Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. I didn’t have a requested test (I was never instructed to get one) and the sent me out of the office with any direction or instruction on how to get a test. Then I went back in to ask questions and they were more worried about my mask covering my nose completely rather than helping me. I was as polite as I could be. They refused to look me in the eye or help me in any way. I do not recommend this office AT ALL.

Had to come take a pre-employment drug test. Took less than a minute to sign in and waited only three minutes to be called up. Overall it was 10 minutes from entering to leaving the building. Lady was professional and informative.

Rudest staff Ive ever experienced saw her turn away an infant who needed resting because the child didnt have ins card. He had paper work with all Ins info. Would see us without card even thought all ins info was on paperwork dr sent. She wouldnt listen or look at paperwork. I hope I never have to use them again. Also wouldnt allow my child to use rest rm.

Incredibly rude staff. Nurse wouldn’t even take me for my appointment even though I had called and spoken with her less than 15 minutes prior and confirmed I could come in. Absolute horrid human being

I just had my labs done here for the first time. I made an appointment ahead of time on their website, but I noticed they also accept walk ins. I was very pleased to see the precautions made for at risk individuals like myself during the pandemic. The check in process was very user friendly. On the TV screen they also had a wait list so you could see where you were in line and about how long you had till they called you in. I was pleasantly surprised when I was a called in before my appointment time. The staff was extremely friendly and very skilled at what they do. I also thought it was really cool that they can take your blood, scan your insurance card, and take payment all in one room. I was a bit sticker shock by how much I had to pay, but after looking at the bill I just had expensive labs done. I highly recommend them.

The experience of giving your fluid samples is uncomfortable experience- quest labs in chatt have a staff of rude nurses. They are not helplful or comforting. I’m sorry if you have to test here.

By far the worst organization with unbelievable inefficiencies with their processes. Understaffed with rude and unhelpful staff members. Waited over and hour before we walked out. If you need testing, do not recommend this organization.

An insurance client of mine was scheduled to have blood drawn by these people today. He ended up leaving after waiting over an hour past his scheduled time. Incredibly rude service. They yelled at another older man that had driven two hours for lab work and asked to use the bathroom. They would not tell him where the bathroom was and told him to sit down and be quiet. Makes me look bad as an insurance agent with vendors like this. Will never use again.

By far the most unprofessional organization I have ever visited. Staffing is minimal and wait times unbelievable. Additionally, there are no other restrooms in the facility so if you are there for a urinalyses and prepared accordingly you may have issues due to the extremely long wait time (I personally waited well over 1 hour and had to leave to find another restroom down the street). You can try and call to schedule an appointment but the phone just rings. As a professional, this first impression was below par and I would never send a candidate to this organization for drug screening.

Fast, friendly and overall Great experience.

First time visit. I went in as a walk-in to have blood work done with my doctors lab requisition. Total time from arrival to walk about about an hour. The staff were very nice and the place was mostly empty which I think made it pleasantly quiet. I was worried to go because of the poor reviews but a good experience for me

My cousin had to go here n she said service was excellent. She had to have blood work n is very hard to hit. She was in and out in 10 mins n the nurse got blood first time. She said the service was 5 stars and they were very polite and courteous.

Worst phone system ever. I just need to ask a person a simple question.I paid $130 for an antibody test and they said it would be returned in 1-2 days. Its been 5 days and I havent gotten any results

I have to wonder if the person(s) writing the bad review was either freaking out on them, had collapsed veins or both. They gave me one of the fastest, most painless blood draws ever. Ive had bug bites that hurt more. And Im super squeamish. And everyone was perfectly personable.

I totally disagree with all the negative reviews with this lab! I couldnt be happier with the service. The employees are friendly and professional. I have gone there once a month for a year now and have never seen of the things of the negative reviews are taking about. I have gone to Quest labs for 18 years once month and this lab is one of the best i have been to!

Well we were half our late for apptmts due to ice on the road. Checkin was quick and easy and services provided were professional, friendly, quick and virtually painless. Quest owes miss Felicia for this review. Her coworkers out sick she was single handedly managing everything with a smile

I was very pleasantly surprised by the caliber of service received at Quest on Hotzclaw. After seeing the negative Google reviews I was apprehensive. Felicia R gave me and my wife stellar service in a timely manner with a smile. I would use them again.

Terrible service. The nurse that helped me did not explain to me what I had to do for the test I was coming in for. She just handed me the items and told me to go to the other room to do it. I got the results back and they said it showed nothing because it was administered wrong. I wasted my time and money due to an incompetent provider.

Showed up at 3:45 for pre-employment drug screen (for another company). Waited about 10 minutes until a very rude lady finally came to the desk and said they cant do drug screens after 3:30, within an hour of closing. What?! Nothing I had been given paperwork/email-wise had this stipulation, and on their branch website it says 4:00 is the cutoff. Incredibly rude and Im hoping I dont miss out on this job because of it; it was technically my only day to have it done. Very rude and unprofessional. It seemed like she made the 3:30 thing up out of nowhere. Would give zero stars if possible.

I think some of these negative reviews might be fake, a couple of them use the exact same language.I got there at 10:12 AM without an appt, I was seen by 10:16 AM and was out the door by 10:20 AM. Felicia did my draw and was friendly and pleasant and nice.The location isnt really bad when you think about it, it is around doctors offices and just off 3rd street which is Hospital Central in Chattanooga. You could be at Memorial, Erlanger, or Parkridge within 3 minutes from here.I wouldnt normally leave a review for something so mundane as a blood draw, but considering it looks like this place was the victim of some negative fake reviews I thought I would in this case.

Although my Dr is in TN and my health insurance is in TN and Quest is in my network providing they keep the lab work in TN, they repeatedly send it to Atlanta Ga where it is out of my network. They continue to do this even after it has been called to their attention. They do have a lab in Nashville. I will refuse to use them for all the time and aggravation I have spent trying to get this matter straightened out.

No ability to speak to a human then impossible to locate the office. Really useless to anyone needing services.

The front desk personnel was VERY rude. It seemed to pain them to answer a question. I will NOT use them again. Ill drive to TC Thompson to get Blood Work any day other than come here.

Was told online no Dr Order needed. Made an appointment and when I got there they would not do the test without an order
