Annabell did such an AMAZING job!!!

I have gotten lash extensions and brows waxed by Katie. She is sweet and I love the work. Found a new spot for sure.

I had made an apt for me and my friend for her birthday 4 days ago and when i arrived they had only 1 apt scheduled with 2 workers who told us that they had back to back apts they couldnt do both. When i made the apt i told the girl on the phone it was for 2 ppl and she took both of our names and phone numbers yet only had 1 scheduled for thw correct time. Luckily we found another place where 1 woman was able to multi task and get us both done while the other was processing. Not quite sure why this place wouldnt do the same when it was a mistake on their end. Will never book here again

Beware!!! They will switch your lash appointment to a different lash artist without your knowledge or input! It happened to me twice... My lashes were ruined the first time I let the not so experienced artist fill my lashes! Katie fixed them for me a week later thank goodness, but my next fill was rescheduled with the SAME girl.... I walked right out, and honestly not sure if I’ll be back. Sad, because Katie and Mary are amazing, but this business has bad management...

Taylor did a great job tinting and waxing my brows! She also took me super last minute and 30 minutes before they closed which I really appreciated. Great experience all around!

I had a horrible experience with my last lift and tint. Not only was it extremely painful, but I got home and realized that my lashes looked absolutely horrible. There was no curve in my lashes. They pointed straight up and both eyes looked different. There were also some lashes that were still sticking straight out. I tried to give them a few weeks to look more natural, but I was going to work each day totally embarrassed of them (and still am.) Its been over 3 months now, and they still have not gone back to normal. I reached out to the owner, and she was unapologetic. She asked me to send pictures as proof or come in and show her. She said she would have to redo them because there was no magic fix. The last thing I wanted was to have them redone. I still cant wear mascara because it makes them stand out and look 10 times worse. Please go elsewhere if youre looking to have this done!

Taylor Murray did an amazing job on microblading my eyebrows! Since it was my first time, she explained step-by-step of what she was doing, made me feel super comfortable, and made me feel beautiful with my new brows! Great experience and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Heather did a fantastic job on my brows and facial. The facility is nice, and they were able to get me in with little notice. Will definitely be back!
