Dr. Smith is very nice and seems knowledgeable. The problem I have is that I have not had follow up on my lab work from July 6th and it is now Aug 28th. I have called and left voicemails and not heard a word back. I have received my EOBs and my bills from the lab for a few hundred dollars. It would be nice to hear back from the doc or the office.
