I have been going to the Transition House for over two years now. The staff is pleasant, the counseling is great, and Ive never had a problem getting my medications.There are always polite, confidential, and friendly.

I don’t know why everyone has had such terrible experiences here. I’ve been going here for therapy and medication for over a year and I love them. I talk to Paige and she’s the best therapist I’ve ever had! She’s witty and funny, but also makes sure that you’re learning coping skills and has great resources for numerous things. Cecily is my psychiatrist and truly cares about my wellbeing and wants me to have the right meds. I’ve never had a bad visit here :)

I called, here thinking this was a half way house. I was mistaking. However sharl who answered the phone was extremely rude and hateful I was mistaking to call however after I hung up a Devian had called me back threating me. I asked to speak with a detector for information as soon as I called. However I was told noone could help me I would never send a soul here from the conversation I had.

They dont know how to work with people with mental issues, I got there with my wife, because of her insurance she was supposed to pay30$. When we arrived at the reception they asked us $ 300! And when we did not agree to pay the girl at the reception called my wifes job and told everyone there her private problems !! I do not recommend anyone needing help going there.

Transition House is a poorly run facility. They refuse to call in prescriptions when running low without seeing the prescriber EVERY time. They also refuse to allow you to see the prescriber without seeing one of their in-house therapists. Tried working with them for well over a year and a half and had consistent issues the whole time. The receptionist is consistently rude and condescending. Would not recommend and will not be referring friends, family, or clients.

What a joke cici worst I’ve ever seen Cheryl the receptionist thinks she s a dr I’ve filed a complaint with the licensing board BBB and hired an attorney DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT HERE. THE DRS TURN OVER RATE IS WEEKLY. I GUESS THAT D WHY THAT CICI PERSON IS STILL HERE UGH

Got left alone in an empty lobby for over half an hour.waiting on appointment. No discernable security at check-in desk where patient info was sitting out in the open. Paced and looked around, gave up and left. Thanks for helping, honestly not even interested in trying to keep getting help anymore.

Friend went in because of clinical depression they did not prescribe him any medication. He was having suicidal thoughts. Ended up in the mental hospital stay away from this clinic they don’t care about you or your wellbeing.

Dont waste your time or money on this place, it is poorly run, disappointing, and unsafe
