All the doctors, nurses, and staff are so caring, helpful, and personable. They make what could be uncomfortable situations easy to handle and easy to understand. I so appreciate all they do! 😊

I know that whenever I come to Lakeview clinic I will be cared for by warm and caring people. It starts with the reception desk, continues with the rooming personnel and nurses and finishes up with the doctors. Sometimes I’ve had to visit specialists out of Lakeview, and although I might have good care there, the bedside manner of the clinicians at Lakeview has always been the best!I love the doctor-patient relationship with my primary provider. He’s got a good listening ear! He knows I’m also in healthcare, so we are able to have elevated discussions about unique medical situations. The care I receive is attention-focused. I never have ever felt like my provider is distracted by other things on his plate - even though I know he’s got a long list of other patients he has seen from the day.I’ve been a patient in this clinic system for over 20 years and will continue to be a patient here forever!

I called in, asking to be informed about the process for getting information regarding my doctor for a referral we had discussed awhile back. I received a call back from a nurse, who said the clinic refers in house for the referrals I was looking for. I was surprised, as I wasnt asking for her opinion on who I should be referred to, I was asking about the process by which I can get ahold of my doctor for this information. The situation quickly spiraled, and this woman ended up laughing and scoffing at me on the phone, and I hung up in tears. Customer service 101: listen to what your customers want and dont fight with them about it!

I absolutely love Lakeview Clinic. Ive seen three clinicians this far, and all have been exceptional. That, and being three minutes from my home - nirvana. Keep up the great work, Lakeview!

Ive never seen this doctor before it kinda was an emergency cause I was getting worse. I sure appreciated that he pulled out all the stops, since we dont know yet what is wrong. Everyone was very nice and I really didnt have to wait that long.

My children always receive the best care at Lakeview Clinic in Chaska. The pediatricians listen and answer any questions we have. After a bad experience at another local clinic, we could not be happier that we found Lakeview Clinic. We prefer to see Dr. Rutherford or Dr. Erickson, but have had good experiences with almost all the doctors at the clinic. We highly recommend!

Uses FollowMyHealth online patient portal/EHR (Electronic Health Record), which can be connected and integrated with accounts for other clinics/providers (like Ridgeview Clinic and/or Hospital, for example).

Great staff and they actually take the time to get to know you as a patient/person. Never have a problem getting an appointment. My family sees various Doctors and they are all great.

It’s never easy finding a new doctor. I just relocated from the west coast, and hadn’t a clue how this process would work. Today I had my first appointment with Dr Rogers, and to my delight, I hit the jackpot on my first try. As everyone before me stated in their reviews, that Dr. Rogers listens. I met with Dr Haugland and staff for a physical. He came recommended by friends. Our family doctor of 20+ years retired, so I had many questions and information to share as a new patient. He listened to all concerns, seemed genuinely interested, made recommendations. Very impressed at the time and attention given to me. He and nursing staff were very capable.

Beware: The form you sign will ask you to share all your medical history information with all the organization which is against the HIPAA privacy policy. The form also dont have any option for you to accept or reject it.When I refused to sign, the lady at reception vehemently told me -sorry then they cant treat me here!! A patient can never be refused treatment if he prefers to have privacy in his records. They are clearly violating the law.

Dr. Carlson has been my primary Dr. for the past 10 years or so. I have been very happy with the care she provides. I highly recommend Dr. Carlson and the staff at Lakeview Clinic.

Dr. Rogers is fantastic! He is my 89 year old mothers primary care doc, as well as to my 20 yr old son, 16 yr old son, and my husband. He treats each of them with the same great respect, regardless of age. He is a good listener and does whatever he can to find the best course of treatment for each of them. I attend all of my mothers appointments and usually have many concerns/questions. He is so patient with me and truly cares. His nurse, Candace, is super helpful and returns my phone calls within minutes and does whatever she can to help in the fastest way possible.

I am surprised to see the negative reviews of this location on google. I have gone to Dr. Carlson for many years and she is wonderful. I even drive from Ramsey, MN to go to the Chaska location because I like the care and the down to earth attitude Dr. Carlson has. I have always felt comfortable at LakeView and would highly recommend the facility.

We see several doctors here (Dr. Carlson and Dr. Rutherford, just to name a few) and have been very happy with the service and care provided for our entire family.

Dr. Mohling was great! Shes so good with children. The nurses was also nice and friendly. The people I encountered there were very professional and competent. I highly recommend the clinic if youre looking for a good pediatrician.

Dr. Rogers was patient, courteous and willing to take the time necessary to talk about my family medical history and what that could mean for my future healthcare options. I had a great experience and plan on continuing to attend this clinic.

Do not go here if you need serious help. This hospital is denying me life-saving cancer surgery because of an open balance of $1000 for my first round of emergency surgery. They are completely incapable of understanding the human side of disease (e.g. its hard to work or even keep your job when all of a sudden you are confronted with cancer at 30). I dont have much in terms of a support system an live close to the poverty line working 45 hours a week. By the time I can get that kind of money my disease WILL have progressed. Just know that your life might be held hostage at this hospital, for a sum I can guarantee is not even close to the worth of your life.

I heard about Dr. Rogers from someone I know, so I made an appointment. I have many chronic health issues and have struggled for over 10 years. He is the only doctor that’s stayed in my corner and hasn’t given up on trying to help me get better, that’s why I drive from Brooklyn Park to chaska to see him. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors are truly amazing.

Both my kids have seen Dr. Mohling and her nurse Tina since birth. They are incredibly good with kids and seem to genuinely care about their patients. I cant say enough good things about this clinic!

I was a patient for many many years at Park Nicollet, but my Doctor, Dr. Rogers of a couple of years, took a different position at Lakeveview clinic 1-2 of years ago. Though Lakeview Clinic is approximately 35-40 miles from my home, I transferred all my records to this unknown, to me, new clinic because Dr. Rogers is one of the few Doctors I found to truly care about me and my well being. He is calming and a great listener, which makes me feel more comfortable, I’m truly glad I did transfer to Lakeview. The entire staff is super kind, nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend it, as I did with my daughter, and she is very happy with Lakeview Clinics.

After not scheduling an appointment with Lakeview for over 7 years they refused me because of a past due balance from the year 2010 that was sent to a bill collection agency and has since been closed because the bill collection agency said my debt was not collectible so the billing department at Lakeview tried to collect payment from me after this account has been closed, when I called today to schedule an appt. My response to this was that I have rights and this appears to be discriminateting and that debt no longer exists. The woman at Lakeview told me if I want to continue my relationship with Lakeview clinic in the future I need to clear up that balance and that Lakeview is a private business, she would not carry the conversation any farther than that. I ended it with you obviously do not know my rights. Unreal. Im disappointed and I do believe that Lakeview clinic has the best healthcare providers to offer, customer service however in the billing department, receives a negative star review from me.

I work for a large health plan and Im picky about my kids pediatrician. They have a large MD or DO staff and I have nothing but good things to say about the Docs my kids have seen.
