After sitting in a meeting, today, where residents were encouraged to talk about any and everything about Manorhouse, I heard not one complaint from any of the residents. I did hear praise for the activities, housekeeping, laundry, etc. No place is perfect and there is no way to please everyone all the time. Let’s face it...some people in this world just enjoy being negative, no matter what. But Manorhouse does listen to everyone and tries their best to be accommodating to both the residents and to their families, while maintaining quality care.

My first visit to Manorhouse Assisted Living & Memory Care in Chattanooga was a memorable experience. I was searching for a place to move my Aunt to and was so happy to find Manorhouse. All the staff were so helpful and friendly in showing us around this beautiful facility. I knew after seeing everything that the Manorhouse had to offer that my Aunt would be well taken care of during her golden years. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a safe and warm place for their loved ones!

I had no idea there were so many adverse ratings of this assisted living facility posted on so many sources. According to that other post, the nurse was fired and the state is investigating. Good. I am very sad for these families.All these people sharing concerns online, need to stop posting stuff, and pick up the phone and they can share facts confidentially with the State of Tennessee Dept of Health Services complaint office. They will take the complaint over the phone. Leaving pills in the room, and not delivering paid for services is against the law. Report them.Think about this way, there are people there that cannot speak for themselves. Ask the state to investigate. They will. If it helps this train wreck of a place clean up, it is good for the people.Senior Advisor, Yikes stuff there for along time. Just turn over information to the state, they can sort it out.

Research this faciltiy. Call the State of Tennessee and report them. See former employee comments. Most of the the 5 ratings are from the managers at Manor House. I counted 4. Feel free to contact me, and we will share our records and story. My family member was at this facility for 5 years. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The assisted living was about $4,000 a month and my family members room was filthy. The nursing care at this facility is a revolving door. I found prescription pills in every sweater pocket, under furniture, on dresser, just a ridicules and dangerous accumulation of pills for people even with moderate or early stage dementia. My family medications were never managed correctly, and I always suspected that. This was confirmed when I was notified that their director of nursing was allowed to resign for medical error just a couple of months ago. Manor House is beautiful veneer of landscaping and fake smiles to cover pure dysfunction, and under delivery of services to their elderly residents that cannot demand better. Shop around, this place is not Moms Place.

Whenever I visit Manorhouse at Chattanooga I am always greeted by a warm and welcoming staff. They always meet you with a smile and a hello and are willing to answer any questions you may have. That is a true testament to the management. The grounds and courtyard are always beautiful and kept up with blooming plants and flowers. I look forward to each visit.

Stephen is a sorry excuse for a manager. So is Matthew. Neither of them deserve the position of authority they’ve accrued. They for one don’t care about the residents or the establishment. If you’re a worker on third then you already know, if an emergency arises, you won’t be able to reach any member of management but Lisa. Lisa deserves to run the place. And also all the reviews on here that are five stars are employees who Stephen has hired to make himself look good. Don’t believe the lies they’ve said about this place. I have a phone call to corporate to make about Medicaire Fraud that Stephen committed. It’s time this place has justice for its employees.

This is by far the worst assisted living facility that I have ever worked for. They do not care one bit about their residents or employees. I never for one second would send any of my family members to live here and am grateful for the ones I got out of there. They once bribed all employees with gift cards if they would go online and give a good review. (Hint the 5 ☆ reviews) I could go on and on about the mistreatment, neglect, invasion of privacy, abuse, and disrespect towards the residents that goes on there but I think you get the drift. It wont be long before this place is shut down. Not long at all

On every visit to Manorhouse, I am greeted by smiling faces and an extremely helpful staff. The residents are happy, well cared for and always engaged in an enjoyable activity. The building is light and cheerful and the grounds are gorgeous. When I shop for a new home for my dad, Manorhouse will be at the top of the list.

Manorhouse in Chattanooga has such a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming and have developed such a great working relationship focused on caring for the residents and their families. Many of the staff members have been there for over 10 years. I look forward to visiting Manorhouse each time I have an opportunity.

My mother loves it here! The atmosphere and the environment are really good. The staff are friendly and caring.

So thankful for a community such as Manorhouse! Smiles when you first walk in, and from everyone you pass in the halls. I couldnt have asked for a more compassionate and well rounded employer than manorhouse!!!

As I go to this facility I find a caring staff that works hard at what they do. This is a big facility and those who understand how chaotic situations can be, they do care for the residents. No matter what facility i would take a loved one to I think i would like one that focused on my loved on before worrying about tidyness.

Stephen the director of nursing is a pathetic and sorry excuse for what Manorhouse supposedly calls a manager. He does not care about the residents, his employees, or the facility as a whole. As well as committing Medicaire Fraud, I can’t wait to be a part of him getting his license taking away!

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help . Rooms are clean and the nurses are awesome..
