No star review: Called 7 times in a row to get a person in the office the first time. When I got through, they told me to call back the next day after 10 because the scheduler/referral/ does everything person will not be there until 10 the next day and referrals take two weeks to process. I call back the next day and I cannot get through again because nobody at the office will pick up the phone. Two-weeks later I call 9 more times to get through to someone and that person tells me that the person I need to talk to is on vacation for two weeks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. YOU WILL NOT GET AN APPOINTMENT. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR HELP.

Fantastic. Super professional. Definitely makes you feel safe as soon as you walk through the door. The psychiatric staff is also top of the line.

Dr. Sims is phenomenal! I researched all the child psychiatrists in the Chattanooga area and narrowed it down to this office. BEST DECISION! The entire staff from the front to the back is warm, welcoming, and understanding. Dr. Sims truly cares for my teen daughter. I love her for that. Leah, the therapist on site, I’m equally grateful for.Your search is over! This IS the place for your child!

Ive been seeing the psychiatrist Dr. Simms for nearly 4 years now. She is very professional and detail oriented. She keep track of your medical health in a excellent manner. She is very approachable and willing to take extra time to care for you, but it comes at a cost. Usually, even if you show up on time or early for that matter, you will have to wait for an hour. Considering the excellent care I get for my condition I do not mind it, but others might get upset about this.I also see the therapist Rhonda Wilson for help and she is very easy going and takes time to listen and cater to your needs. She is rarely late to getting to your appointment, so if you show up on time you are seen almost right away. The receptionist is very good at getting back to you and she is very friendly. She can be busy and hard to reach later in the day, so just leave a voice mail and she will return your call if its very important.

Dr Simms and her caring staff have been instrumental in helping my son navigate the past 6 years. She is truly a professional, but accessible and very easy to talk to. My teen loves her. We couldnt do our life without her.

This place is honestly terrible. I experienced a very frustrating series of events directly caused by this place. Played phone-tag with the receptionist for weeks. Every time I called, I had to leave a message and they never got back to me to set up an appointment until I emphasized the absolute need on a voicemail message. When I finally got an appointment and went there, the receptionist called me by a different name--even though Id given her my name--and got snooty when I corrected her.As for the actual visits (only two), Lamberts methods proved inadequate for my level of anxiety and she basically told me that she couldnt help and didnt give me any alternatives. I wanted to set up a meeting with the Psychiatrist in the building but Lambert seemed unwilling to help, even if it was her referral that would get me in to see the doctor. During my last visit, she told me shed get in touch with the psychiatrist and see if we could set something up. I told her Id reschedule once she did that, and to contact me when she made contact. She never called, and I decided to forego wasting any more money in this dump.

Beware of the billing practices at this provider. Although we met our family deductible, thus changing our amount owed to 20%, this provider declined to accept our insurance. When they reviewed our insurance information, they were referencing incorrect information - Individual vs. family total out of pocket. Because they only identified the individual out of pocket, the deductible was not met for the family coverage. Honestly, you cant make this stuff up. They refused to bill the remaining balance, they literally wanted us to over pay so they could keep the unused amount for future office visit credits. Beware of this place and their billing practices.
