I had a great experience at Randolph Dental. I was in for a crown, completed on one visit by a great staff. They are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving the office and let you know if any problems arise to please contact them. Dr. Monroe has even called me on a weekend once to check on me after I had a procedure done to make sure everything was ok.

Great experience, Dr Phade and team was friendly and made my little one engage in conversation and be able to do the examination. Highly recommended!!!

Dr Phade is an extremely professional dentist. She treats her patients with empathy and relieves them of the agony they have due to dental issues. She gave me proper advice and treatment which substantially reduced my infection and pain. Due to Covid I neglected my dental hygiene but she looked into my issues and provided right treatment for the same.The staff is very courteous and the premises are very clean and proper hygiene care is taken during this pandemic times. But Dr Phade and her staff made me so comfortable that I dont think Ill think twice for my next visit. Dr Phade is truly one of the best I have ever seen.State of the art equipments and covid protocols were thoroughly maintained. I had fillings done on some cavities and it was so seamless and comfortable. Definitely wasnt expecting that.2 yrs back, I had gone to a different dentist before who recommended root canal & with 2nd opinion it just needed cavity filling. Here, there was clearcut information on whats the condition of my teeth and what was needed to be done. Dr Phade explained it so well and was very gentle while doing the treatments. Such a relief to find a dentist with integrity.Professionalism and friendliness of Dr Phade and her staff Ms Cheryl and Ms Tina was outstanding. During my most recent appointment for a cleaning and x-rays I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades that were made to the floor and decor of the office. There was new dental equipment which included the x-ray, dental tools, larger monitors to view photos, and even a flat screen monitor on the ceiling above the dental chair with choices of of entertainment channels to view accompanied with sound cancelling headset to listen to the programming. Due to the fact that dental hygienists are hard to come by because of Covid-19, Dr. Phade completed my oral cleaning. This is an incredible dental office with an amazing staff.

. I have been going here since I was a little girl and always had a pleasant experience with Dr. Booth and even as a kid never minded going to the dentist. The new dentist was very rude, she made me uncomfortable and I have never returned since. I felt like she did not care about my discomfort while getting cavities filled and she was disrespectful towards her employees especially the assistant during my fillings. Though her assistant was very very kind I will not return do to the lack of respect she had for her employees and her being so rude. Ps my fillings are all wonky
