Terrible... I asked about readjusting my medications 2 weeks ago, but he said he can no longer help me but would still help get VNS.. And would also refer me to memorial neurology. However, he simple refuses to send my paperwork to VNS after Ive already been approved! And simply refuses to send my referral to memorial or change my medications that cause me to nearly stop breathing. He never listens to me when I try to communicate with him to let him know of changes and sends me to the ER when I have any seizures in his office instead of dealing with them. Weve only done an EEG and no other testing in the whole 3 years I have seen him.

I had to switch neurologist because of insurance changes...... prior to swapping the office had told me if I paid $170 on a bill I owed there that my other insurance didn’t pay (the bill was like $400) they would write off the remainder of the bill due to me not having to make payments and paying th full $170 upfront..... I get a phone call from a very rude hateful man stating he’s woh some collection agency they’ve turned me over for that $400 amount! I told him I’d pay attorney fees before I paid them..... that is poor business ethic and them trying to get double paid when they broke an agreement they had.

Dr Han talks so fast with broken English and is so rushed I left really confused as to how I was supposed to take the hand full of samples he gave me. The nurse was unfriendly and acted like she was mad about something. It was very easy to an appointment. I got it within a week! My headache has slowly gone away over the last 2 months. I don’t know if it’s the 4 medicines he gave me or if it would have anyway.

This guy gave me a spinal tap in his office at 400 pm in his office. At 430 he told me I was good to go home. However, when I was leaving he told me I would have to deliver my samples to another Hospital because he erroneously thought that one would not take my insurance. I had shut down migraines anytime I sat up for 2 weeks. Han refused to do a blood patch to stop the pain.

I called the week prior and left a message. They called a week later to flat out say they did not understand my name in a rude tone, then even as I am explaining my name she barely responds to ask, did you call and leave a message. Well OBVIOUSLY. You listened to the message and got my number. However before I could even answer, the rude receptionist on the phone hung up on me. I have and will not ever call them back or want to go to their place for any of my neurology needs.

This “doctor” prescribed medication for my spouse that almost killed him. He doesn’t care about his patients. The only thing he does care about is his ego. He believes that other practitioners are below him and will not communicate with them in order to coordinate care. He will force you to see him for an office visit even if it’s been a month since he last saw you. He holds that over your head to leverage you getting the care you require from another specialist. He’ll push Botox on you as the end all-be all solution to head pain and when that doesn’t work he’ll try some other snake oil. Find another neurologist. Too bad good neurological care is nonexistent in Chattanooga.

Dr. Han deserves to lose his medical license.NEVER EVER visit Dr. Han. He tried to kill my grandmother. She has been seeing him for years and trusted him completely. He abused her trust and had her on SEVERAL medications that were doing her more harm than good. She was almost dead when we finally got her to get a second opinion. Every medication Dr. Han had prescribed her was unnecessary. The new doctor got her off everything and within a week she is walking again. If you know anyone who does see Dr. Han, try to convince them to get a second opinion. It could save their life!

I meet with him and felt like he heard nothing that I was saying. Lack of doing the job he was given. Listen to what your patient is saying.

Dr Han was very attentive and professional for all of my appointments with him. He prescribed me only one medicine, and only a couple of rounds of treatments. He tested for multiple things, and was very thorough in providing almost inmediate relief. He was very caring and genuinely concerned about my comfort and well being, and very knowledgable in his field which showed in,his actions and knowledge about my symptoms.. He does have a kind of strong accent, which CAN come across as somewhat gruff, but if you listen past his voice and accent, he is a caring and compassionate doctor. No different than if somebody with a thick Brooklyn accent might sound more forceful or gruff than they are actually being. His office staff went above and beyond on one visit, i had a bill and didnt know it or have the full amount to pay them for the visit. They rescheduled me for the next day AND made arrangements for me to bring only a portion of the balance with me instead of the full payment, so i could afford to get seen and treated and pay the remaining balance as soon as i could. Not very many doctors, moreso specialists left nowadays that put patients NEEDS over ensuring being paid first.
