Lauren is amazing! I had the worst hair dye experience(turned into green/blue/purple) with someone and Lauren was there to rescue. Shes honest, a good listener and willing to work with you until you are happy with your hair. Shes also very patient and good at explaining / educating her clients. If she can work with thick, dark and stubborn Asian hair like mine, she can work with any hair type. Plus, its always pleasant to be around somebody that is positive and encouraging! I highly, highly recommend her.
