I felt comfortable, safe, and was treated so well. I felt like I knew both the receptionist and doctor personally and that was my first time being there . I was in a wreck a day prior calling to schedule and appointment and they hit me in the next day. The employees at this facility were very professional and kind. The facility it’s self is extremely clean. The receptionist was very helpful and thorough with explaining the paperwork. They closely follow COVID-19 guidelines and we’re still very respectful to patients. This was my first time visiting this location as well as visiting a chiropractor and I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this facility to anyone. I forgot to mention I was in and out they took their time with me but it wasn’t long at all from checking in to finishing my session.

I was a skeptic at first but it is the highlight of my week to come and get my adjustment. I’ve lived with back pain for about 6 years now and in one visit they had me feeling like a whole new person! It’s worth every penny. (I honestly haven’t found a better deal anywhere). If you have any pain and are considering a visit.... do it. You’ll be amazed at how welcome the staff makes you feel and how open and caring they are. I’ve only been maybe a dozen times or so but I feel like I’ve been going there for years. They really care and they show it in everything they do! Great staff, facility, atmosphere and doctors. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was a little nervous about the whole Chiropractor experience as I am sure several people would be ; considering some of the horror stories that one may hear. However, I was completely blown away on how helpful and considerate the staff was at this location. The Doctor took the time to explain what I had done and laid out a plan to get me back to, well, me. Sure, it was not an overite fix, however, a week and a half later and I have not felt better. I still have the occasional stiffness, but it is definitely subsiding and is becoming less noticeable. The cost is very minimal and the service is very commendable. I would certainly refer anyone who is suffering from lower back pain or joint pain to total health. I may have injured myself while working in my yard, and I now say, my yard looks good and my back feels better. WAY TO GO TOTAL HEALTH CHIROPRACTIC! YOU GUYS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!DJ

AMAZING is the only word needed to describe Dr. Karen. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. She actually takes the time to listen and properly assess her patients so that she can do everything possible to help them. I have been to other Chiropractors in the past and they do not even compare to how awesome Dr. Karen is. The gentleman that did my adjustment was wonderful. He took time to find the spots that hurt and adjusted. I just wish he wasnt part time I would stay on his weekly schedule!

I have been a patient at Total Health Chiropractic in Brainerd for about 3 weeks now. Let me first say that I was not looking forward to trying chiropractic medicine as I am not a fan of getting popped. So I was nervous on my first visit.Dr. Johnson laid my fears to rest immediately. Rather than just bending me in various directions, she took the time to explain how my spine, neck, and shoulders were being affected by years of being out of adjustment. She then gave me options that worked within my comfort zone. After just 3 weeks I already feel a noticable difference in my neck and lower back.The staff here are always bright and happy...I dont think they ever have a bad day! If they do, they are careful not to share with patients. The service is quick and thorough.I have recommended Total Health to others and they have been just as impressed, so I have no reservations about recommending their services to anyone who suffers from back and neck pain.

Dr Karen and her Staff are very caring people. I called and they were able to work me into their schedule the same day. I came in and was seen very quickly, they even made me some tea!Everyone there made me feel very welcomed and at ease. I now know what problems my back has and how to relieve the discomfort and pain! The 1st day I walked in to see Dr Ryan Lounsberry, i was unable to stand up straight with lower back pain eith each step. After 3 adjustment visits, I was standing tall again. Best choice ever.

When I started seeing Dr. Karen, I was planning to have a serious procedure that would leave my entire torso in a very fragile state for about three years. Knowing this I talked with Dr. Karen, asking about my options. She completely took my situation into consideration every single visit, and now three years later, I have a very happy spine. She really does have a wealth of knowledge about the human body, you can tell this when you ask her a question about why your not feeling your best, and she will always explain things very clearly. I would recommend Dr. Karen to anyone. Also, the staff is always pleasant and willing to help, and theres always delicious coffee and hot chocolate, as well as a selection of herbal teas that heal various ailments. Come by and see for yourself!

What an EXPENSIVE and PAINFUL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!Let me first say you can join a Gym with a hydo-massage machine and get BETTER and cheaper therapy. The only difference is you get to miss the touching on the back. The table moves up and down so it seems like more is actually being done ( I am sure they have a scientific reason for this but... ).Each visit (5 in total) will end up costing me over $100 for each visit. A $34 co-pay plus everything they billed insurance that was not covered. And there were no x-rays done, so there wasnt a charge for those include in the expensive and painful visits.The staff may have been nice but nothing noticeable after such an expensive mistake!!!I should have left when the Chiropractor spoke poorly of the Physical therapy I was also taking at the time. The therapy HELPED and cost me about 1/5 of what this did!I IN NO WAY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR THE THERAPY THEY SUPPOSABLY GIVE.
