Dr. Zeri is my favorite doctor. She always shows care and concern and listens intently with how I am and have been doing. You can tell that her concern for my health is her priority. I don’t just feel like another patient. She knows my history and I don’t feel like I have to keep explaining everything from the beginning like I have had to with some doctors. Her nurses are also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who’s in need of an outstanding rheumatologist!

Most uncaring doctor I have ever met. I have SLE Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis and she did not even TOUCH my joints the whole 2 years I saw her.. I regret so badly not switching sooner!

I have been a patient of Dr.Zeri for over 4 years I began seeing her in the Concord office. She has taken excellent care of my Ankylosing Spondylitis if my renovate isn’t work she is willing to work with me on frequency and dosage to make sure I am not in pain. If I call with a flare up she is willing to call meds in to make sure I’m not hurting. When she moved to Southpark I decided to follow her because of the outstanding treatment I have always received under her care.

It is rare I write reviews, but I am morally compelled to share my experience. I have Psoriatic Arthritis and have seen a Rheumatologist for the past 14 years. I came to have an appointment with Dr. Zeri after my other doctor left the practice. She was close to retirement and I thought it worth a visit with a younger doctor, in the hopes of establishing a relationship that might last several years. I had 2 appointments with Dr. Zeri in a span of 6 months. The first visit was fairly routine and I did not think much about the amount of time spent. I left feeling she did not really hear anything I said. In the next six months I needed refills twice, both times were a disaster. I dont know if it is the doctor, or the staff, but it was very apparent there is a communication break down within the practice. The second appointment was pathetic. She spent 3 minutes with me and came off as a flippant teenager trying to get finished with her chores so she could go to the mall. I have seen many health professionals over the years, as I have a complicated medical history. In that time I have never encountered a doctor who was less professional and uncaring as Dr. Zeri. Perhaps as a Primary Care Provider, this behavior and attitude would be less apparent; however, as a Specialist in a field where patients are in pain, on a daily basis, she is far from professional. There are many other caring, professional, knowledgeable Rheumatologists in our area, I recommend finding one of them to see to your needs, rather than risk something being missed by Dr. Zeri.

I don’t know how “Dr” Zeri is a doctor. She is cold, uncaring, cruel and the most unhelpful doctor I’ve ever seen. My mother had to wait over 6 months to get in and once she did, she has been mistreated the entire time. My mom has a severe hernia, rheumatoid arthritis as well many other medical issues. This doctor has put her on medications that have harmed her and once told what the medications were doing, the doctor refused to change them to something more suitable/safe. Now I’m beyond livid for more reasons than 1 but I have to go back and remind those that my mom has a severe hernia. My mom has been untreated for years and the surgeon said that her rheumatoid doctor has to adjust her medications in order for her to safely get the surgery. One of those things include stop smoking. My mom desperately wanted to stop smoking to help 1 aspect of getting the surgery safely. When she asked Dr. Zeri to help her change those medications so she can get her hernia taken care of, “Dr.” Zeri refused. She wouldn’t even help my mom safely stop smoking by prescribing her to Chantix. So now I’m on the search for a REAL, CARING, doctor that won’t let my mom die or sit in pain 24/7.I advise all to avoid this doctor completely. Not worth the risk or the pain.
