Best non-event ever! Dr. Chris Johnson is an excellent, skilled and compassionate professional, and I have been going to him for years. My root canal was a breeze and pain free. I give Town Dental and Dr. Chris Johnson my highest recommendation!

I hadnt been to the dentist in, like, 13 years - and was incredibly nervous before my initial appointment. As soon as I got in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who helped me figure out some insurance questions before heading into the exam room.The dental hygienist (Jackie, I think?) was super understanding of my absence and walked me through what would be going on as it was my first time at Town Dental. After a few x-rays - I initially went in due to a toothache - they informed me its due to my dumb wisdom teeth (go figure!), with one in particular being the cause of the pain.After the x-rays, Dr. Bevis - who is crazy nice, by the way - measured my gums, checked for cavities, and proceeded with the cleaning. It honestly felt great and didnt hurt a bit! After the cleaning, we agreed on next steps and a general idea of how to move forward with continued treatment.All-in-all, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Sure theres more work to be done but based on my initial appointment, the team at Town Dental make me not as anxious/nervous about dental work.PS - Heres me pointing at my teeth as proof I A) have teeth after 13 years of no dental visits and B) am a happy camper already looking forward to my next visit to Town Dental.

My family and I have been going to Town Dental since we moved to Chaska over 5 years ago. We are very happy with Town Dental. The staff are very friendly, very patient and professional and the two Doctors are amazing as well. They gave me a few facial masks to wear on a cruise to Mexico just before we knew for certain about COVID. 😷😷I am way overdue for my teeth cleaning. I am looking forward to go in very soon!

Horrible experience,( Town Dental in Chaska, MN off of Engler) with a root canal. It took them 3 tries over a long weekend to complete the root canal! I was charged for each individual visit versus being charged for the root canal, absolute nightmare. On top of that the tooth was severely infected. The pain was so horrible, they should have put me on antibiotics first. The crown fell off and the tooth broke then had to be extracted. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

Town Dental does a great job. Part of dentistry is art - getting the color and shape right if you need work done - and Dr. Harvieux did a terrific job on my chipped tooth. He takes the time to make sure it is done right. I was also very happy to see that they have good coronavirus protections in place.

I have been completely happy with my experience at Town Dental. They work with me to schedule appointments for me and my two boys so that we can be seen at the same time (overlapping appointments). Today they were able to move our afternoon appointments to the morning so that we could take advantage of snowboarding on a day off from school. Wow! Thanks for your flexibility Town Dental.

Town Dental Chaska is the best dental service around. Their new location is conveniently off Highway 212.I have been a patient of theirs for many years and have to say everyone that works there is amazing and the care is the best!

Been to a bunch of dentists when I was young, and Town Dental stuck! I still go here 15 years later. Theyre clean, friendly, efficient, understanding, and helpful! They really care about your dental health, and they have really great decoration (even before they moved to their shiny new office!) I also want to mention Colleen! Shes usually my dental hygienist when I go, and shes the best!

I see Barb and Dr. Johnson in Excelsior. I love them. Everyone that works there is great at their job. Barb is so wonderful. She is always educating me on how to take the best care of my teeth (today she told me about woven floss...the best!) They are really an exceptional practice. I would recommend them to anyone for excellent care and consistently great experience.

Everyone at Town Dental is super friendly making the whole office feel like family. They always take the time to get to know you and if it comes to additional dental work needed, they will recommend multiple options of available.
