This place is great, no appointments necessary after the fist visit. All the staff and the doctors are great and friendly.

I can’t recommend this place enough! This was my first chiropractic experience. As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from Taylor. The doctor was intelligent, and they walked me through each step of the way! The doctor even gave me two free visits! The second time I came in and the entire staff was so welcoming and polite. It was so quick and easy. I just walked in, scanned my card, and went straight back to the doctor. I feel already changed after only two visits. My body feels so much better and I’m only 22 years old! I can’t wait to keep going!For the price, positive atmosphere, and knowledgeable doctors.. this place is the best! 10/5 stars!

Dr. Shelby has been wonderful to me and my neck. I have herniated discs from an Work related accident a few years back and she knows exactly what to do and what not to do. I highly recommend them. Not to mention that it is extremely convenient. No appointments necessary.I am really grateful!

BEWARE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! They have given me a horrible experience and Im not even a patient!! They have my card on file for a patient (not myself) and refuse to remove my card from being billed!! They say the person who holds the membership has to go sign papers at the office and cancel membership or put a different debit card on file, in order for them to remove MY debit card information!! They are committing fraud by charging ME for services I am not recieving!!! I am not a member!!!! The manager has even refused to refund my money. I have contacted corporate office and nobody ever answers!!! Stay away from this place!!! My next step is hiring a lawyer!!

This place is the best. No wait, walk in scan your tag walk to the back and get adjusted. Very convenient hours, I work late but they don’t close until 7.

Was a little skeptical about having someone cracking my body. I will say though it was a euphoric experience. I recommend if you have tension,stress,or just as I call it a stubborn body that needs to be put in its place sometimes.

This team is always friendly, has a great attitude and pays really close attention to my needs. I also love the ability to walk in as needed.

I went in for my first appointment and the doctor and receptionist are very nice. I was told upfront that I would need to pay because they don’t take insurance payment. I was fine with that. However, when filling out the paperwork I was asked to check one of three options. Option one was pay upfront and they would file insurance and if insurance paid I would be reimbursed. Option two was pay without them filing insurance. Option three was to be referred to someone that would accept insurance payment. I chose option one. I was then told that I had picked the wrong option and they would not treat me. I said I can change the option and initial it but was told that was not acceptable. I then said give me a new form (these forms were not preprinted with my name and info) and I’ll check the option you want and the other form can be destroyed. I was once again told this was unacceptable. If there is truly not an option why put it on the form. Simply create a form that says we don’t file or accept insurance and you must agree to this policy and make payment at time of service. I’ve worked in the medical field for over 30 years and have never seen any office do something that crazy.

It’s like magic! I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder. Because of my pregnancy I was not interested in “traditional” pain management. So I came to The Joint and the moment I left the table I began feeling immediate relief. Little did I know that what I always needed was a great chiropractor! Now I’m hooked on The Joint! Thanks you all!

Read the fine print. Was told I was signing up for a certain amount of visits, realized 3 months later that they were automatically debiting my checking acct. every month. Did not knowingly agree to that. Very shady sales tactics you expect from a corporate chain.

Dr. J is fantastic! He is good at talking through what he is doing and makes sure he understands what’s going on with your body to make you feel the way you. He and his team work very diligently to make sure you feel better! I definitely enjoy going each week!

This is my first experience with Chiropractic but I appreciate that they are so convenient and yet each visit feels tailor made to my needs.

I love the Joint. Its so quick and efficient to go there each week for an adjustment. Plus, the $68 monthly plan for FOUR visits is almost cheaper than what I used to pay in my co-pay for just one visit! Id recommend the joint to everybody!

I have been to many chiropractors in the past but The Joint Chiropractic is THE BEST!!! Each of the Doctors are so professional yet friendly and personable. I feel like they know me personally and are attentive to the needs I have. I am a long distance runner and Dr. Justin, Dr. Ryan, and the others always make sure I am adjusted so I do not experience pain while running. I love the wellness plan they offer so I can go in weekly for an adjustment. I only went to the chiropractor in the past because I was in severe lower back pain and only went re-actively. I can tell a huge change from taking a proactive approach and going weekly. I havent had any flare-ups since going on a regular schedule. I love The Joint! You will not be disappointed.

Doctor J is the absolute bomb!!! True life saver!! I am an avid golfer trying to go pro and dealt with so much pain always. He has given me my flexibility back and range of motion & ultimately taking away my aches and pains! I would recommend him to anyone on this planet!!!!Thanks Doc :)

I love the team at The Joint. I needed a chiropractor for more than 10 years but was reluctant to try until I met Tim, the local franchise owner, and he told me about the way The Joint was set up. I tried it when they opened in Hixson and found my home away from home. What a great concept and they dont break the bank. You dont have to make an appointment. You dont have to wait forever to see a doc. You walk in scan, your card, usually go right back and get helped. Im out the door in less than 10 minutes, feeling like I can walk upright again. Awesome!

I am so appreciative of The Joint! My children and I all get adjusted at this location and we are so grateful for the flexibility of “no appointments” and the hours of operation. As a busy mom of four, life doesn’t always go according to plan, and I appreciate that they are open later than other chiropractors!!

At 10 months old my son had a consistent ear infection and fluid on his ears for 6 months. When tubes were mentioned I decided to do some research about infant/toddler adjustments. Dr. Justin explained he has children and has adjusted them since birth. It was a risk I was willing to take. And at my sons ENT follow up he had no fluid on his ears! Highly recommend!

They got right to the problem. I couldnt walk in without help and I was able to walk out on my own.

I fell in love with this concept of chiropractic care when I lived out west. I was sad that The Joint had not made its way east when I moved here but am thrilled to finally see them again! All of the Drs who have adjusted me are very knowledgeable and professional. I needed my knee adjusted a few times, and I was very satisfied with the level of care taken to help me get better. Even before Covid-19, I’ve always seen proper cleanliness in the offices. I’m very happy that I can come here on my lunch break and get in and out in under 10 minutes.

I saw Dr. J and shared with him where my areas of discomfort were. He immediately located the core issues and has begun to help me relieve my pain. I have had discomfort in my hip and shoulder for years and am finally experiencing relief!! I would strongly recommend The Joint Chiropractic!

I love this company, but going in to this new office for the first time since quarantine began, no one was wearing a mask. I had to demand the chiropractor wear a mask. Then he had to hunt for one! You are in healthcare and have to be in very close contact with your patients to treat them. Not wearing a mask and not using hand sanitizer in front of your patients before touching them is UNACCEPTABLE 😡😠😠

I went in at 30 weeks of pregnancy, and Dr Justin seemed to be very knowledgeable about prenatal adjustments to allow for optimal positioning of the baby, and has special training in this area. I signed up for regular visits until delivery!

Doctors are very nice and informative, and i can be in and out in 5 minutes. unsure of how effective the treatment is as i havent been going long enough

Best chiropractic experience I’ve ever had!

Im so glad that the Northshore clinic is open. Ive enjoyed going to the Hixson location and am looking forward to Cleveland opening in late Summer early Fall. All of the doctors - Justin, Josh, Dr. J and Ryan are always professional, l and I leave feeling much better. The place is spotless and the doctors are skilled and easy to talk to. A great affordable, accessible addition to the Chattanooga healthcare scene!

I really appreciate Dr Justin and the other in the office. Highly recommend.
