Esther has been doing my hair and eyelashes for over a year at first she was great. Then it got to where she would always be late or double book me. Then she would make up for it by giving discounts. One time she never even showed up. She is very unprofessional and recently I had an experience with her that made me contact the better business bureau. I went in last week for some blonde balayage for the summer 5 hrs into my hair and after she got done curling her daughters hair and attending to the double booked clients my hair is fried she called it foilage, well she sure fouled me, I left crying and she said she would fix it well as you can imagine a year of always something coming up. I just wanted a refund which she promised until she found out I no longer planned on using her anymore. She refuses to give me a refund and tells me her services arnt for free after she promised the refund. Never go to this woman!!!!!!!!!!!! She is a sorry excuse for a business owner and can’t keep a staff because of her lack of professionalism.
