Shammie spent extra time get my coloring just right. My hair had a few different colors that needed straightened out. She took the time to test a couple of sections of my hair to be sure the coloring would react favorably. I am very pleased with my cut & color and the attention that I received while in the salon.

Shamie started an incredible business. This is the best salon in Chapel Hill. I have been a faithful client for 20 years. My husband has as well. Our children are as well. You can feel confident in the hands of Shamie, Pooja, Shannon, Jocelyn and any of the other stylists. They make hair fun! I always look forward to my regular salon visits for color and cut. I always leave walking taller with a boost in my step seeing more of my natural radiance expressed through their masterful work.

I love all the stylist here. My Mom and I have used a couple of them and they do an incredible job! I highly recommend. Easy to get to and plenty of parking.

I can’t say enough about what a great experience I had at this salon. From the cut to the color to the welcoming experience- I hate getting my hair cut and now I can’t wait to go back. Stylist wast asked to cut an inch off my LOB, she layered my hair and cut five inches.

My first time here. Maddie did a great job on my hair today. Root touch up, highlights and trim. Very happy. She did exactly what I asked for.

I was out of town. Called up and Shamie got me right in and was awesome to work with. Patsy was the nice lady that cut my hair. Patsy sat with me and listened to exactly what I needed/wanted. Small place. Outside does not look like an upscale hair salon but the inside is beautiful. Great haircut and not too expensive. Definitely happy with my service there. Tasha was great!

I went to shampoo today for the first time. The salon is very professional and has a great atmosphere. My stylist was Pooja who I highly recommend. I also like how all the stylists work together and share Ideas. I will definitely be coming back here again!

I didnt even make it to the styling chair! The woman on the phone was so complicated in booking my appointment that I will look elsewhere. I wanted a cut and partial foils. She was asking me how many she thought I would need? I usually book an appointment with my other stylist for a cut and partial foil no problem. Also way overpriced! When I told her this she told me to go to Aveda Institute. I will stay with Altered Image in Durham even though it is quite a drive from Briar Chapel.

Im reasonably certain that Ive never had a good haircut until I came here. Shamie is fast, professional, easy to talk to, and flexible in scheduling. Highly recommended.

Normally I dont give bad reviews but my last visit on Dec 5th was an absolute waste of time, money and hair. The entire experience was extremely frustrating. Not going there again.
