The support and management staff at BrightSpace is knowledgeable and approachable. Rarely have I needed help with an issue and not been able to reach someone immediately. Coming from a different background than my current field, I find it easy to ask questions and the answers understandable. The IT support is proactive and current with trends in digital security and the tech fields. The accounting and human resources teams are timely and thorough. Training webinars I have participated in have been well laid out and executed and communications have been clear and concise.
