Dr.koneru has been my dentist for the past 3 years and she’s very nice, professional, and understanding. The office is always clean and neat and scheduling appointments is so easy. I would highly recommend Dr. Koneru’s office and staff.

Dr. Koneru is a great dentist! If you are nervous about dental care or have been putting it off, this is the place to go. They are very nice and sensitive to your needs and concerns, without making you feel bad about not flossing daily 😂 There is also no wait time, which is a huge plus for busy parents.

I have been to several dentists in the area hoping to find a replacement and have now found it! The only thing I miss from my former dentist is the Eye Spy he posted on the ceiling (obviously that was for the kids in his practice).Smart, kind, well-spoken, all the things you want in someone who deals with your teeth.

After relocating, I was on the hunt for a decent local dentist. After learning that the waiting list was rather long to get an appointment at the first two places I called, I then called Our NOVA Dentist/Chantilly Dentistry by Design. They were able to get me in promptly. The staff are kind and friendly, and Dr. Jyothi is personable and thorough. Good bedside manner is everything, but sadly rare these days. Little - no wait time, a convenient plus. I would recommend Our NOVA Dentist and Dr. Jyothi to my friends and family.

Dr. Koneru strives for perfection and when it comes to dental hygiene and your smile, thats what you need. Shes reliable, honest, and dependable. Her new staff is very friendly and always helpful. I appreciate all the work theyve done for me and am glad shes my dentist.

Routine cleaning. No issues, satisfactory visit. They are flexible and the Doc. gives you her attention. They dont try to rush you (which is a problem I faced in other places).

I had 30 years of neglect to my mouth when a tooth chipped. Our NOVA Dentist is in the same complex where I work & they had an available appointment that same day. Anyone who neglects going to the dentist understands the embarrassment that comes when you finally have to go to one. Dr. Koneru and her staff are amazing. Not once did I feel like I was being judged on prior bad choices. She took into account my current medical issues and worked with me on scheduling so we could get quite a bit fixed. She is very gentle & personable. I didnt feel like just another number walking through the door and never felt like I was being looked down on because of poor oral health. I highly recommend her office to anyone who might be afraid or embarrassed of going to the dentist. And the chair you get to sit in is super comfortable! Ive had nothing but great experiences going there and have actually kept up with the plan set in place to get 30 years of neglect fixed.

Dr. Koneru and her staff are exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. She took extra time to answer my questions and go over x-rays. She is the best dentist I have ever been to. She is very nice and actually wants to make you feel comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone who hates going to the dentist! She was very understanding of anxiety issues and financial difficulties. She obviously cares deeply about her patients and their overall well-being. She put in a crown, and done a couple of fillings for me.I highly recommended her

I found them on google ad. The initial visit was great. I needed a crown replaced and being that I had it off for 2 years, my tooth was a bit of a mess. She really did a great job with it and made it extremely painless for me.**One thing that impressed me was that I remembered getting shots on my tooth 18 years ago how much it hurt and the memory still stuck to me, preventing me from ever seeing a dentist. But she assured me that it would not hurt. Ive since gotten shots in my gum 4 times. Ill be getting another one probably for my next visit as Im still going through the procedure for my crown replacement.Definitely give her a try because shes a very good dentist and very patient with you.

What an awesome experience! Dr. Lillard was exceptional in all aspects of my treatment. He brings dedication and quality to the dental and dental implant field. He excels in his knowledge and care. He has an uncanny ability to make you feel comfortable and is so caring.The staff at Chantilly Dentistry were thorough, so helpful, thoughtful and a delight to be with.I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse Dr. Lillard and the staff as they are excellent in their field. They are an asset to the profession!

My husband and I were looking for another dentist after a less-than stellar dental experience at another local dentist. We were referred by a family member, and were very please with the service we received. The cleaning was quick and painless, the dentist made sure to note areas that could use more work and answered my questions about my dental hygiene.I got the feeling the dentist actually cared about my teeth, and for my husband she had a solid plan of action to tackle a problem he is having with a crown. Her solution was not to immediately replace the crown or do any unnecessary work. Those are some of the qualities I look for in a dentist.I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Chantilly area.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE! Hard to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment and constantly had to leave voice mails. It would take an average of 2 days to get a phone call back and they would only call back one time and leave one voice message. I played phone tag with them for over a week and still had no luck getting in touch with anyone. The woman that called me back had the nerve to say I never called them back when my cell phone says I called over 5 times. I had my appointment cancelled after moving my schedule around and booking it weeks in advance. No one apologized or tried to accommodate me when it was their mistake. They sounded like they could care less if I could come in or not. I will NEVER be going back to this place ever again. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME & MONEY!

This was my first visit to Dr. Jyothi. She was personable, pleasant, and seemed to genuinely care about my visit. I will be going here for my dental visits from now on. Recommended.

Clean, professional, waiting-time very short (less than 10min). Upfront with me on my oral health and how she going to treat the problems! Have done 3 filling on my right, and I will going back to her this Friday for other 4 filling on my left .. :)

Ive been coming to this dental practice for a few years now and have had all kinds of work done from routine cleanings to root canals. Dr. Koneru is very attentive and is very careful and precise with the work she performs. Her assistant Abida is very nice and pays attention to take good care of me while Dr. Koneru is working on me. Dr. Lillard is wonderful at what he does and is very good about explaining everything he is about to do so it brings a sense of comfort in knowing what to expect. I have referred this practice to a couple of people who were looking for a good dentist.

Weve been coming to Dr. Koneru for about three years now. The office is a hidden gem. The doctor is very hands on and personal. Im glad we found her.

Dr. Koneru and her supporting staff are very professional and give all the details for each procedure and its cost after getting coverage checked for each and every procedure. Dr. Konerus office is open on Saturdays and are very flexible with appointments. Dr. Konerus office is neat and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for all your dental needs.
