Was a nice facility inside, I was waiting for almost two hours after I checked in. The staff was nice enough to give us snacks/granola bars while we were waiting but there was only about 6 people ahead of me. I found out once my test was processing that their computers were being very slow so I spent about another 20 minutes with my clinician trying to get my test processed. That visit was unideal but Im sure they can do better.

An excellent place for work related test both clinical and physical. They have a doctor on hand who can make objective assessment of your overall physical fitness. No bias or color. She is very good at what her job is.

The process from the minute I walked in the door until I walked out was amazingly smooth. Everyone was super friendly!

I was there for an employment drug screen. It was an easy and convenient process. One star short of five for the wait time (one hour). Would not have been an issue but I was not updated and eventually had to ask how much longer it would be to be sure they knew I was there. Other than the wait time it was fine, everyone was very friendly.

Upon arrival, I was greet d by a young receptionist. She insisted I wear a mask although the state mandates had been lifted. In an attempt to explain to her that I had been exposed to a biological agent in Iraq and that I preferred not to wear a mask but believed more in exercising my freedoms. She aggressively cut me off and interrupted me three times in an attempt to shut me up. I was then handed a mask and the receptionist made it evident that she was not giving me the clipboard to register my visit until I complied with her demands. I found this to be extremely rude. I was there for urinalysis and will request a different facility be used next time. I will not spend another dollar there again.

Horrible wait. No one was in the lobby when I arrived. 3 people arrived right after me waiting for screenings too. It took well over a hour plus!! Do not recommend go to a different screening location

It was a smooth process, but I wish I didnt have to get it rescheduled over a few head cold symptoms. (I have been fully vaccinated for COVID for almost half a year now, and I was just getting over my head cold)

Went in for a pre-employment drug screening. People were polite and professional but I was there almost 45 minutes before I was called back.

The people there are nice and quick about what has to be done. Make sure to bring a photo OD with you. All the series of tests move quickly, it’s only the physical portion of it that takes some time because I think that some exercises have been added. Just dress appropriately. . I took every test and was out of there in about 1 hr - 1 1/2 hrs on a busier day.

Walked in my kid in tow for my pre employment CDL drug test. The ladies were pleasant and very professional. Had everything ready to go when I handed over my paperwork. Clean facility, nice staff.

I had a four hour drive to my appointment. I had a cough and needed to get a Covid test before I could have my appointment. The staff was so very helpful in getting this out of town er to a rapid Covid testing site. I ended up being almost 2 hrs late for my appointment to wait for results. The staff saw me without question and kept my appointment. They were kind, understanding and caring! In this upside down world, these folks showed extraordinary kindness! What wonderful people! Nice people/employees, but way too much repetitive paperwork. I had to answer the same few questions on not only separate sheets of paper but also on an app on my phone. And the physical test were kind of bogus.

Took the girl several pokes and several veins until she gave up to have the provider take my blood. I have never bruised so much.

First time at Concentra. Each staff member I encountered were friendly and professional. The Dr. I consulted with took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. The Dr. provided me with valuable insight regarding my health. As a bonus wait time was minimal. I had a scheduled appointment and got in on time. I highly recommend this facility.

Its like torcher sitting in the lobby listening to ABC news. I try to stay away from politics because of babble like this. What a garbage news organization. Turn the TV off please.

The place was well-kept, and I felt everything was confidential between different patients as they also appear to have urgent care and I was there for pre-employment screening.- there were only a couple others in the waiting area when I went in. The front desk was extremely well mannered and friendly. Easy to find, convenient location!

The lack of sanitation during my visit was very concerning. It was not very professional. The visit was for an employee test and I felt a bit degraded.I also felt empathetic for the people that worked there as it was in poor condition. The sinks were all covered in limescale, there was not a hand sanitizer in my exam room. And the surface wipes I decided to use since it was taking so long and the room was dirty was completely dried out. The worst was the over flowing urine cups in the hallway and the dirty toilet I was asked to use for my sample. It was just gross.

So unbelievably slow. Took well over an hour when there was no line. People are nice.

Had a great exp here. Check in was a breeze, because I brought proper documents. The wait was only 25-30 min, which is to be expected at a walk in drug testing clinic. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful, as I was respectful to her. The nurse that helped me complete the drug test was wonderful at explaining everything. Highly suggest.

Not much to say. I was sent here for my pre employment drug screening. They had me fill out a couple forms and then it was just a short wait till they called my name. Everything after that was only like 5 minutes so it was over quick. The lady was very professional and nice.

Haphazard and incompetent are the only words I have to describe my encounter with this place. Simple DOT physical turned in to 2 day ordeal. Lost pay waiting for them to decide exactly what they wanted and send it to my company. If you can go ANYWHERE else do so

Would never use you I only am because that falls under my job for work comp uses. Physical Therapy Lady great . Seen 3 different doctor s so you have to go through all the motions again the nurses need more training in input info in computer. . We scheduled appointment for a reason you wait half hour or more in lobby past appointment and then once you do get in after vitals are take you wait another 20 minutes plus to see the doctors.And then you have to wait for your doctor to get info in to print and give to you and your employer they have no sense of urgency. I would never recommend your clinic . It is what my company use for work comp. I would have rather used my own PCP and paid myself. It is to bad my doctor doesn’t fall under my company for work comp. my time is just as valuable to spend 1 to 2 hours in the doctors odd when you have an appointment

Over an hour and a half in waiting room.Nurse mumbled and I couldnt hear her.Was there for DOT physical and nobody was sure what tests I needed. Not even sure if they did half of them.Couldnt find my blood pressure (think they just ended up faking it).UA there was no safety protocols. Could of got water out of the sink or just had someone else pee for me. They didnt care.All in all probably the worst DOT physical I ever had.Very unprofessional.Furniture was even ghetto.Would of gave zero stars if I could.

IMO a 2 is higher than it should be. Went in as a VA urgent care for bruised rib. Told they cant prescribe pain reliever through the VA so they did a muscle relaxer. Not only does it not work I had to pay for it since the VA cover 14 days and they prescribed 15 pills. Called later to get pain meds and they told me to go to another Urgent care (I would have to pay the urgent care, the new xrays that have not changed from 2 days ago) and the pain meds. SO here I am with bruised ribs that hurt so much I havent slept in 2 days and no way to get relief without spending hundreds of dollars put of my own pocket since they wont prescribe anything. All this on July 3 so the weekend is pretty much gone IF I CAN EVEN SLEEP without pain meds.

The medical provider I saw was rude and unprofessional. She questioned whether or not I actually had a prescription for a medication I take, and asked for proof. I showed her proof and she questioned that, too. Luckily I dont have to go back here as it was just a pre-employment physical.

Everybody from the front desk to the back were very nice and courteous. I just went in for a routine drug test and they made it a comfortable experience as pee tests go. Highly recommend them.

Clean environment. Doesn’t get busy. Coffee is hot and ready. A basket of snacks to one’s content. Staff professional and happy to see me again :)

The simple exam for my Commercial DOT physical went WAY too long and the doctor who examined me went way too far with the examination.Yes she was in her rights as an examining physician however her examination rivals NASA. In other words too far over the top for a DOT physical.I am an airline pilot. I only get the DOT physical to maintain my class A drivers license.I see an FAA Aero Medical Examiner (Physician) twice a year and he sees and certifies a large percentage of pilots for Delta Airlines.His exams are very thorough.Her exam was twice as long and mostly frivolous in my honest opinion.I would go someplace else.

I was to return for a reading of a TB test taken on a Wed. in 48 to 72 hours but informed that the clinic isnt open Sat.. I asked them to make an appointment and they said at the front desk to just come back Friday. When I arrived Fri. at 2pm, I was told they were refusing me as only 46 hours 10 minutes had passed since the test. I could have been asked to come only between 4 and 5 Friday as they close at 5pm Friday and before 4 was apparently too early. Poor customer relations as their practice model does not depend on happy patients returning. The treating team member said I told you to come back in 48-72 hours. They dont comprehend quality customer service.

Horrible Dr. Talked about my weight when I was there for a back injury from work. Hes no longer there! Wait,wait,wait! Got there for a scheduled appt.Sent away till next week. Staff was great though

Arrived at clinic rather late for DOT exam. But had just obtained finalpaperwork from my bus company and was leaving for a week long vacation the next morning. They were able to get my exam completed even though there were 3 people there about 10 minutes after closing time.

Good lord, this place could not be any slower. Honestly, find another location. This was....weird. like weird in the sense of, Im not sure how you can move this slowly. The lobby just kept filling up annnnnd nobody was going anywhere.

Went in for a routine pre-employment urine analysis test, and despite the sparsely-populated waiting room, I sat there waiting for over 50 minutes before I had been called up. Another woman just before me in line was on the phone with someone talking about how shed been waiting there for more than an hour for her own drug test, as well.Clinics shouldnt be this slow in general, obviously, but they definitepy shouldnt partner with companies to receive all their pre-employment drug testees if they arent capable of handling even light patient workloads.Ill never go to a Concentra again unless obligated to go by an employer for a drug test.

Went for a dot physical and was there for three hours. The nurse made me put a gown on then left the door open the whole time. They couldn’t find my paper work and chewed me out Day I didn’t do it. And the nurses were rude .

First time Ive been there. People were friendly. Service was good.

The wait time was too long. There were only 4 other people there and I had to wait 45 minutes. I also had to forward 3 emails as I had scheduled days ahead of time but they had no confirmation. I had both a confirmation and a service request number.

I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nice clean space with nice and knowledgeable staff.

Please if your company sends you drug screening and physical. Please do drive and go to a different clinic. I in there for more than 2hrs and 15 min and when it was time to get my son from his practice. They told me I’ve to wait at least 30 more minutes. Which was impossible, I told them that I will finish my physical some other time but they put me done as “refusal” wasted my time and I lost my job opportunity due to their poor staffing.

Always a professional atmosphere, plenty of seating and coffee or water.When I call for information I receive clear explanations.

Near empty waiting room took over an hour for a blood draw.
