My wife and I have been coming here for many years! They always wait on us in a timely manner. The massages are always what we ask for, never pressured and always leave completely satisfied. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is awesome and attentive. I look forward to my next visit! Highly recommend this establishment!!!

Do NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! This lady placed a phone call during my massage! STAFF IS RUDE!! I wanted to give them minus stars but it wasnt available! THE WORST massage ever! The staff is unprofessional and rude. I had a 1 hour massage and 10 minutes into the massage, w/o alerting me they switched masseuse. Im dealing with a post op Achilles surgery and I made them aware of it. STILL she continued to rub my already irritated Achilles. Thats NOT even the worst. During my massage I feel one hand on my head and I hear a phone call being made on speaker phone. This lady actually placed a phone call while she was massaging me. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.

I drove by and saw the sign (I was planning on going to a foot massage place closer to where Im staying in Mountain Park) so I took my chances. Ive been to many foot massage spas from NYC, San Francisco, Taiwan, and the Midwest (like in the mall). They all have their own personalities - this one was more like the NYC Chinatown experience where there is a room filled with chairs each with a client and a therapist. The light is low, warm and relaxing. Youre not paying for a fancy spa experience so get over it. Perhaps I lucked out but for $30 I got an hour foot massage that included head, neck, shoulders to start with and finished with arms, legs and back. What isnt uncommon is you go into some of these places and start with something inexpensive but they pressure you to add on one thing and then another. There was NO pressure sell here and my therapist was super polite and nice. She was very present at checkout waiting for a tip which was fine. Considering she did a great job and the $30 cost she got a 50% tip and even then it was cheaper most places Ive been for an hour long massage. AND they provided a frequent visitor card upon leaving - get 10 and receive 1 free. Ill be back.

Reusing towels, blankets and pillow coversUpon arrival we had to wait for them to finish some other people and they allowed my friend and I to wait in the massage room. We watched as they didn’t replace the towels covering the chairs. They didn’t change out the towels covering the head pillows either. Each massage person came in and straightened their towels and pillows so it looked nice for the next customer. When I complained, they offered to spray the chairs with a disinfectant. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic this practice is disgusting.

They did a really good job with massage. My mom and I booked services for 30 minutes head, hands and feet massage but turn out we had a full body massage and it definitely lasted a lot longer than 30 minutes. And we still only have to pay $30 each. Will definitely come back!

I patronized this place when it was Treat Your Feet. Now I travel 20 minutes just to come here. The staff is pleasant and I always leave relaxed and happy. To all those people who post negative remarks, if you are not vocal about something at the time why come here and post negative feedback. I recommend Natural Spa to everyone I know needs a good relaxing massage at a great price.

This place is GREAT! If you want a Great Massage for a fair price...This is the place. If the music is off, just ask them to turn in on...they forgot. I think this place is Very Clean! Great Body and Foot Massages.

I always get the 1 hour foot massage (really it’s a full body massage with 30 minutes dedicated to your feet) when I go. The majority of places that advertise the foot massage have this service located in the front where you can see and hear the receptionist. Natural Spa has a separate room for each service they offer and none of them have a view of the receptionist.

When I called the receptionist was very pleasant. It was a couple massage, and Julie and Danny did an excellent job. We will definitely return.

One of my favorite places. I bring all of my out of town guest to this place and it is a wonderful welcome for them. Ive never left disappointed.

The quality of my massage was mediocre at best. The person really didnt know what they were doing. The temperature of the room was freezing cold and the service seemed rushed and under prepared. There was no relaxing music all I could hear was noise outside of the room. I felt very ripped off. Please do better.

My new favorite foot massage place. I had a foot injury years ago and getting massages helps a lot. Most places let your feet soak for 5-15 mins while they’re playing cards in the back. Here they work on other parts of your body so you get some work on other parts of your body too.

Originally Treat Your Feet (outside the Perimeter), the same people have ran it since it moved a mile or so down the street and changed the name to Natural Spa. Ive been a client for 9 yrs going once or twice a month for a foot massage and/or full body massage. Ive tried other massage places on Buford Hwy over the years and they are by far my favorite.

This is one of the descent spa with a bang for the buck, like 2hr massage for $80.People are friendly and they listens to your pain points and massage accordingly. Sometime they are full so suggest calling them.

This is the new location for the original Treat Your Feet. They changed their name so there is no more confusion with the other place with the same name. This place is great! I only wish they weee closer to where I live.

I really wanted to like this spa, but my last visit was terrible. It was the worst massage I’ve ever had. I had to cut the time short because the masseuse lacked all technique- he truly didn’t know what he was doing. I hate writing bad reviews, but just save your money on this one.

There are many better foot massage places on Buford hwy. It is very loud and un-relaxing in this place with the phone constantly ringing at siren level, there being nothing separating the front door/desk from the massage area and the workers talking amongst themselves. We wont be back here.

My back hasnt felt so good in years. One hour was perfect. She knew just where to concentrate, I didnt say a thing

2 hour combo.. I got short changed.. Didnt touch my back on foot massage like nornal... I lift weights so my arms n chest are still sore from not getting massaged on my hour body.. I suggest to anyone come here get the hour feet for 30 n bounce.. u pay more u will be unhappy take my advice

Been coming here for the past year to treat my tendinitis when it acts up. The workers here are phenomenal. Though recently the have gotten a new receptionist and the last 3 months (every Sunday that i book) they manage to mess up my appointment and not record it. When i show them the phone call i made they ignore it and tell me to come back when theyre free.Theres an excellent foot massage at the other side of the road on 5938 Buford Highway that know how to keep appointments. I dont regularly go there because of how crowded it can get on Sundays, but they keep their schedules and have competent receptionists.

Formerly Treat your Feet OTP, this place is the absolute best place for a massage of any kind. Been following this place for almost a decade. I always get their 1 hour full body massage and I highly recommend one does too. Its impossible to be disappointed. Not for the shy or modest but not happy ending extent either! Totally puts foo-foo massage places like Spa Sydell under the table. The prices cant be beat either. CoCo at the front is awesome at customer service.
