Never had a bad experience here. Theyre always quick, talented, friendly. Yes they cost more than something like Great Clips, but you pay for what you get, and what you get here is well worth the price. Keep at it yall!

This place is very friendly and relaxing. The owner Judy was so patient and knew what to do. I had brain surgery a year ago and needed something done. I had always looked for someone to do a cut my style, not a common style most places do. Or are trained to do. She did a marvelous job. She understood me and did it. Also got highlights and they look amazing. I highly recommend this place. They also booked my appointment immediately. I have finely found the place to go. 5 stars ladys and will see you soon.

Molly, Lexi and Kaylee came into our salon on Saturday June 16, 2018.We spent 4 hours and 80 dollars in product on their hair. We did as these beautiful ladies ask of us. We gave them a bottom price. We feel they were here to target our salon to give bad reviews.This was their first time into our salon . I never treat anyone rough. I ask them did they like their hair and they all said yes. We offered if anything needed done after they get home we would honor that as well.Beware of reviews being punched by these three ladies.So sadThis is my salon. I have owned 8 other salons. I have the best stylist that this industry could offer.I am proud of developing Chattanoogas first on site wedding hair and makeup .Our clients are business men /women. Jessica and Judy (the owner) both treated me like I was a lifelong friend. I made an appointment with the owner, Judy Wilson, and immediately realized I had discovered a true artist! Ive lived all over the world, from Berlin, Germany to Atlanta, San Francisco, Washington DC and Anchorage, Alaska. Judy is truly the most talented stylist Ive ever encountered. She has amazing skills with color, cuts, and any style you can dream up. In addition, she is one of the kindest, most engaging people you will ever meet. Furthermore, her salon is lovely. Judy has been cutting my hair since 2007. I am an older male with lots of hair and some of it has a mind of its own. Judy takes her time to find and control my cowlick and keeps me looking neat and professional. She is the only person with the knowledge and experience to make this old man look good. Great place, you should try it!!

The staff is always friendly and professional. The shop is always clean.Judy has been my stylist for over 20 years. She always listens to what I want and asks questions to clarify before starting to cut. She has unbelievable color skills. But if you have a special occasion this woman is your girl.She has done my hair and makeup for every Christmas party, Marine Corps ball, not to mention my wedding. I have been to many salons around Chattanooga trying to find the right one for me. I have never been completely happy with any of them EXCEPT Yours Truly! Tiffany Wilson is AMAZING! She is flexible with my schedule, the cost of my cut/color does not cost an arm and leg (and trying to keep blonde highlights can be expensive), and I ALWAYS leave happy. She keeps up with the latest trends but keeping my personal style in mind, is AWESOME with color, gives attention to detail with my cut (have to make sure those layers are even!) and does not make me waste my Saturday off by sitting in a salon chair for hours. All the employees are friendly and attentive to their customers. I would recommend this salon & Tiffany Wilson for all ages- whatever your style.

I have been going to Judy and Tiffany since I moved to Chattanooga. They know hair. I have thick coarse hair which I get Keratin treatments. My daughter has fine silky hair and gets hers layered. My mom gets her thinning, grey hair permed and colored. All of us are happy.

I just moved here and didnt know where to go get my hair done. Im super picky and was terrified to go to a new hairdresser because I really loved my old one back home and was certain it was gonna end up messed up. After reading reviews, I decided on this salon and Im so glad I did. Judy is a sorcerer! It was like she read my mind. I love what she did, and am so happy I found someone so close to my house! Looking forward to my next appointment.

Edit: After Writing my review about my experience at the salon. I woke up to several text messages from Judy threatening to sue me for writing a review. Nothing I said was false in my review I was very honest and I just merely wrote a bad review. Please keep in mind that I am 18 years old. She has non-stop harassing me since I wrote this review. She has constantly insisted that I am uneducated and evil. We did not come to target her salon. We came with open minds to have a girls day out. Just because you spent four hours on someone’s hair does not mean that it came out right. We did not say anything because we did not want you to touch our hair and ruin it more than it already is. Molly’s Hair is fried to the root and will no longer curl. Lexi had a horrible panic attack because you were so rough with her hair, even after she told you to not yank on her hair. My review will stay as is for I have every right to write a bad review.Judy was very ruff with my hair! I felt like I was getting my hair pulled out. Their supplies are very dirty and aren’t cleaned in between clients. Not to mention she put bleach on my hair with a makeup brush..

I have known Judy for over 20 years. I have visited other salons in the past due to convenience, but none of the others have done what Judy can do. She is well rounded with awesome color AND cut talent. You just can’t find this in other stylists. When I first met Judy, I was a nieve teenager who went to a stylist to have her do things that I wanted, things that shouldn’t have been done. The stylist almost burned my hair, as well as my scalp. Judy restored my damaged hair, and I am forever greatful! For the teenaged, young ladies that gave her 1 star, you must not be educated when it comes to service. I do know how you treated Judy and her staff with much disrespect, but Judy kept doing what she does, which was giving you what you wanted. If you weren’t happy, she would fix it with no complaint. Hey, if Judy doesn’t like what she did, she will fix it. I find the comments the little girls made, very unnecessary and untruthful! Its a shame that our teenage girls have become so ungrateful and bratty. Just remember, karma will come back to haunt you one day. Judy, my hair looks Amazing! Thank you for all you do!
