My 3 boys have been seeing Dr. Pittman since 2017. He has been wonderful and has helped our family so much. He understands my boys’ individual needs and I trust they are getting the very best care with him. Nurse Jessica has been like a lifeline in between appointments with Dr Pittman. She always returns my calls promptly and goes above and beyond to address my concerns. My youngest son saw Tim Todd for just over a year and he really helped him through a very tough time in his life. The front office/reception staff is always great! Steven always greets us with a smile and is so helpful when I call with scheduling needs. I highly recommend this group.

We see Dr. Pittman for my son’s ADHD. We are so thankful to find him and Agape Behavioral Health. Dr. Pittman has always been so attentive to my son! If you are looking for a wonderful group of therapists, look no further!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks for all you do!!

For the last 3 years Dr. Pittman has worked with my son who is on the spectrum and what a difference he has made. Dr. Pittman truly engages the family in making decisions that will help the child be their best. He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and offers simple solutions to implement at home and at school. During our sessions Dr. Pittman always engages our son, making sure he understands our plan. I also appreciate how Dr. Pittman respects our conservative approach with medicine.Thanks to Dr. Pittman my 11 year old son is thriving in school, learning to manage his anxieties, and getting better at communicating instead of just having meltdowns. Parenting a child with autism is very difficult, but having an expert like Dr. Pittman to guide us has been the game changer for our family.

My son has seen Dr. Pittman for 11 years and we have nothing but wonderful things to say about he and his office. Dr. Pittman and his staff have been compassionate and caring. They always prioritize his mental health with the least invasive treatment possible. I always felt well informed of treatment and the staff returned calls promptly. I love every time we come here the front desk is on their phones! Never welcoming or paying attention to people coming through the door. When their job is to check patients in. Poor time management as well, when your child has to see the doctor prescribing medication and then the therapist for therapy. They can never can be in the same appointment.

We having been seeing Dr. Pittman at Agape Youth Behavioral since 2015. We have also seen Savannah and Stephan. We have always been treated well by all the staff and employees at Agape. Any time we have had a question or concern, Agape has done everything possible to help us. Dr. Pittmans nurse Jessica is always quick to respond to phone calls and is always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend Agape Youth Behavioral Services.

If you met my child you would think he was severely autistic. He has Frage X. His behavior hit a low point 2 years ago. I sought out a specialist, with a depth of knowledge in medications for autistic behaviors, not afforded most pediatricians. I found this in Dr Pittman. His expertise and experience not only in medications, but their interactions have been a Godsend to bring us to a much better place and a significantly more peaceful child....Thank you.

We have been seeing Dr Pittman for at least 8 years. The office is pleasant and always there to help. Dr Pittman is very good with young people.

Dr Pittman is hands down the most knowledgeable and dedicated pediatric psychiatrist is the area. His utter devotion to complex kiddos is evident in his treatment and care. Nurse Jessica is so kind and efficient.

My sons NP was very unprofessional!!! Erika is not fit for kids...at all. She tried to tell me to either call the police or take him to an institution for 3-5 days. HE IS 5!!! 5 YEARS OLD!!! She also tells me if I were to institutionalize him, to not feel bad because she did it to her son and once she did that, she was able to spend time with the rest of her family in peace. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!?! We found a wonderful place for him. They take the time for him. This place is BS.

Dr Pittman has been very helpful in navigating medication choices and changes. His nurse is very responsive at getting back in touch with me and they are very flexible between in person and Telehealth.

This is a great place! They worked well with my brother who was able to take a full U turn in school, and now he’s on the right path way to attending his new school that he got accepted in thanks to these wonderful people who were able to sit down and talk to him. The therapist here are great and I highly recommend everyone in similar situations to come! This is an amazing and great place! Also Mr.Belasco is an amazing and great person!

Horrible lack of communication with this office. One appointment was canceled with us 30 mins before time to be there and now my son goes to his appointment to be told his dr isn’t seeing patients in office. I don’t know who runs this office but it is a horrible representation for any business. We will be looking for better service somewhere else.

Erikka is amazing! She has been the only person who truly listened to what was going on, reads our portal messages, and tries different medications. She understands and is knowledgeable of high ability autism and is always referring to our videos of our sons behavior or reading the schools behavior sheets. I have also had great success in communicating with her nurse as she always returns our calls the same day with an answer to our questions. I reccomend AGAPE over Siskin any day! We had the opposite experience there.

I had a problem with Dr/Nurses at this place. They seem to be money minded. They make you to come multiple times with no reason. I would never recommend this place. Parents are the best person to change their kids behavior.

Stephan at Agape has been amazing with my daughter! She has come so far and he has encouraged her progress for sure. He actually listens and relates to her. Sure, the meds help but the counseling from him has helped us both tremendously.

Great office, very caring staff!

We were referred by the doctors office for my two younger children.We saw Erika.Whom just sadly wasn’t a fit for us.This is our first round of dealing with adhd, and we were pretty much told adderall or nothing at all. I watched my 11 dwindle to nothing. My 11 year old can wear a size 4t in pants! We tried, begged, and pleaded with her for a year to help this child! She absolutely refused to do anything besides offer adderall. She didn’t try to figure out ways to help us understand how to be better for her, any questions we were told we had to make an appointment, just a complete waste of a year.We have since then moved to a different place to seek help, and have already had ALOT of help with in four visits!Giving them a three because the others we saw briefly at the beginning were awesome.

I greatly appreciate Dr Pittman and his staff. The office is well run. The staff is always helpful. We have been bringing our teenage son to this office over a year now and our son has been truly helped by Dr Pittman and his staff. My son is not the same person that started at this office. I cant express my appreciation enough. We had tried several other offices with very little help. Dr Pittman has been an answer to prayers. Everyday with a teenager can be trying, but it is good to know there is help.

My son has recently been seeing nurse practitioner, Roshmotti Wolfe. He seems comfortable with her and I feel she truly listens and thinks before she makes a decision for my child’s health. We are pleased.

We came to Agape and had a telemedicine phone call weekly with Dr. Belasco for my 9 yr old who was suffering from PTSD due to the tornado that just happened April 2020. Just coming outside and driving through our neighborhood was depressing and so sad. My son was terrified when it rains, strong winds, thunder and lightning and when it’s just NOT sunny outside! He was depressed and didn’t want to leave our sides but who can blame him when we were literary In the middle of the tornado. After communicating with Dr. Belasco my son learned new techniques, how to understand that “every time it rains it will NOT be a tornado”. After communicating with Doc for about 2 months my son is a new child. He is confident that when it rains it sometimes pours but it doesn’t mean a tornado is coming as well. This to is someone else’s family and just know that your kids will over come this with the right help from Agape Behavioral Health!!!Again Thankyou for all of your help Dr. Belasco!!!

My 19 year old son began seeing therapist Tim Todd about a year ago, it was a complete disaster. Todd either is not appropriately trained in, or does not understand the importance of, family support to young adults--especially young adults still living at home. He filled my sons head with the idea that we were steam rolling him because we expected him to be in at 11 pm, show up for school and work, help with household chores, etc. More than failing to support a healthy family relationship, Todd, in my view, undermined and damaged our relationship with our son.This lead to even more conflict in the family and my sons complete defiance against loving parents, which was not in my sons best interest. Under Todds influence our son stopped coming home at all, sleeping in his car, failing out of college, failing to timely report to his job, engaging with seriously emotionally damaged individuals, who encouraged a nihilistic approach to life. Despite our trying to meet with Todd about our concerns, he was not interested in any regular, ongoing sessions with us relative to helping our son, and apparently didnt listen when we told him our son was drinking and doing marijuana.I wholly recognize that my son is responsible for his own bad choices. I also understand the powerful influence of a therapist who does little more than parrot back their clients unhealthy perspectives, rather than challenging the client to take personal responsibility, evaluate the impact of poor choices, and assess the reality of relationships in their lives.Thankfully, we are now seeing Dr. Oldham, who is an ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING therapist, well trained in family dynamics and supportive of healthy parent-child relationships. Dr. Oldham is the only reason I didnt give a 1-star rating. Its a shame that poorly-trained therapists such as Todd are able to so negatively impact the lives of children and their families under the guise of therapy.

My son went to Dr. Mark Jennings for years. He was always caring and listened to my concerns. Daniel, my son went from having severe behaviors in elementary school with two aids with him all the time to now being a 23 year old with a job at Food City. He has been working there for 7 months and doing well. I know that wouldn’t have happened without the help from Doctor Jennings. If you are looking for answers then give Agape Behavioral Health and doctor Mark Jennings a Chance! Thank you for everything!

I love this place! They take all the time needed to help every one of my children. The staff and doctors are there for every appointment, they return my calls, fit me in on an emergency basis, call me if needed on the weekends. I could never give a high enough rating for all the doctors, nurses, therapists, or staff here. Amazing. Been coming here for over 2 years and I have so many kids I can actually say they are all amazing because my kids see them all!

I have worked closely with Dr. Ken Pittman and Agape for nearly three years now for the benefit of one of my children. To say he has gone above and beyond is an understatement. The staff is thoroughly dedicated to the welfare of all of the children who are patients. They are pleasant, professional, and very responsive. Whether I call to refill a prescription, make an appointment, or ask a question, Dr.Pittman and his colleagues and staff are always on top of things and make my child a priority. I am a mental health professional and I also practiced law for many years. I have dealt with many mental health professionals over the years and in lots of different capacities and settings. I am very glad that Agape was recommended to me and I am more than satisfied with my choice to enroll my child as a patient in this practice. Dr. Pittman is by far the best child psychiatrist I have ever encountered. He is extremely kind, compassionate and engaging - and he really looks at the whole picture for meeting the best interests of his patients. I highly recommend him and his group!

The doctors and therapists have been lifesavers for my son. The front desk staff always greets us with a smile.I have read the reviews from other parents and can understand their frustrations when first seeking out help or an office to see their child. It is not a quick process anywhere. I also understand the feeling of wanting someone to see them quickly. If you are having an emergency you need to call the mental health number on your insurance or a crisis number. We waited a few months to be seen after my son’s original referral but it was worth the wait to get him the help he needed.

My son has seen Dr Pittman for over six years now and we really feel like he listens to our concerns and truly cares. I highly recommend Dr Pittman.

I have been bringing both of my boys to Dr. Pittman for years. We couldn’t make it without his continued guidance and support. Steven at the front desk is always very friendly and greets us with a smile. I like the personal reminder calls because I tend to forget I have an appointment sometimes.

Our son is severely autistic and suffers from the associated behavioral issues that accompany children with autism. We have searched tirelessly for years to find a psychiatrist who could help our son. Our search ended when we found Dr. Pittman about a year ago. Dr. Pittman and Agape Youth Behavioral staff are incredible! I intentionally waited for almost a year before writing this review. Each and every visit has been a most productive appt. Dr. Pittman is a very caring psychiatrist who listens attentivley to a concerned parent and is very knowledgeable in the treatment of children with Autism and related disorders. We live in another state and drive almost 70mi one way to Agape. Yes, we consider Dr. Pittman and Agape vital to our sons health and well being!

BEWARE - New patient sign in and WOW the staff working the desk have a serious attitude problem. Rolling their eyes and causing a scene in front of my daughter and other patients. And after they got what they wanted they decided not to see my daughter which is fine because they started it off all wrong. Even my daughter asked if we could leave and said they were very rude and inconciderate. You should really take a good look into that staff and make some adjustments. No one would feel comfortable having their child discuss their issues or problems with anyone in that building when the first face you see is causing a problem. Makes that child feel uncomfortable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My son has changed a lot since we started with Dr.Pittman. We like the staff there. Dr.pittman is great with kids with autism.

I have never had a worse experience with a medical team! 100% of the time you cannot get anyone to answer the phone. It took them over 36 hours to return my phone call when I had a problem at school with my child. And his actual doctor never called me back. Her answer to my problem which was given to me thru an assistant was to call Valley Hospital. They will not deal with any issues you have. You will be blown off. I would never trust them with the well-being of my child. They simply do not care.

The staff is very friendly and professional. My son has been Dr Pittmans patient for about 10 years and couldnt be more happy. The counselors are genuine and knowledgeable.

Okay, so at first I was really impressed by this place. I love the therapist that my daughter saw, she is great. However, when I tried to get my kid on meds for panic attacks that are about to put her in the hospital before her next appointment, I couldnt even get this place to call me back. I have called and left 2 voicemails, her pediatrician called, I even spent 38 minutes on hold waiting to talk to someone only to get sent to yet another voicemail to get ignored AGAIN. My daughters doctor told me to go and sit in their lobby in the morning, provided Im not sitting in the ER with my child. If your kid needs immediate help, look elsewhere. We are already established patients here and are treated like this.

Love the staff and providers here! Not only has helped my teen son but me! Highly recommended!!!!

Overall very good experience with Dr. Pittman. He is optimistic and upbeat, which is improvement over our first behavioral doctor who had a very gloomy outlook for my daughter on autism spectrum.

The nurse (Jessica) was very rude, I told her I would call the office manager and let her know how I was being spoke to and she replied good want me to transfer you?The office manager wasnt any better. I dont know who hired them but if they knew how their patients were treated its unacceptable!All bc my son is out of meds and his appointment isnt until next week. And unfortunately his dr. is out of the office and has been all week due to her being sick. I mean it only took 4 days, me leaving multiple messages and having my sons pcp call as well before I even got a call back!!! They need to realize us as patients...our insurance is what pays their bills.

Cant ever get ahold of anyone by phone, no one ever calls back, they instantly drop patients if they miss 1 appointment ever for any reason.

Drove 45 mins for our 2nd appointment only to find out that our appt wasnt even in the computer. Evidently the scheduling person and the staff in the office arent in the same location so I dont know how often this happens. Unfortunately my daughter didnt get to see anyone that day due to their error.

Dr Jennings is super intelligent and knowledgeable about adolescent behavior and psyche.
