This place truly IS Superior. I have used chiropractic for years, but have never seen so many innovative techniques used. They have certainly worked for me. Cant say enough about staff, procedures, and results. If there were more than five stars I would give them.

I recently tried the cryogenic therapy treatment offered here, even though i was extremely nervous about it at first. It was amazing! I came to this place after experiencing pain in my neck. Turns out I had slightly fractured the bones in my neck. They have helped me so much since then. The staff is amazing.

Dr. Smith and the whole team here are extremely professional, and the quality of the clinic (facility and equipment) is top notch. Dr. Smith had the capability to review my digital x-ray images with me immediately, and could therefore begin therapy during my first appointment, which was convenient. The post-adjustment therapy is really well done, and best of all, scheduling is always very easy.

I have been dealing with Plantar fasciitis for months!!! I had been to some of the top orthopedic centers in the city. Ive worn an orthopedic boot and inserts etc and the pain was still overwhelming. My coworker recommended Superior! After about 4 or 5 sessions my feet are almost like new! The deep laser therapy works and the staff is great too.

I have been bothered by knee pain for the last 10 years, and didnt think that there was anything that could help. I found an ad saying that Dr. Smith and his staff were one of only 4 locations in the Chattanooga area that had a new treatment called a class 4 deep tissue laser. After doing some research and watching some descriptive videos online; I decided to go in and see if this could help. To my amazement, this was a life changing treatment, I had a few treatments and now Im going hiking again and different things I havent been able to do in years. The staff is very friendly and helpful also, they honestly go out of their way for their patients! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Dr. Smith, Dr. Shawn and Randy and all the crew have adjusted my wife, me and my kids. Dr. Smith has the best people working with him including the receptionist, its hard to find a doc. that cares more about his patients than billing the ins. company.

For some reason google only lets you give up to 5 stars, this place deserves way more. This place is hands down on another level from the rest. They offer everything: chiropractic care, decompression, laser therapy, dry needling, cupping, rock tape, cryotherapy, and I am sure I am missing something. The staff is phenomenal, they definately make you feel like you are not just a number walking through the door. They are passionate about what they do and truly care that you are getting the treatments you need. Randy, the manager, will cut up and make you feel at home and is an awesome weight loss consultant. Dr. Shaun offers the best chiropractic care there is; he knows what he is doing and makes sure he explains to you what your best course of treatment is. Caleb runs the Cryotherapy like a boss!! Cryotherapy is the bomb for recovery! Everyone is awesome at this place. Tiffany will keep you in check and make sure you are taken care of on your appointments. They always have a smile on their face. So if you are looking for relief, atheletic recovery, or routine care.....check these guys and gals out. You will not be disappointed.

I have been seeing the wonderful Dr. Smith and Dr. Shaun for years now, and everyone in the office feels like family to me, as that is how you are treated the moment you walk through their doors. Over the years, their diligence, knowledge, and care have healed my body through countless episodes of strain, stress, and overuse. From adjustments, massage, deep tissue laser, to their latest use of Rockblades and Rocktape, this nurse of 34 years will testify with hearty enthusiasm that these caring people know how to heal a body and take away pain. I am, and will be forever, grateful for their care.

I cannot recommend Superior Physical Health enough! If I could give them a 10 stars I would. Ive had back issues for years but have lost a lot of trust in chriopractors after they failed to really make a difference. Prior to ending up at SPH I had thrown out my back again and had been on muscle relaxers and pain killers for a few weeks. After my very first visit I felt great and havent needed any medication in weeks. The laser treatments are great and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone needing to feel better.

Very impressed with the staff and the treatment I have received so far! Deep tissue laser has really helped with my chostochondritis/tietze syndrome more than just treating it with painkillers and anti inflammation drugs. I have missed so many days of work due to this pain and after suffering with it for over 7 years its so wonderful to finally have some relief from this pain. I have only completed half of my treatment plan but im very happy with it. Any improvement for this is a big deal to me. While im hoping i wont have to mainenance the treatment I definitely will if i must. Absolutely worth it. Thank you!!! Its also been a big help to other areas on my back. -Melissa Harper
