Dr. Jolley is a practical and caring physician. Ive been a patient for 20 years (how can I be that old already) and appreciate how she listens and is incredibly responsive when I call with concerns. Also her office and nursing staff are kind and appointments are punctual.

I am a registered nurse, so I notice EVERYTHING about an office when I am seen as a patient. From the condition of the waiting room to the check out process, I am evaluating details, sometimes unconsciously. This practice is TOPS! Everyone is polite, there is no uncomfortable undercurrent noticed among the staff, everything is clean and well organized, the physicians listen and work WITH you, not just push you through the appointment. Each visit has a written summary to take with you. Call backs are prompt. This is the type of practice all offices should strive to imitate!

I feared we would end up going to a walk-in clinic. But Dr. Jolley came through like she always does and we were both able to see her the very next morning. She didnt just squeeze us in for a quick visit, she took the time needed to give us a proper examination and find out what each of our symptoms were. She prescribed the medicine we needed and told us to contact her in a few days if we were not improved. I have been Dr. Jolleys patient for many, many years and hope she never retires.
