Yesterday I made an appointment for the North Shore location via text (because no one ever answers the phone); I arrived only to find out the receptionist booked me for the Gunbarrel location by mistake. While this was a mistake on their part, no apologies were made for the oversight what so ever.I had to reschedule for today since yesterday’s appointment was transposed and the SAME staff member from yesterday was extremely rude (again) during my appointment. I was there for lash removal and she was rushing me so badly that she got solution in my eyes that burned to the point of having to be flushed out prior to the service being complete. I left the ‘salon’ with glue and residue still all over my eyes from the botched service.I can’t help but wonder if other folks have had the same experience here because she seemed so comfortable with her behavior. I suspect this is just ‘business as usual’ here. I won’t be back.

I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes when I had an appointment. No one has acknowledged me. There is no receptionist. The girl who is supposed to give me my spray tan is currently performing some other service. What’s the point of making an appointment if you are not going to stick to said appointment time. This is a service for which there is no service. Will not return.

Receptionist doesn’t know what it means to hold this job or title. When a customer walks into your business it’s your job to great them, check them in, and assist them. It’s NOT your job to keep discussing your plans with the other associate and leave a paying customer standing there waiting to be assisted. Customer Service is a thing, and it’s not that hard if you put forth just a little bit of effort.Eyelash tinting was very painful, and I did not notice any results. Would not recommend.Paid for a brow shape, tint and eyelash tint. Only received a brow tint...no shaping or waxing.UPDATE- I received a refund for all services, which is very generous and unexpected. I did not receive a call, unless my phone blocked it as potential spam. Thank you. Hope my next experience is a better one, maybe I’ll try a different location.

I went for my first lash lift on Thursday and so far it looks great! The lady done a good job other than it seems she didnt get the outer corner lashes very well so theyre not curled. Other than that im overall content with them.

Prior to my wedding I had full eye lash extensions put on with Ashton Todd Newman. She was so quick at putting them on and they look amazing!!!! Would highly recommend, especially for brides! Thank you very much.

I went to the Southside location. Leslie was amazing!! She did my lash perm and tint and it forever changed my life! So impressed with the results. If you sign up for emails they frequently have specials and deals that are pretty great. Very impressed and can’t wait to go back!

I had dermaplaning done by Shelynn Curry. She was amazing!!!! The whole experience was very relaxing. She is my new go to girl for dermaplaning.

Their staff is wonderful. Great people and great experience. Ashton did my Eyelash extensions and they are wonderful. I still continuously get them filled in. She also does a wonderful brow shaping. Have not received a facial yet but I can not wait to!! Its a MUST GO!!

The best brows in Chattanooga, Jess West really has the touch. I would recommend The Skin and Brow room to anyone that wants to have perfect brows. I also had my lashes tinted and went without mascara for weeks. Jess uses a natural vegetable dye to tint my lashes. So with the brows and the lashes I felt and looked great without any makeup.

I went to the Gunbarrel location to have my eyebrows waxed and shaped and when I told the girl I was unhappy with the way they looked, she basically told me there are other places in Chattanooga you can go to have them fixed, that they looked fine to her. To me they were extremely uneven and looked better before I had them waxed. I have been here a couple times before and other esthetician’s do my eyebrows and I was very happy with how they looked, I’m really disappointed with this service and I will not be back.

I had a facial by Chloe. She is FABULOUS! Dont wait, go and see her asap. Your face will feel soft and moisturized! :)

Facial was amazing! Brow wax and tint I was super pleased with! My brows generally have gaps and are a bit thin. Ashton and Jessica work magic! ;)

I bought a groupon for mink lashes that are appointment only. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks to set the appointment no one has returned my call or answered. I went to the address on here and it does not exist, this is a horrible first impression, i hope the money I spent is worth losing a customer who could have returned regularly has I received the services I’ve paid for. The least you could do is refund my money but you won’t pick up or return my voicemails to do that.

I came in the day before leaving for my wedding to get lash extensions, Id had them before at other salons so I figured I knew what I was getting myself into. The girl who did my lashes was really nice but when I got up they were huge, I was panicked but she convinced this is what all brides ask for because it looks best in pictures and they did look good in photos to be fair. I looked ridiculous in person though, my husband said I looked like when people put those eyelashes on a volkswagen beetles, it was uncanny. I came in bawling the next morning asking to have them taken them off before the I left in a couple hours. I was in no way expecting a refund and was willing to pay to have them taken off, instead they were SO nice and squeezed me in asap and fixed them for free. They looked flawless, I felt so confident on the big day. Thank you so much Skin and Brow Room!

I have been dealing with very painful, cystic acne for several years now and I had my very first facial and chemical peel... it was AAAAMAZING!! My skin is already looking and feeling much better. I highly recommend everyone visit the Skin & Brow Room!!

Was going to try this place today because my usual eyelash lady was out of town and I needed mine done before noon today since Im going out of town for an event. Wasted 45 minutes driving to this place this morning. Had a 9AM appointment and they did not show up. I had to go find the girls number and contact her. Was not even proactively offered a discount for wasting my time and gas money. Very poor customer service. I wont be rescheduling.
