Dr. Kundu is an enlightened doctor who clearly cares deeply for his patients. In my experience, he has always been very thorough, honest, and a man of high integrity. I highly recommend him, and have no idea what these other people could be taking about. Perhaps the went in looking for something specific, and he determined that wasnt the best option for them. But, he is truly a great doctor!

This Dr is not worth the money. Their billing employees do not know what they are doing. I have been over charged every time and then was issued a credit for the next visit up until the point i cancelled all future appointments and ask for a check to be sent for my credit where i over paid. Then i was told i actually owed money. No i do not because i was refused my appointment unless it was paid in full every single visit regardless of knowing my insurance would be paying a portion of the bill. Not only that the Dr was not concerned with finding why i was having migraines only wanted to keep giving me pill after pill.Never once got up from his desk to do an exam. Only talked to me about things that were no way related to having migraines. Actually made fun of me to my face about where i choose to live. So what if i live in the country what in the world does that have to do with my migraines? Nothing at all. He ask me what my thoughts were on health insurance on where the United States ranked on a scale between other countries. That had nothing to do with migraines. This is the absolute worse Dr i have ever went to in my entire life. How he has made it 39 years in the health field is beyond me. I would not suggest him to my worst enemy. He doesnt deserve even 1 star but it will not let me leave my review without it.

Dr. Kundu, himself, gets results but if you need a prescription filled, hes gonna take his precious time doing it. His staff is absolutely ridiculous. I havent met a single member of his staff that wasnt rude or inconsiderate.

This doctor sat at his desk and asked me questions for half an hour. He told me there was no such thing as migraines. He only gave me a prescription to help me sleep. Those pills had serious side effects. And, his office is filthy. What a waste of time and money.

Worst person. Absolutely so indignant, this person refused to help in any way. Horrible name for a horrible family. This man is an abortion. This is someone who pretends you don’t read the news and thinks everything is a made up story. Buddy: just cuz ur office looks like shid and your area is poor doesn’t mean we are here to give you free caviar. Buck up and quit your job, cheapskate. Do not waste your time. Major attitude with this guy. He is playing god. Now I gotta spend more gas money he thinks everyone has on finding someone different.

Was rather disappointed. Went as a New Pt. today, and the doctor never once did a physical exam. He diagnosed me based on symptoms - wanted to start me on a medicine that I had explained caused an adverse reaction previously. Then talked down to me trying to explain WHY my headaches are indeed NOT migraines and WHY I need to take that medicine. I will not be going back NOR taking the med that I already said was harmful to me. His NP said one thing and then he said something completely to the contrary.

Nurses are extremely helpful in this location and the Cleveland,Tn. office too! Dr. Kundu has been helpful with my seizures and migraine headaches!!

Dr. Kundu is a top-knotch neurologist. I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. He has a very professional yet compassionate approach. He is efficient and thorough. Highly recommended.

Awful doctor didnt care at all about my pain or symptoms. Glad I got away from that jerk. Never examined me just sat behind the desk the entire time. Very rude

I went in to this doctor because I was experiencing bad headaches, which resulted from a neck injury. Kundu saw me two times, and that was only him sitting at his desk, telling me that theres no way to tell if my neck injury is causing my headaches. He did NO MRI, or ANY other x-rays or tests, to come to his conclusion. Im EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this doctor ! I would advise EVERYBODY to NOT SEEK KUNDUS MEDICAL SERVICES !!

Horrible practices. Dismisses a patient because you miss 2 appts in 2 years and called his after hours that is set up but they claim they dont have. Horrible

He is a very efficient doctor and is very good at his work.

Didnt examine me... Didnt care... Id rate him a 0 if I could.

Waited at least 45 minutes to see the doctor when I arrived on time. Not the type of neurologist who talks to you about your condition very thoroughly.
