Debbie. She is absolutely incredible. I first came here because I had a gift card for my birthday. I dont normally get my nails done because I am a nail biter, but I am trying to quit that habit, so I figured a nice manicure would help the process. I think Ive had one manicure in my life about 6 years ago? Debbie took her time and had such an attention to detail on my nails. She skipped no corners!! I did not feel rushed at all, and we had a great conversation in the process. I have never left a review anywhere before, but my experience was so incredible that I am glad to leave one. I will be back specifically for Debbie.

Wonderful people. I do the fashion colors and their product line transferred more and stained much worse than other products. I had to seek out someone using pulp riot instead. Took a lot of bleach to get my bathtub white again and my bathrobe collar is just permanent pink now. But for all else I highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this salon. Rachel took the time to ask me what I wanted and offered her suggestions as well. I left with a great cut and a very pleasant experience. She took the time to explain how she was cutting my very curly hair and how it would help the curls bounce.Also found the staff/reception to be welcoming and helpful.

So recently moved to area from ND and was in need of a new place to change me in Santa Claus. After a conversation with Katy, setup an appointment with Briana. Briana is great, she has done a fantastic job twice now. All the employees are great. Atmosphere is great. I’m glad I chose right!

Best experience I have ever had in a salon was at this place! They use eco and socially responsible products that smell wonderful! Cleanest salon & spa I have ever been to! Everyone there is so warm & welcoming. You feel refreshed & beautiful walking out of the salon. Top notch!!

I have used Katy and Amber and have been extremely pleased with both of them. Katy worked with me while I was growing out a bad haircut, and Amber has continued to give me nice cuts. Both have recommended products to help with my specific scalp and hair issues. The shop is clean and welcoming, and the location is easy to navigate, with plenty of parking.

Worst experience ever. Let me preface this by saying I have had this appointment for 3 weeks and left a voicemail at the shop the day before my appointment asking for the stylist to call me back and tell me how many packs of hair to buy. She never did. I got into the chair and she tells me that it’s her typical policy to do a consultation before meeting with a client. I told her that that was never specified on the site when I booked the appointment and nothing in the past 3 weeks leading up to the appointment indicated that I needed to come in for a consultation. She said it was fine, just a little bump in the road, and we moved on. Fast forward 3.5 hours after washing, cornrowing, and crocheting. She tells me that I need more packs of hair, which I was prepared for. But then she asks how much I was expecting to pay. I told her the site said $75. She said that she can’t do it for that much because she has to give half the money to the salon. She leaves and goes to talk to someone for several minutes. She comes back and says I can go buy more hair, come back the next day, and pay more. Or I can just go home and take the L. The stylist was refusing to do my hair for the $75 listed. My whole issue is that it is very simple, as a professional, to check your schedule and contact your clients for additional information or consultations. She had an opportunity to address price with me at the beginning of the appointment, but she moved forward and said everything was okay. You can’t double the price on a customer HOURS after she is in your chair and is in the process of being styled. The salon and my stylist could have handled the situation much better. They need to communicate with their clients, make their site more clear, and stick to the policies. It was upsetting to get excited about a new hairstyle and then find out that your stylist refuses to finish the job because the information provided by her place of business was incorrect. My stylist left money on the table (because little is better than none) and Rishi lost a customer.

I worked there for a while. Kathy is a wonderful boss and a great teacher! Everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. If your looking for a great place to work I highly recommend it! :)

Katy has worked with me for months to help me restore my hair from a terrible cut and color that I got before I moved here. Im welcomed like family and I love my hair. I am now going regularly to Danielle for facials and the products are amazing. Its the first time Ive really seen results from facials. Love the organic products and their attention to detail. I went to get my hair cut and colored by Amber.She was so awesome and did a very good job. She knows what she is doing and really enjoys her job. I really think there is nothing she cant do when it comes to hair.

The people there are very nice, but the gel manicures we got werent great. Mine was not very neat and they filled my nails too short, and they kept my moms so far away from her cuticle that they looked 1 week old already.

Wedding hair styles - Amber showed up at our hotel right on time and did a fabulous job with every bridesmaids hair. Each one was unique to reflect their individual looks but they all looked amazingly well coordinated.

I came to Rishi salon after having a terrible experience at citrine the day before. I had asked the stylist at citrine to give me a subtle baylage and got chunky highlights.Nina was able to see me that day to consult and offer her expert advice on how to fix the chunky highlights and give me the desired look I wanted.Nina was confident in her ability to fix my hair which made me feel comfortable even after my previous experience. Nina was also very thorough and asked me questions about what I wanted throughout the process, which put me at ease. Im am still in awe at the transformation, and highly recommended Nina as a stylist. She clearly knows what she is doing.

Tiffany has serious skills. She did an amazing job both with color (almost magically perfect) and cut.
