Very caring group of people. They all have responded to my needs on the spot. Very professional and caring. Love them all !

I have been with this group for 30+ years and appreciate their attentiveness and bring attitude. Dr. Selzer is an awesome doctor who takes the time to listen! His nurses, Marlene and Dannie are very personable and attentive. The peach of the bunch is Gertrude who I think is the office manager. She empathizes and is determine to give your concerns her top priority. Love this group!

The staff and doctors have always been very helpful and friendly. It’s a small office which is nice and more of a “local” feel. And my care from Dr Coburn has been exceptional.

I have been going to hixson pike medical for many years now.I love the staff.they make you feel like family.I have used mutiple doctors here and all of them are remarkable.

Dr Ozborn is a good doctor and very concerned about his patients but he has semi-retired and is only works 3 days a week at most. His patients are suffering his absence. The HPMC patient portal is not effective for patient interaction and needs review. This may affect all of the CHI Medical Group Clinics. The doctors can ignore messages sent to them using the portal.

Dr. Mariani is the best doctor I have ever had. Ive been seeing him 2009.

Dr. Colburn and the staff here are great.

Staff is very unhelpful and rude. CHI Memorial is great and has a solid reputation, but they would be ashamed to see how they are being represented at this facility.

Horrible. Scheduled an appointment only to be told once I showed up that I had waited too long between appointments, and therefore could not be seen. Extremely frustrating as I had to take the day off work.

My husband and I had appointments and we had to walk out of there after waiting more than an hour and still not be seen by the Dr. We will not come back.
