Don’t do it. You’re here reading reviews because you’re smart. Heed the warnings and find a professional salon. This is a gossip house & the results aren’t worth putting up with them. My daughter & I have had hair cuts, highlights, & styles here & have been disappointed with nearly every appt. Plus, if you’re not a gossip girl, it’s just kinda uncomfortable listening to them when all you want to do is relax & enjoy yourself - definitely not for the person who is looking to enjoy a bit of self-care & pampering.

Okay let me start by saying the staff is very friendly and personable if you had issues perhaps it was YOUR own demeanor that brought that out Tania the manager is AMAZING she helped me fix a disaster done by JcPennys I highly recommend her and all these lovely girls at this salon theyre friendly professional and did a great job with my hair and making it the best experience possible and though we have a few sessions left to fix my hair the way I want it Im telling you now it already looks 1000x better then it did when I walked in Thank you so much looking forward to seeing the finished product so excited... 😊😍

The lady Chelsia who cut my hair was VERY rude and judged me about everything in my hair and even talking to her friend that had came in about it. She called me a mess because my hair wasnt brushed all the way, had something to say about every little detail about my hair. I told her I dont want any length cut offBesides what is needed for layers and she gave me a look and asked me if I was sure because of how ugly it looked at the ends and how much it would bother her if she didnt cut it.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Within seconds of walking out of the salon, I was sobbing uncontrollably. I took my glasses off while the lady was cutting my hair so I couldnt see what she was doing. I thought she would follow the pictures I had pulled up and what I told her I wanted. She decided to put layers in my hair without asking and I HATE layers. I never said to cut layers in my hair but she did. Its been three months since I got it cut and I still hate my hair and cry whenever I look at it in the mirror. Dont go there.

Changed from 5 stars to 1. Used to really like my stylist and am disappointed to say I don’t anymore - she whacked my hair last time; it was actually so shocking, there were times I wondered if it was on purpose (crazy, right?). I had to have my hair fixed by someone else. Plus it was the 3rd time in a row my highlights turned out yellow... I stopped seeing her, but my daughter liked another stylist, so I still took her to get a haircut, & almost $50 dollars later I’ve decided not to go back. If I wanted to pay $47 (not including tip) for a 12-yr-old’s basic wash, cut, and not really even a style, I’d go to a high-end salon.

The manager tania mize is the best . Every one should come to her if u want the best hair and prices around ... she amazing

I had highlights and a trim done. My hair had grown out highlights that were yellow. My wait was not bad (especially for a Friday evening). 15 minutes and I was in the chair. Danielle did an amazing job. My hair wasnt damaged and I left there feeling so much better and the morrocan oil that she used on my hair made it so soft. Now Im blonde and ready for my trip. Thanks!

Beware of Holly! Apparently, her 20+ years of so-called experience obviously didnt teach her basic colors or the difference between medium brown toner and jet black hair dye. Years of growing out my hair to a long, healthy length was gone in just 45 minutes with her. One year and over $1000 of treatments later, my hair is finally back to how it was before I met her. Save yourself the trouble and money and go somewhere else. These stylists have no compassion!

I went to someone who had 26 years of experience and I was in shock after she used a #2, as all other stylists have and thought I had 2 gouges on each side. She said she wasnt finished yet and she was correct. It only got worse.When I got home my son asked me if I tried to cut my own hair as he uncontrollably laughed. Im glad I could see my son laugh but not at my terrible haircut. Now will have to shave it off. Thankfully it grows quickly.DONT CHANCE IT...

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very unprofessional. The haircut was not the worst I have had, but the treatment was far below the standard that any salon should have. It probably depends on which stylist cuts your hair, but they should not have someone like her working there in the first place. Very disappointed. :(

Completely screwed my wifes hair!!! I do not reccomend this place. Staff was rude and ready to leave. Left her cellphone charger and it was taken. She went for highlights and lect with solid blue/green hair. Just all together a bad experience.

I went to Danielle to get a trim and have the back shaped. I specifically told her I wanted you keep as much length as possible. My hair was to my shoulders. When I told her to stop. She had cut my hair above my ears and it wasnt even. It was about 1/2 inch above one ear , and about 1/8 inch longer on the the side. When i got home and looked at my hair, it was uneven EVERY WHERE. Since it took several years to get my hair one length and shoulder length I was very upset. I left and called their corporate office. So far I have not heard back. I do not recommend a salon that would hire a stylist as bad as Danielle, and then be insulted by having their corporate office ignore me. No there is nothing they can do to get the style I loved back. But they can keep this from happening to someone else.
