Received the absolute best massage here on my birthday! The staff was so sweet and my therapist was amazing. Felt totally relaxed. Only wish it was longer! But everything was timed perfectly and she focused on the areas of concern I told her about. Cant wait to go back.

I visit the area often and am thrilled to have found Spavia! I have very sensitive skin and left with soft glowing skin with no negative reactions after the Oxygen Facial. For my second visit I treated myself to an exceptional 60-minute massage which left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and refreshed. Spavia staff is passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. Great spa close to my home which makes it extra nice. A little pricey but fits the other business in the shopping area. I appreciated how caring the therapist was and how low pressure the check out process was.

The most relaxing environment to help you leave your stress at the door and spoil your self. I had an oxygen facial that left my face feeling refreshed and smooth after so long in a mask. They also sell a bunch of different jewelry pieces to spice up your outfit. Who ever picks out what they sell has great style and tempted me into buying 3 pairs of earrings on the way out. I can’t recommend them enough and their owner is a sweetheart!

We came in on time for our 80-minute massage. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. And only received a 65-minute massage. We received a small discount for the lost time. Also, The questionnaire asked several questions like what type of music and what scent we would like for the oil. None of which we received. Pointless questions. The massage was just okay.

I am a first time customer and my service was terrible. The actual spa is very nice and clean it has a zen feel with spacious lockers. Being that it was my first time here I was excited because the front desk staff were friendly and inviting. After I changed into my robe I waited 30 minutes after my actual appointment time which is fine I had no where else to be, but no one updated me on what was going on. Finally when my esthetician came she told me what happened. I have never received such a terrible facial in my life. She was unfriendly, I’m not sure she was very experienced and the whole facial was rushed. When she applied products it got into my eyes, when she was using the microdermabrasion machine she was missing spots on my face and she let my skin pull. The whole facial was a nightmare and not relaxing at all. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

I love Spavia! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve gotten many facials there, they always do such a wonderful job and my skin feels so refreshed every time I leave. They are always on time and helpful when recommending products. It is always very clean in there as well which I love. Couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s wonderful. Definitely book an appointment there if you’re in the area.

Spavia was awesome I went there with my wife. Great experience. I had the opportunity to meet Natalie the owner, she was awesome. The entire staff was friendly, Marry was very accommodating. What a great time to sit back and relax for once, I will definitely be back!

I have been a member at Spavia Chamblee for over a year and I can honestly say this place has greatly improved my physical and mental health. Jose Luis has been my go-to massage therapist this past year and he is fantastic! He always listens to exactly what areas are giving me the most issues (typically shoulders/neck/upper back) and adjusts everything to my exact needs. I seriously feel like a new person a few days following my appointments with Jose! I also recently started seeing Isabella for waxing services and she is also great - she makes you feel very comfortable and is super informative.As for the rest of the staff, everyone has always been so kind to me and my guests. They really make a point to make you feel as relaxed as possible and are always super helpful. The entire vicinity is very clean and tidy. I hope we never move away because Spavia is always my favorite “treat-yo-self” day of the month!

Started off going here every once in awhile, then decided the membership was worth the value. Service and quality are incredible, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Facials by Isabella are out of this world, shes a skin miracle worker. Very clean everywhere, which is a MUST HAVE at a spa. Love this place and will keep coming back and referring everyone I can think of.

After going to another spa, I realized how much I loved this one! I’ve had two prenatal massages here and I always feel so comfortable, pampered and well taken care of. I appreciate the robes & slippers, the great customer service, the relaxation room, & the masseuse always does a great job. I appreciate being able to pick my scent (important to me being pregnant!) & the music I want. I always feel so relaxed after leaving. I would definitely recommend!

This was my first massage ever and very happy with my choice. Had a very professional experience through the entire visit. Everyone there was wearing masks and very inviting. It was a great escape for the times right now! Krista worked magic I felt like I lost 10 lbs just from relaxing and working the muscles right. Had a wonderful spa day at Spavia this week! The Ultimate Organic Lift Facial with Isabella changed my life. She also gave me a great Purifying Detox Wrap. I will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommend this facility and all of their services.

Awesome location. I feel very relaxed when here. I highly recommend a hot stone massage here. The therapists are knowledgeable and friendly. Just make sure you’re early for your appt so that you can experience the full relaxation and not feel rushed. Oh, and so that they don’t shortchange your massage time!

I have gotten several massages at different places over the years. I prefer the atmosphere and professionalism of Spavia compared to others. But more than that, they are always consistent. I never worry about the quality of therapist that I will receive for my massage. In addition, being able to make appointments via the app is wonderful for this single mom!

I go once every six months or so for a relaxing massage. Ive had muscle issues, and the staff has been very good at helping me relieve the pain. Also, when I was pregnant, they gave me a very lovely maternity massage. Excellent service all around!

Called on 9/25 to schedule a spa day. The lady on the phone helped me select certain treatments and took my credit card on the call to hold my appointment for 10/3. Arrived for the 12 pm appointment and was told that she just have forgotten to save my appointments. Seems like a pretty easy job, but some companies cant even handle the easiest of tasks. Thankfully, Natural Body was able to schedule me same day. I am very disappointed with Spavia and dont plan to ever try again.

I went to Isabella to get lash extensions and she did such an amazing job! I have gotten lash extensions at many different spas / salons but Isabella did the best job by far! They look so natural and make it so easy for me to hop out of bed in the morning and look like I did my makeup. Spavia is my new favorite spot in the Atlanta area, it is spotless with such a relaxing environment and the friendliest staff! So nice to have Spavia Chamblee during this crazy time.

Jose was excellent as a masseuse. He I give 5 stars and recommend to everyone.Isabella on the other hand, 1 star service. She did an otherwise nice facial, but cut a critical element out of my facial (extractions) without asking me, without saying a word until the whole thing was ended and I actually asked what about extracting the blackheads, so if I hadnt asked she wouldnt have said anything and just walked me out of there like what she did was the full service! Did she think I wouldnt notice?... She only addressed what I said concerned me MOST (dry chin area) instead of all issues obvious on my face such as dark areas under my cheeks, sunspots... I havent had a facial in years, I told her its my birthday, and still got such a disappointing experience. Really off-putting. She said at the beginning she analyzes you gave during the cleansing and would make recommendations, but she only made recommendations for what I mentioned nothing added using her own powers of observation. Jose understandably cut the massage time because I came late and he wanted to not cut into Isabellas time after my massage, so I dont understand why after that concession was made for her she didnt do the full job and didnt warn me in advance that she wouldnt be able to get to the full facial so I could choose what was a must have! English is not Joses first language and even he knew to give me the option of what I wanted worked on and what I was willing to skip, zero problems there.She speaks very soothingly but comes across in the end as uncaring and careless. If she had spoken up I would have skipped the several minutes of steaming at the end for the extractions instead, so Im getting the feeling she just didnt feel like doing them. :( I really was going to leave the whole tip for just Jose because he fully earned it but I decided to be nice and let them keep it at the default 50/50 split. A pretty face and a smooth voice does not a professional make. And I see other complaints about her on here which leads me to believe she is picking and choosing which customers she is giving proper service and should be asked to find employment somewhere else so the spot can be taken by someone who treats and communicates with EVERY customer the same great and thorough way. If not for her Id have signed up for a membership on the strength of Joses professionalism and expertise alone.I would have given 4 stars instead of 3 if management at the front desk when I reported this issue and knowing it was my birthday had offered to have someone else do my extractions at no additional charge, even if that meant scheduling it for another day, just to show some commitment to me getting what I scheduled and paid for, since I made it clear it was a critical element and I was not given a choice about not having it done. I specifically chose them over other spas advertising specials because the facial special mentioned it included extractions so I didnt have to guess whether I was getting it or not. There is no point to me going to a spa for a facial if I leave with blackheads still on my nose.

Great place for a spa day. I signed up my wife for a monthly subscription after she got a Groupon and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. They’re very professional and customer service driven. The staff is polite and the back rooms make you feel like this is a professional spa place. The relaxation rooms have tea and a shower and bathroom. Great shooting music to relax you and a warm neck herbal pillow.My wife is now pregnant and they were not ready to see her before a certain date but after a small mixup they made it up to us and gave one of her credits she built up from not being able to go to me and they even extended her next visit due to the mixup. They’re definitely a recommend for me! You won’t regret it.

I purchased a Groupon for this location to have a massage and facial on my birthday. I booked the appointment a month in advance, confirmed it, but was notified two days before my appointment that the esthetician who was scheduled to do my facial could no longer do it and Spavia did not have another esthetician available and did not offer me any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. I will only be able to use HALF THE SERVICES I paid for with the Groupon because I took off work for my birthday and am not sure when I will be able to reschedule for the facial. I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and am currently questioning if I even want to come in for the massage and try to get a refund for the Groupon.

I joined this spa back in march of this year and although the services are decent, the staff and the communication are terrible. I have had several different occasions of which wrong information was given to me by both staff and management, most recently I was given information regarding credits being applied to services that are seemingly ineligible, spoke with the manager regarding the discrepancies that she gave and still no resolution or even a returned call as I was promised. Very distasteful and inconsiderate!!!

My first visit to Spavia was amazing. The staff is friendly and the facility is very tranquil and relaxing. My esthetician, Isabella, was wonderful. She has a very calming voice and is very informative. I was so relaxed during my treatment that I fell asleep. I did not want to leave Spavia’s cozy sanctuary.

Really awesome experience at Spavia. I have been to a couple of other spas around Atlanta and this was definitely the best overall experience Ive had. The only thing that would make the experience better would be a sauna or steam room on site but having quality service and other amenities definitely make up for it.They have a really nice locker room and relaxation room where you can get ready for your massage. There are showers in the locker room and tea and water in the relaxation room. Their robes are seriously the most comfy things ever and the slippers can double as shower shoes which is helpful if you want to rinse off after your service. I highly recommend getting there early to enjoy the relaxation room to get in the mood for your massage.Krista gave an amazing massage, I really appreciated at the beginning her helping me focus on relaxing. She did a great job and my sore muscles felt so much better afterwards! Isabella did a wonderful facial with extractions and she recommended some great products to assess some of my problem areas we discussed.I highly recommend Spavia, you wont be disappointed!
