I would not recommend at all. I went in for an IUD for medical reasons and because I dont want children; never have and never will. Im an adult and when discussing why I wanted an IUD I was told I can easily remove it if I decided to have kids. I told the Dr. Thats not what I want. In the past Ive asked for a tubal and they did not feel I should proceed with it, so hence the IUD. I was also pushed against getting it because I could want children someday if I met the right man. No! That was so angering to hear that coming from doctor (Freitas) repeated more than once. Its my body andy own choice so stop trying to deter women from making choices. I am now going to a different OBGYN because of this reason. Clearly doesnt respect me or my choice with my body.

Dr. Freitas listens and cares in such a gentle and genuine way. She takes time. Steph, the nurse, is also a pretty amazing human being herself. I have had abuse in my past, and they are sensitive to that. It means everything to be able to trust like that. Highly recommend.

I am fairly new to your clinic. I followed Jamie Otremba from Western. She is such a great Midwife and an amazing person. She is so friendly, no matter what you are having done she makes the appointment enjoyable. Not many people can say that. I feel so fortunate to have her as part of my health care team and will follow her anywhere :D Shes not just your midwife but your friend. Thanks for all you do Jamie and staff!

I don’t have enough nice things to say about this group! The schedulers are friendly, the business office is kind and easy to work with, and the doctors are fantastic! I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have never felt more comfortable with a care team as I have with the entire team at Western OB/Gyn. I have seen multiple doctors within the practice due to a couple of challenging and high-risk pregnancies that required multiple visits. No matter who I had to see, they were all communicating with each other constantly and aware of my situation. I was the type of person who always wanted a female physician, but after meeting Dr. Mohling - that all changed. He is incredible. He takes time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel at ease. The front desk staff, nursing and ultrasound teams are top notch. I have seen and also recommend Dr. Baudoin, Dr. Valley and Dr. Michaulk.

Have had multiple interactions with this clinic in the past couple of days that have been extremely disappointing. I never expect top notch customer service in the medical profession, but they treated me poorly because my insurance wasnt accepted at their clinic. I wouldnt recommend.

If you are looking for an entire team who will take care of your pregnancy/womens health needs, its definitely Western OB GYN (Ive been to both Chaska and Waconia clinics). When I say team, I mean everyone, this includes the operators and triage nurses you talk to over the phone, the receptionists, clinic nurses, ultrasound and lab technicians, especially the doctors. I used to be seen by a different provider from a different clinic (which I wont mention and wont give a review), and I absolutely felt the huge difference when it comes to service delivery. I felt safe and well taken cared of at Western OB GYN, especially with Dr. Ou-Yang. She is truly remarkable, Western is fortunate to have as part of the team. I am fortunate that I am under her care.

Absolutely the worst people to deal with who have zero understanding or willingness to listen, and very crass and rude. On top of that a surprise bill that matched the first experience. Do not recommend do not suggest do not encourage anyone to visit this obgyn practice and God forbid you need to deal with the Billing Office. What a disappointment and disaster.

Every one is so friendly. I really love my midwife Jamie she is amazing.
