lenses were damaged and they replaced them, however they they refused to adjust the frames when I picked them up. Poor customer service when I picked them up. Now back to square one

Best experience at an America’s Best. The eye doctor was really great, they didn’t pressure me into any extras like a lot of other locations have, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The manager was the person who helped me during checkout and he was very nice. My glasses were done in just 8 days, and the man who helped me with adjustments when I picked them up was awesome. Even if I don’t work in this area anymore I’m going to make the drive to this location in the future. Thank you all!

My appointment had the makings of the worst appointment in my life, luckily that wasnt the case. I dont recall her name but the blonde woman at the front desk was an angel! She was beyond helpful trying to help me figure out my annoying af insurance and making sure I was content. The eye doctor was very knowledgeable and kind. The glasses consultant/ sales woman was easy to talk to and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this place.

I read some of the reviews so I was nervous about going in & paying out of pocket. My intentions were to buy the deal for 69.95 & I read about hidden fees and how it’ll be more. It was such a great experience from start to finish! I was greeted by the girl at the front desk and she brought me back right away. She was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. She didn’t pressure me at all to purchase the extra test for $20; she mentioned it and that was that. I had my eye exam and it was very quick and easy. All of the staff was great really. I ended up finding 2 pair of frames I really liked for the 114.95 and that was my total! No hidden fees at all. It was honestly a really great experience and I will definitely be back. The America’s Best in Audubon is closer to my house but they were booked until the week I go on vacation so I called Cherry Hill and they fit me in. I’m really glad it worked out that way because I’ll be making this my new office. I forgot to mention they were very very clean! They wiped down my seat when I was finished and had me place the frames I tried on in a bin so that they could clean them. Hand sanitizer everywhere!

I feel like the associates are told to try to upsell you. It’s also very misleading that half of the prices shown on the glasses aren’t the accurate pricing. Also the signs are very misleading, all over the store it says that they have a sale going when you buy any two frames. However that doesn’t apply to me for whatever reason LOL overall they were nice but I will not be going back here.

I don’t have insurance so I went in there with the intention of paying out of pocket. I’m almost blind (prescription is -9 for reference) so I need special lenses; I was able to purchase two pairs of glasses for about $300. In North Jersey, one pair of glasses with my special lenses are about that much. I also had an old pair of glasses repaired as a screw came loose. Finally I want to mention that the gentleman assisting me, Mr. Jacobs was incredibly helpful in every way. He went the extra mile and made sure I left a happy camper, and I did.

Probably the worst staff and optometrist I have ever encountered. They gave me 4 inaccurate prescriptions. I had to go out of pocket to a new eye dr (not americas best) for the accurate reading. then they refused to correct the glasses and contacts that had the wrong script that they gave me!!

I can honestly say the advertising is a scam!!!2 pairs for 69.99 yeaaa in your dreams.They don’t tell you, you have to pay for your lenses.And if we’re speaking on the good ones. Your looking at about anywhere from 60 to 80 bucks. Also taxes.I was looking into ordering contact lenses. I spoke to some lady about in November and in December.She said 6 month supply is about no more then 55 bucks flat. I went and ordered the other day at this location, and the guy who rung me up was talking about 3 month supply for 64 dollar and some change. I told him and he repeated the amount. Clearly rude as to say this the price you either want them are not.I truly feel as a scam. I paid a additional 100 bucks for insurance.Worse customer service skills I ever seen.This place is a rip-off

I AM SURPRISE!!!! the store has improve their customer service. The staff are very friendly and the moment you set foot inside the store you will feel this amazing positive welcoming. They have people who are bilingual which accommodates to my needs. They help me identify my Vision provider, not only that but they fix my old pair of glasses that I love so much. I can truly say that I am more then satisfied with their customer service and I would advise you to go to Americas best at Cherry Hill, NJ.

Ive been going to various ABC&E for several years. Never had a bad experience. Joined their eye-club for free exams last time I was in (at a different location) two years ago. I realized this week that I was out of contacts and needed a new script, so while running errands I walked in to make an appointment. To my surprise was shown directly to the exam room after filling out some paperwork. 15 minutes later I had new contact lenses (2bx for ~$50). Cant say anything negative about the experience. In-and-out in 30 minutes, tops. They were quick, professional and friendly.

The advertising of 2 pairs of glasses for $69.99 including eye exam, it is a pure lie just a marketing trick. I end up paying after everything was set and done $375.00 big difference between the price that they advertise and the real price. When I pick up my $375.00 glasses, I had problems seeing clearly from the left Eye. I went to see my own ophthalmologist and find out that my prescription was off. I went back with the new prescription. They agreed to re do the glasses. When I went back to pick up my glasses, I was told that It showed in the system that I already picked them up, when I clearly did not pick them up. A week later I received a call that my glasses were ready to be pick up. The staff are Irresponsible and rude. Do not do business with this company. The worst eye wear company in the area.

Great experience! I called for an eye appointment, got one that same day. The assistants, sales staff, and doctor I saw were very helpful and personable. Got a fashionable pair of glasses and tinted sun glasses for $85! In and out in less than an hour.

The front desk women is very rude . I wear glasses and contacts as well as my 3 daughters so we brought in alot of business. We would buy contacts and frames, anytime one of my daughters would come in to use the insurance for the glasses she would have an attitude and was very pushy. We have since left and are happy where we are now.

Will not be patronizing the Garden State facility again. One bad experience after another with this recent pair of glasses. Eye dr. said they dont recommend using your old frame with new lenses. The front technician said he never heard of that. Hmmmm. Just marketing ploy to buy new frames? Then the frames I ordered were not correct. I had to wait another two weeks. I asked them to mail my Rx as no eye doc was conveniently in at the time, (so I could get sunglasses elsewhere), and they never mailed it. I had to return to adjust the frames on this new pair and asked for the Rx in person. I discovered about an hour later, my frames hadnt been adjusted at all. In fact, they hurt even more. And bottomline, they ARENT less expensive than purchasing from my previous eye docs boutique shop.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My mother arrived for an appointment to not be greeted by anyone at the counter apparently. I walk in a few minutes later after parking the car to find my mom still standing there and a young lady walking in behind me. Apparently she was the receptionist. Instead of her explaining to us that our appointment would need to be rescheduled after my mom just waited unassisted, she just began reading off different times, like excuse me?? She had NO MANNERS. Will never return.

I had an exam for contacts and glasses. I ordered one pair of regular glasses, one pair of perscription sunglasses and I was given a trial pair of contact lenses. They told me they would call me when my glasses arrived however they never did. The next week I went in for a follow up contact lens appointment and was given a stronger percription. I asked about my glasses and they had them ready however the sun glasses I order weren’t tinted so we had to send them back. A couple days later my contact lenses were delivered but they were the wrong perscription. I went back to the store and picked up the sunglasses (again I was never told that they were ready) and told them the wrong perscription contacts were ordered. They told me they would order another set and I could pick them up from the store they told me they would call me when the contacts arrived and three weeks went by without a call before I just went in to pick them up. Steve the manager was extremely rude and unapologetic throughout this whole ordeal. I will not be returning.

I wont be returning. They killed me on the costs and Im not even happy with my glasses. One pair, I havent even worn because I hate them. 2 pairs of glasses cost me over 500.00 out of pocket and after my insurance coverage. Thats ridiculous. I need a script for my contacts but I wont be returning.

Horrible service. some people were nice but the new lady doctor brushed off what my boyfriend was saying to her. he felt like his prescription wasnt right, his vision was blurry most of the time and his eyes are always dry. her response was a, hmm. then we asked to try a different brand instead of cooper vision but she suggested something else and it was still cooper vision... so we figure we will give it a try. we checked out and she said they will order the prescription. it has been almost two months but they never ordered anything for him. to make matters worse, i called to ask for his contact prescription and they gave me his glasses prescription and said only they can order his prescription. how do i know it was a glasses prescription and not contacts? their is no such thing as a .25 cylinder for CONTACTS! this is crap, as a patient you are allowed to take your information with you even if its your contact or glasses prescription! i dont believe in spending hard earn money to a business that dont give a crap about you! we went there hoping they can fix his problem so he wont have a hard time seeing. disappointedly, now we have to go somewhere else.

Better and cheaper than others in the area. I usually go to Americas Best Contacts & Eyeglasses because the prices are so much cheaper. However, my Wife just started a new job with health benefits that include VSP insurance. The closest VSP provider to me is a retailer located on Route 38, next to the Cherry Hill Mall. The total out-of-pocket expense with insurance for an eye exam and one pair of Flexon frames with basic lenses was over $100 (wouldve been well over $400 without the insurance). I couldve bought two pairs from ABC&E without insurance for less than a quarter of the price!!! The Flexon brand frames I got are almost identical to the Outpost Flex brand frames I got from ABC&E. ABC&E also have a lot more choice in styles the other retailer. After receiving my new glasses, I noticed that something wasnt quite right. Theyre not as sharp as the glasses I got from ABC&E two years ago. The doctor re-examined me and the retailer assured me that the prescription is correct. They said that I just have to get used to them. Ive been wearing glasses for 30 years and any new pair (with a tiny increase in strength) has always seamed like a huge improvement from the second I put them on. Im trying to resolve this problem but at this point, Im ready to throw them away and go back to ABC&E. Bottom line, Ill never get suckered in to using VSP insurance or their network of approved retailers again when the copay for one pair is more than the total cost from ABC&E for two.

The lady with the beard and mustache at the front desk is terrible and speaks to customers in such a condescending way; She made me run out the door as fast as possible. DO NOT COME HERE. I went in just to renew my script to order my contacts. I was a little grossed out that the technician told me to put my used contact case back on the shelf to be used again, so i threw it out. Then I woke up the morning after with pink eye. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to be treated here for the infection.
