I couldnt be more grateful for Kate, Shannon, and Dr. Busch, as I stacked 2 procedures into one- a lumbar puncture and myleogram. They were compassionate and kind, listened to my concerns, and I had little pain. I wont go anywhere else again.

Pricing increased at the time of service. Be very careful with how and what they are quoting - the wording can be confusing and can cost you a lot more.

Weve been waiting over an hour for the appointment. If you tell me the appointment is at 11, I shouldnt be sitting here until noon and then told its going to be another thirty or more minutes.

The staff is VERY professional, friendly and accommodating. Kristy made our visit easy and pleasant.There was no long wait and the COC is easy to locate and has plenty of parking.

My wait time was incredibly long BUT the staff were amazing and really friendly. I wasn’t feeling the best and they were very understanding and kind (despite the fact that I had the apologize to the poor woman doing my CT scan for behaving ugly toward her)They knew what they were doing, and the facility was clean.

Interesting place! This is the 1st medical facility Ive been to that asks your preferred gender and preferred pronoun ....I am always happy when they call you back within 10 minutes of your actual appointment time! The staff was very nice and everything was well explained and went smoothly!

Personable and knowledgeable staff. Went in for an MRI and Jason, the technician that I dealt with, was very professional. He put me at ease and explained exactly what would happen. He did have issues trying to find a vein for the contrast dye, and apologized profusely for the multiple unsuccessful attempts, but this isn’t new to me as I know I have stubborn veins that don’t want to give up the goods. This was my first MRI. My spouse had them before and suggested taking ear plugs. They do have some there, if you ask for them. I knew how much my ear plugs attenuate noise, so I opted for mine. I STRONGLY suggest using ear plugs. The laying still and the closeness of the machine didn’t bother me, the machine noise would have if were not for the ear plugs. That machine is LOUD. Nice folks. Every single person I interfaced with was professional and appeared to enjoy working with both the clients and one another.

Ive been here for imaging four times in the past year. Dr. Busch was able to diagnose a shoulder issue I had been having that was previously downplayed, and now Im getting treatment. I felt the professionals were very thorough with their jobs. The mammography staff is also excellent. Theyre efficient and conscientious.

Their MRI scan of my prostate resulted in detecting what had been missed by other medical staff elsewhere for years which gave me the knowledge to choose my treatment so that my life was spared.I could not be happier for what Prime Imaging accomplished for me. Wonderful People with great technologies and equipment which made all the difference in my life.

I would like to say I went for my nerve conductive study test and the facility is under construction. But even in the madness . They still were very professional. I would like to say Sheila Gowan is just a sweet lady. Kristy was very polite in helping me prepare for the test.

Want to thank Dr. Joe Busch, Jeannie, Roland, and everyone at this clinic. Very Loving professionals and a Doctor that cares for his patients. I am one of the fortunate ones and with Dr. Buschs help, so far, have avoided un-necessary prostate surgery. Thank you a million times.

Most staff was very kind and helpful. Wait for services was minimal on date of service. They made a copy of disk for specialist without hesitation. The staff that ran the MRI on date of test must have had a bad day and was terse which led to a four I stead of a five. My neurologist said prime had excellent MRIs.

Dr. Busch Sr. is the best radiologist anywhere. He takes time with each patient and explains every MRI thoroughly. Thirty years ago I was told he was the best Dr. in town. I was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor & told I had 10 days to live. I was alone & made the surgeon call him. He said send her back to me- I dont think it is malignant. I had to have surgery at the Mayo Clinic, but the tumor the size of a football was benign. He is an awesome Christian doctor who is known worldwide! Even now I insist he do all my MRIs. Chattanooga is very fortunate to have him.

I have always had very good service here. The staff in the office have always been caring and friendly. The medical personnel try to alleviate my fears and nervousness during my procedures. The physicians have even talked with me personally if I had questions or concerns.

Excellent staff and top rated equipment! Plus, Dr. Busch was so incredibly thorough in his explanations; there was no rushing; he took his time—and the security staff had to let us out, as Prime Imaging had closed for the day when we were finished. I’ve never experienced this kind of care anywhere. Fortunately, I didn’t have a prostate problem that required attention, and was able to establish a great baseline for further reference. What a stress reliever. Men, if you are proactive about your healthcare and need timely, accurate information, Prime Imaging is the place. We were 314 miles away by car (4+ hours). Small price to pay for piece of mind!!

This was my first visit at this center and I was very pleased with the way I was treated. From the front office staff to the nurse and doctor I saw. They were all pleasant, efficient, and made me feel at ease. I arrived 30 minutes early to be sure I had plenty of time to fill out any paperwork and I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back, but thats expected at most doctors offices. All in all it was a great experience. Dr. Kaplan was fantastic and I would go back anytime.

Went to see Dr. Busch I’m so glad that I did. This doctor sets the standard for other doctors and now I now truly know how a patient should be treated. He thoroughly explained what I needed to know and answered all the questions from my wife and I. After the care I received from him he called me the next evening at 6:30 pm to provide me with the results of some test that were taken. So glad I went to see him.

Came here to see Dr Joseph Bush for a prostate MRI and a targeted biopsy. Scheduling was on time and all the staff was so nice and professional. Dr Bush is outstanding and truly an expert in prostate imaging and biopsies.

Im a pretty big guy. Had mri done in an open machine. They are some of the only folks around who can do these tests on larger people. They can perform several different test here and they are very knowledgeable and professional. Give them a try they can usually help.

Very efficient. solved problems with my size vs the opening of the scanner. was able to produce copy of my scan on DVD for my medical file.

The mammogram technician is awesome and wonderful. At one time COC had a womens wing that was relaxing and welcoming. No longer is it a womens only area. Thats unfortunate in my opinion. It was one of the reasons I chose COC in the past for my annual screening.

I too got a bill a year or more later after procedure saying I owed the entire amount of bill. It was a collection notice. Up until that time I had not received any notice that I owed anything. I have medicare and a supplement B policy that should cover any charges. I phoned the bill collector and they told me I owed the bill and it was too late to file insurance. I then called Chatt. Outpatient Center and questioned the bill and was told the bill collection company was no longer used by the center and over 750 people had called about their bills.I was told I do not owe anything by the center.I wonder if the bill collection company has been ripping off people about their bills for sometime. I had about the same thing happen with this billing service about two years ago. After going around and around, it was noted that I did not owe anything.

We were there for several hours after the appointment time. They NEVER sent me a bill for what we owe, assuming if we owed anything after insurance paid, we would get a bill from them, then last week I received a call from a collection agency, FURIOUS about that, Ive called their billing dept 3 times in a week & half, their voice mail says leave a message and we will promptly return your call I have yet to receive a promptly call back

Paid entirely to much, and did not get my issue resolved. Terrible system, terrible service,. I was told I have to pay full price on an foot MRI because I am not a diabetic.

Dr. Busch is the BEST for doing multi parametric 3T MRIs of mens prostrate! This should be done BEFORE having a TRUS biopsy (if insurance will allow). I drove 7 hours to get my MRI because there isnt a 3Tesla MRI machine in all of Cincinnati! Had no billing problems and didnt have a long wait. I even had to have a followup guided biopsy the following morning. Dr. Busch even called me personally 3 days later with my pathology report! No many do this!

I was sent for an MRI with contrast to see if I had damaged my rotator cuff. This involves injection of a contrast fluid into my shoulder. It was an excruciatingly painful process. They repeatedly injected my shoulder (7 times!) and had to hold me down to do so. The poor woman ahead of me actually screamed. I suggest you go elsewhere.

Extremely long wait lasting hours after your scheduled appointment time.

I have had two imaging procedures at Chattanooga Outpatient/Digital Imaging of North Ga. Both times I have been quoted my portion and then was surprised with a bill of $306 and then $200 more than expected. The first visit I was told I would not owe anything for my MRI. Then I got a bill for $306. The second visit, I was told I would owe $101.50. After sitting in the second waiting room for a little over two hours, I finally got my MRI taken. Although the staff was mildly pleasant, the incompetence in billing and later customer service will keep me from going back. The billing representative told me I was able to call my insurance company and get all the information for the cost of procedures and what I would owe because the insurance company would only give the office limited information. Mediocre service and financially straining is not the kind of business I like to participate in.

This place is the worst company to go through when it comes to customer service. Theyre rude and hateful and have no compation for anyone. I will never deal with these people again and I would advise other not to deal with them. I have never in my life been lied to by a medical facility or treated the way I was treated. The customer service staff need to be fired and the building needs to be shut down since they dont even have the right equipment to do what they need to do for patients. I had a bill from this company along with many other bills due to several health issues through the year. I was trying to oay down my bigger bills and pay a little on each one but some months some got out back. I got a call they said if I could pay $5 on it before 10/31 it wouldnt go to collections. 2 weeks later it went to collections even though I paid what I was asked and now because it went to collections I have to pay more each month to get it back and keep it out when the other girl said I only had to pay $5 a month. The lady I talked to after it went to collections was very rude and said she was working with me when it should have been sent anyway and she didnt care.
