I’ve never had a facial before so I was nervous but I had the best person who did it! She walked me through every step to make sure I understood what was happening and felt comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be coming back!

The spa experience was absolutely wonderful! I had the most amazing massage of my life!!! I booked the private couples room for myself and my mom for a spa day and we were completely delighted. We felt like both the massage therapist and esthetician catered our services to our individual needs/skin types. The space is very clean and sterile, yet inviting. I purchased a series of chemical peels based on a consult with Therese Parker, the esthetician. I’m so glad I went with her advice. Her knowledgeable approach to skin care and her kindness/professionalism will keep me coming back.

I got all of my chemical peels from Therese Parker and she is by far the most professional and knowledgeable esthetician I’ve ever worked with. Being that I am African American with a darker skin complexion, I was nervous about getting a peel and had been putting it off for years. She gave me the courage I needed to get started and after a glycolic acid peel and 3 advanced corrective peels my skin has never looked better!! My acne scars are gone and the skin care products she recommended for me keep me from breaking out. I highly recommended Center MedSpa and booking with Therese. She will have your skin glowing!!!

My wife and I had a couples massage here, and it was wonderful. We added the cheese platter as well for a blissful afternoon.We were warmly greeted and escorted to changing rooms with showers, towels, lockers, and robes. After enjoying the cheese platter and some champagne, we met our masseuses. They led us back to a warm, calm room where we disrobed and began the massage.My masseuse, Jimi, was able to loosen knots in my runners legs and feet. She also worked wonders on my lower back and hip joints. My only wish was for about two more hours for a nap after it was done.The next time we are in Chattanooga, we will be back for another massage!

Had my first massage at center medspa with Casey and oh my goodness shes amazing! I work at the computer all day long leaving me with lots of tension in my shoulders. She did a fabulous job of giving me a deep massage relieving my tight shoulders while still being enjoyable. 100% recommend Casey to everyone!

I havent gotten a massage in over a decade, and I have a lot of anxiety about these sorts of intimate services. I dont even get my nails done because it makes me uncomfortable.Casey answered all of my questions and put me at ease right away, before I even got on the table. She was conscious of my comfort levels with pressure and technique the whole time, and asked for specific feedback afterwards. I really felt like she cared about providing the best possible experience. Ill definitely he going back soon.

I very much enjoyed my visit to Center MedSpa! I called the day before my appointment, and they were able to schedule a last minute massage. Upon my arrival, the receptionist gave me a quick tour of the facility. I was extremely impressed. I was given a locker for my belongings and changed into a robe. My massage therapist, Victoria, greeted me and guided me to the massage room. She was both professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling sooo relaxed! I will definitely have to make another visit next time Im in Chattanooga!

Had a wonderful experience with Center Med Spa in Chattanooga, TN. Took my wife there for a couples massage and the experience was much different that a traditional couples massage. The massage felt more geared towards therapeutic to the body. I have never left a massage place feeling more rejuvenated and energized. Had a great experience getting a massage here. The atmosphere was so relaxing--I got to take a long warm shower and they even offered me champagne while I waited for my massage! They let me sit on the back porch as long as I wanted after I was done--a real treat for a mom of two littles who doesnt often get a quiet break!

I went to Center Medspa for the first time today. It was a wonderful experience! First, I had a pedicure done by their nail technician, Amy. Amy was fantastic! Without going into a lot of detail, I will just say that I (barely) had one funky big toe nail! She completely reconstructed my toenail! It was impressive! I left with a beautiful, normal looking pedicure. I was no longer ashamed of my feet. She was also so nice about it! She worked very hard.Next, I had my eyebrows waxed by Nikki, and she was also super friendly! She asked questions to make sure that I was happy with her work, and even gave me tips on how to fill in my brows since I am a beginner. When you lay down on her table, it is so warm and soft. Amazing deep tissue massage

Actually, Its Judy, not Jim. Hes perfect already!So here I am now, all moved down to Cookeville where there are PLENTY of spas and medspas, But will I go to them? Nope. I am a firm believer that upon finding perfection, you should have the good sense to stay where you are. As long as I can drive to Chattanooga, which will now be about thirty miles farther than the previous two and a half hours, I will treat myself to the capable and caring hands of people I have trusted for years, and will know that I shall come home happy!
