My husband was a patient here. He would drive over an hour for his appointments and take half a day off each time and never late. We found Dr. Withers nice enough but would often have to repeatedly call to get lab results, have questions answered or for refills. The staff was unprofessional in a few instances. We often waited for a long time after our appointment time. The last straw was when there were some traffic problems around the office, my husband was 12 minutes late, other patients came in behind him late also for the same reason, they refused to see him. A true lack of compassion.

As others have stated, when you have an autoimmune disease it usually takes seeing many doctors before you find the right one that can help you. I was so blessed to find Dr Withers and his staff. They are beyond amazing. I have been seen by both he and the PA Michelle and I have nothing but wonderful praises for both of them. Every member of this office makes you feel important and cared for. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

I had been diagnosed with lupus many years ago. Wasted countless time and money on other rheumatologists who did absolutely nothing. My first visit to Dr Withers today was refreshing and informative. He went over my entire medical history and we have created a plan that I believe will help my quality of life. His entire staff is phenomenal and the office smells amazing!

First visit as a new patient. Waited over 1.5 hrs before seeing Dr. Withers. He just kind of chuckled and said he would rush through since I let him know I wasnt happy to cancel my customer appointments scheduled because of the wait. With all my records forwarded weeks before he didnt review because too many. Offered nothing to ease the flare and was more interested in insurance than care plan he would prescribe.. Wanted over $1500 of blood work and an appointment in 6 weeks to discuss a care plan. Now they are sending me a bill which I paid the day of the visit. Seems to me scheduling and accounting need some serious tweaking.

Dr. Withers and staff are beyond amazing! From the moment I walked in the door not only did I receive a warm welcome from the amazing front desk… they have provided excellent patient care! For many years I have needed answers to my health concerns.. and Dr Withers was so thorough that he found the answers to my questions! I cannot recommend them highly enough! Also I love how the office treats the whole person ...through both medical care and wellness practices . Latisha their Health educator offers wellness advice such as nutrition and healthy living practices! SIMPLY AWESOME!

Awful doctor. He diagnosed me with lupus and celiac disease and when I tried to contact him with my questions he was unavailable. Dont waste your time or money.

Dr. Withers came highly recommended from our primary care physician. My daughter is being treated for severe myofascial pain under the setting of POTS (a type of dysautonomia). He and his staff are phenomenal. They truly care about their patients - not simply a management of symptoms/pain, but how the patient is progressing through physical therapy, dietary changes, mental health, etc. Any time we have issues, they respond and take care of whatever it is - insurance billing, medication approvals or changes - within a timely manner. Truly one of the best healthcare providers in the greater Charlotte area!
