The staff were so friendly and efficient! Everything was explained at a level I understood but I didn’t feel talked down to. All around just a good experience.They do have rescue dogs in the office, but checked with our comfort level before letting us interact. We love dogs and this was a big hit with my son.This visit was a consultation, which was completely free of charge, even with x-rays! They made a recommendation that involved dental but not orthodontic work, and scheduled a follow up that will also be free of charge. I’m not sure if this is standard practice everywhere but I am a fan.

Very homey environment everyone was so nice! They have a service dog that I think is the most absolute best thing ever!

I highly recommend Dr. Horbalys office! Christy was amazing, kind, and patient. If you are looking for an orthodontist experience that is calm and thorough this is the one! They truly are all about helping and service, not just to make money on you. They gave us sound advice and we will be returning and will definitely recommend them!

Our expereince with the team at Horbaly Orthodontics was outstanding. My daughter just completed her orthodontic treatment, something we did not believe she would be able to do. She has a very sensitive gag reflex that has caused her some anxiety with dental and orthodontic treatment. The first orthodontist we went to left her in tears and discouraged. The entire team at Horbaly Orthodontics showed compassion and patience with her and encouraged her ever step of the way through her treatment. She could not have completed the entire orthodontic treatment without their guidance and understanding. Today, she is confident and proud of her new beautiful smile. We appriciate all of their help through my daughters orthodontic journey.

My youngest son is half way through is orthodontic treatment. My oldest son just had his braces taken off in September 2019 and his teeth look great. He gets complimented on his smile often. Great staff and treatment. We appreciated the conservative approach. Dr. Horbaly followed both boys for a couple of years before starting treatment, monitoring their overall growth, not just looking in their mouth. No pulling of teeth or early treatment. Great approach, I highly recommend him to anyone in need of orthodontic care. He has a track record of not having to do braces a second time. You will not be disappointed!

I did the Sure Smile retainers through Dr. Horbaly and it was very affordable, and the process was SO fast compared to braces. My teeth moved around and I was done within 3 months! The entire staff was wonderful and it was always a pleasure going in for each appointment! I cannot recommend them enough, you will not be disappointed with their service!

I wanted to share something that happened today, as a 24 year old graduate of braces from Dr. Horbaly. I had braces for two years in middle school and have worn my retainer every night since I got them off 10 years ago. Today, I had a regular hygiene check with my dentist and he complimented me saying whoever did your orthodontic work did a really great job. I took my son Nicholas, who is 9 years old, for an early consultation. We had a very nice first appointment. Doctor Horbaly and his staff are very professional and polite. They explained everything very well and as of right now there is no treatment necessary, but we will go in every 6 months for follow-up appointments.

Dr Horbaly treated my 2 sons, one went through it twice! Both of them loved doc and his staff....everyone was always very friendly and helpful. The boys both ended up with beautiful smiles! This was the only office I found to encourage fluoride while in braces, Both sons had no cavities when they were done with all the brackets & hardware.....and I know they didnt always spend as much time cleaning their teeth as they should have.

Ive been a long time customer of Dr. Horbalys office. Over 16 years Ive been paying for his services, and I was content. Until I lost my bottom retainer recently. After recent phone calls with his office I have to write a bittersweet review. When I had retainers made after my braces came off I was guaranteed reordering was available for my retainers. That Dr. Horbalys office would keep my impressions, and all I would have to do is reorder. On the phone last week, his business manager said they didnt keep my impressions, and now dont even offer the wire/acrylic retainers anymore. Im upset and disappointed I cant reorder a retainer I need, cant be replaced, and I was told that they would keep my impressions. Why wasnt I told to pick up my impressions if they werent going to keep them? Why didnt his office give me a chance to reorder my retainers in case of losing them? The original impressions were made when my teeth were exactly straight, and now that I havent been wearing the bottom retainer (I lost) my teeth are moving. Now, any new impressions will not correct my teeth back to the way they were after the braces. So, my only options are to have new impressions made, and pay for all the costs. Ive decided to go to Ashley Orthodontics in Waynesboro instead of Dr. Horbaly. Im now being treated like my 16 years of loyal business and paying referrals to Dr. Horbalys office meant nothing.

Dr.Horbaly has treated both my sons with braces. The eldest had a drastic overbite which effected his appearance greatly. He is an actor and singer and appears in public frequently. Without the fantastic job Dr. Horbaly did he would not have been able to pursue those activities. His before and after photos are remarkable. Dr. Horbaly knows when the proper time to begin treatment and expedites the process.My second son dislikes any type of medical procedures; especially dental procedures.Dr. Horbaly and his staff deal with him in a respectful and kind manner. He also has a winning smile now thanks to Dr. Horbaly.
