My teeth have never looked and felt better!It was the first time in five years getting my teeth cleaned and the dental hygienist worked two hours cleaning my teeth! I have tried over-the-counter teeth whitening kits and little did I know, what proved most effective was going to the dentist for a teeth cleaning, routine exam. Highly recommend this place 👍👍 Staff are very friendly, professional, and are very passionate about helping you take the best care of your teeth.

The whole team at West Lakes Dentistry is wonderful! My 6yr old, 3yr old and myself have had good experiences. Our hygienist Tabitha was very knowledgeable and great with my kids. Dr. Lauren is as sweet and bubbly as she is professional and most definitely a highly competent dentist.

Awesome. I hate going to the dentist, so I didnt go for a long time. West Lakes (Taylor) made me feel comfortable. No pressure, give you options but dont lecture. Comfortable chairs, TVs on the ceiling with original headphones. No bright lights in your eyes. All staff is friendly. Been a patient for about 3 years now, I dont even dread going! I was traveling in the area and developed an abscessed tooth. I was in their office within hours and they referred me to a specialist that day. They were all very professional, helpful, and caring!

I had a great experience at the Chaska office on 1-16-20. I came in to have a crown and build up. I was very impressed by the little things Dr. Lauren and her assistant did for me. Such as putting Vaseline on my lips so they dont dry out and taking the time to show and explain the different pictures of my tooth. I learned so much about the procedure and the options I had . I am also grateful for how on top of her game the administrator lady in charge of the billing. This is my first time EVER getting a crown where I wasnt first way over charged at a dental office initially only to have to arrange to get a refund after the insurance payment and write off. Those refunds would take 2 to 4 weeks. So thank you Chaska office for this overall impressive experience. Well done!

Went in for a typical cleaning with a very sensitive tooth. The hygienist cleaned gently around it and did everything they could to help with the sensitivity. They are extremely nice and friendly at Strand Dental

I had a tiny chip come off the back of one of my molars. They got me in very next morning at 8am to check it and put in a temporary filling so the sharp edges wouldnt irritate my tongue. Theyve arranged to get me in next week at my convenience to have the permanent filling installed. It is always a delight to work with Dr. Strand and her friendly staff.

Longterm patient but strayed because of dental insurance coverage, yet Laurie welcomed me back cordially and evaluated professionally, leading me to stay put with her for dental work. Good advice, honest assessment, and great technique and bedside (chair-side?) manner. Likewise her hygienists and staff.

My boyfriend needed a second opinion after seeing a different dentist in the area. I called the office, and they were super helpful in getting him scheduled at a time that worked with his work schedule. All the paperwork was done electronically, so none of those pesky forms when you first get to the office :-) The dentist and her team knew he had a shorter time than they were hoping for available for his appointment, and they immediately started multi-tasking and getting things moving so he could be out the door on time, no questions or arguing. The dentist was well spoken, had a bubbly personality, and it was apparent that she loved her profession. The whole team listened to his needs and concerns as well as mine, and delivered great results. A prioritized, timelined plan of action along with insurance and out of pocket expected costs. They sat down with me and walked me through the medical reasons for their recommendations as well as the financial ones. Their staff sat and took the time to explain the why for the invasive items they were recommending and the long and short term pros and cons. They didnt rush the discussion, they were polite and helpful, answered all of our questions, and were a pleasure to be around at 7 am :-) We are looking forward to working with them moving forward and would recommend them to people who are in need of a competitively priced dentist office with caring staff who know how to be slow and gentle for those with anxiety about the dentist.

I called for an emergency visit and was offered an appointment 20 minutes from the time I called! I couldnt get there that fast but was given another 2 hours later. Dr. Miner explained what she thought my problem was and offered a treatment plan. There was no charge for this service since it was included in the insurance plan purchased from West Lakes.

Previous dentist took a week to get back to me regarding an infection in one tooth. In the span of a week it became much, much worse situation. I needed to do something besides wait around!Solution?One phone call to Strand.Four hours later Im at the endodontist getting the help I need. Why go anywhere else?
