The staff is awesome! They’re warming, nice, and very patient with any and all concerns you may have. They are knowledgeable and give you suggestions along with options to obtain the best dental health possible. I love this place, best dental office ever!

My visit was fantastic. When you walk in the door you are welcomed with smiling faces and warm personalities. The staff works as quickly but diligently as they can to ensure your scheduled appointment time is when you are being seen. They respect and appreciate your time and work to get you in and out so you arent stuck there all day waiting. Upon completion of the visit they explain everything and set you up with your next visit.Engel Dental Facility is a great dentist office and ifnyou dont like who you currently have you should definitely consider giving them a try.

Dr. Engel was polite, informative, and straight to the point. He made me feel extremely comfortable during consultation and introduced me to Dr. Habashi who was just as informative and compassionate with his care. Went today for the first time for a consult and cleaning and I think ive found my permanent dental office. Dr Engel was excellent, communicative, and extremely friendly. everyone there was so friendly and helpful. its not often that I write these reviews but this was imperative.

I was impressed from the moment I walked in the door. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at any dentist. Dr. Engel is a gifted artist with a dentistry vision. His practice embodies expertise, authenticity, and sustainability.

Dentist always make me nervous but I felt instantly relaxed walking into their institute. Tiffani, the account specialist, to Dr. Engle coming over and introducing himself, have made me feel I will be taken care of. They really listened and delivered in every possible way. Absolutely amazing experience. I was dealing with an emergency and they made me an appointment same day in less than an hour to see me with no notice. The staff was great and the doctors were very informative and thorough. They even scheduled me a follow up on a day they were not open to the public because I had an emergency and needed to see them again! I will never go to another dentist, best experience I have ever had.

My first experience at Engel Institute was awesome. Dr. Matthew (?) made me feel extremely comfortable. He was able to answer any questions I had about my extraction in a way that was easy to understand. I also enjoyed speaking with Kathy and Rachel. They are super friendly and greeted me with a smile. Each of them worked hard to get me into an already full workshop for that following Saturday, for which I was really grateful. They not only made sure that I had all of the appropriate information/prescriptions needed for my upcoming procedure, but they followed up with me in a timely and caring manner. Coming back to Engel for any additional dental work is an easy choice. Its nice to know that you dont always have to sacrifice quality service for value.

I was shopping around for a price to complete my implant procedure. I explained to the customer service rep over the telephone that I already had some of the procedure completed already, including extraction and preparation for the new work. She told me all implant procedures start at $4000 for one tooth. I asked if this was the price even though I already had my extraction and temporary tooth from another provider. She loudly responded in a raised voice and repeated the statement, All implants start at $4000. I responded by asking for her name. I got silence for several seconds. I asked again, May I please have you name so that I know who I am talking to? Again silence. I then asked for a supervisor and she responded, Hold please. This confirmed that she was in fact ignoring my request for her name. After a short wait, a supervisor picked up and I explained my experience to him. He told me that Cathy was the name of the person that I had spoken with initially. As you may expect, he was very nice an apologized, but damage was done. I will not be giving this company my business due to how Cathy treated me.

They installed a crown and did one cleaning which was great. Went in for a cleaning a year later and cleaning price increased. I asked for details and cleaning is 97 x rays 128 ( x rays were taken 1 year ago) and 53 exam fee. Found a dentist who did not charge an exam fee. 53 dollars for an exam fee is excessive and just a way to make more money.

CT Scan, teeth cleaning and a treatment plan that is actually affordable. Ive had 4 extractions, and I will have 3 implants. So far Dr. Engel performed 2 extractions & 1 bone graft. I have struggled a long time with my gum disease and knew I needed to do something permanent but did not know where to go. I searched and found Dr. Engle called and came in for a consultation, it was not like any I had in the past he sat with discussed options his expertise and I was completely sold on him and confident in his ability to help me in this difficult decision. Well I came back started my dental implant process and have a partial now but I can smile again and can’t wait to see the final product. He even called me personally to check on me that night. This was one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. The office staff was professional, and the office is beautiful but, the Dentist left me in so much pain. I later called my doctor for advice. I will never visit this office again.

Had 7 implants done without a hitch. Dr Engle has and teaches his own system of implants that is so much less invasive and painful then all the other Dentist Dr Engle and his staff are the most friendly, caring and professional dental staff I have ever had the pleasure of being under the care of. The office itself is new and very clean. I shopped around a lot before getting my teeth done and was surprised how affordable this practice was. The front desk lady Kathy is awesome and extremely helpful and pretty Sent numerous people from work and would only take my family here. You should do the same.

I have never received such amazing dental service until I became a patient at Engel Dental Center. Dr.Engel and Dr.Raymond are extremely knowledgeable, they have great chair side manor and his entire staff goes above and beyond to provide impeccable customer service.

This afternoon was a disaster. I have never witnessed an establishment as unprofessional as this one. My husband booked an appointment with this dental office thirty days ago. All he needed was a filling.The only reason he switched dental offices is because our dentist has temporarily closed its location. He called an booked and appointment and since I am retired army I do not have dental insurance cards, everything is done under my social. He informed the staff when he made the appointment and gave them all of my information an his information for the dental insurance. Fast forward a few weeks later my husband drove to the location to drop off a dental record release on a Friday afternoon. If you look at google and their facebook page it does state that they are open Friday 8-5pm. It was a thirty minute drive only for him to discover they were closed on Friday. He left a message with the staff and received a call requesting he TEXT the staff a copy of the patient release. (like take a picture and text it). He did text a picture of the release and thought everything was ok. Fast forward to today the day of the appointment. I went with him we arrived at 1445, which is 15 minutes prior to the appointment. He was then informed at check in that they didnt have the insurance contact information. It was requested that I look up the TOLL FREE number for delta dental for them since they didnt have it. I did and the front desk staff proceeded to say that they still couldnt get the information and that the insurance company hadnt sent the information to them. I called while in the lobby only to learn my insurance information is automated and is readily available. They then call my husband back to be seen and started to take X-rays when we informed them that he would not be doing them because we had just had them done in July and insurance will not cover them again. We informed the staff that they should have been included in the records that were sent to them. The hygienist leaves and comes back and says we were unable to get your records because your previous office is closed and so we cant get them. I retrieved the email and dialed said number for records in front of the staff and low and behold the records department answered. They stated they never received a request and they in fact are not closed at records. The hygienist then asks ME to email the records department the release and then have them email her. So I comply because at this point it is now 1600 and hour past the appointment and nothing has been done. They finally get the records after me calling the records department and putting a rush on the records, in which they CC me on the email so I have a copy as well. We sit out and wait till almost 1700 for them to come back and say they are still going to want an X-ray (ummm the records department specifically sent my husbands treatment plan so that we wouldnt be taken advantage of). My husband waits and speaks with the dentist. I walk out to the car at this time having been their for 2 hours and 15 minutes with nothing done yet. I am not sure of the conversation that took place but when I walk back into the building the dentist refused to see my husband without new X-rays and my husband agreed if he could tell him how much it would be that that would be fine. The office was unable to give him a price for ANYTHING stating that the insurance hadnt sent the documents YET!!! I have never been to a dental office that expects the patient to do all the footwork and then state they will do them a courtesy of printing their records to take because normally they charge. They didnt get the records I did. They didnt call the insurance. I did! They did nothing, absolutely NOTHING. I find requesting a patient to text documents to a cell phone VERY unprofessional and quit frankly a HIPPA violation.
