I have responded with 2 stars for this review. The two stars are for Dr. Hammock, not her staff. In a time, where we have been applauding medical staff and first responders, it pains me to rate anyone so poorly. The office staff are not friendly and the referral nurse did not complete the referral. No sense of urgency for anyone and it didn’t seem to matter to anyone in the office that the 75 year old patient is lacking medical attention. It’s unacceptable and because our healthcare system is a failure in itself, going somewhere else will take months to get in. Dr. Hammock was present during an exchange but appeared to be helpless and offered no comfort to her patient. It’s hard to find committed staff and I understand the world is NOT the way it used to be, but I’d rather you take less patients and not overwork your staff than to give someone less subpar service. DO BETTER!

Dr. Hammock is compassionate and is always ready to listen. She is thorough and will get to the bottom of any issues you may have. Very thankful to have her in my corner.

Dr Mary Hammock is Amazing. Always thorough! Ive seen her for several years now. Wouldnt want to ever change! Her Nurse, Tammy, is awesome also! Friendly staff. Lab and Xray in office which is great for my issues.
