Very nice inside but the staff on the phone are RUDE

Been seeing doctor Patel from 2009.Used to be a in and out place depending on what youre getting done.Now youll get a 10 am appointment and you wont see the doctor until another hour or more.Dr. P you have to fix this issue..I understand a 20 mins wait.I guess everyone wants to see Dr. Patel.Hes good.

I was seen by the nurse practitioner at this location. She was very thorough and explained - in detail - about her recommendations. I really appreciated her professional demeanor and her willingness to take the time to provide individual attention to her patients. I was a little hesitant about the location as the office is small and unassuming, however I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care I received here and I will be moving my family care to this practice. I did not have to wait an unreasonable period of time to be seen for my appointment and the office is flexible with same-day booking. The staff was not overly effervescent, but they were professional and concise. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Patel has been my Primary Care Physician for nearly 7 years, and hopefully a lot more. He cares for his patients and actually LISTENS TO THEM, which is hard to find these days. What I love about his practice is that he takes walk-in patients as well as appointments. If you work an odd or irregular schedule like myself, you cant always set a specific appointment time, but you can still get in and be seen. Most people arent use to this and sometimes there can be a wait to be seen, as other reviewers have posted. But he always takes the appointments first, as it should be. His staff is also friendly and courteous. Thank you.

Unless you have the very first appointment of the day, expect quite a wait... could be 30 minutes to two hours. This place is always overbooked and understaffed.Also.... Dr Patel has a lot of students working here. So expect to be a practice patient. Most of the time, to begin the appointment, a student will come into the exam room and ask you 50 questions, then Dr Patel will come in with 5 other students and grill you with the same questions and exam you in front of all of them. Just be prepared for an audience.

Dr.Patel is a really great doctor. He has been my doctor for approximately 8 years now. However each year the wait time to be seen gets worse. It’s absolutely ridiculous when to have to wait 2 hours when you have an appointment to be seen by Dr.Patel or one of his attendants.Then after you leave the waiting area, and the nurse practitioners take your Vidals, you have to wait another 45minutes before Dr.Patel or one of his attendants see you. I the past 3 years have not spent less than 3 hours in this office.Although I love Dr.Patel, I have to consider finding a new doctor. Everyone in that office is dismissive and disrespectful to the patients time. Schedule less appoints, we appreciate it thy more than you trying to squeeze as many people in, on one day.

While the wait can be lengthy and frustrating, I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for 15 years, and I will continue to be as long as I live in the Atlanta area! He is thorough in his questions, does not order unnecessary tests, and he listens well. He also stays current with the research!!

I have been with Dr. Patel since July 2015. This doctor and staff truly care, have empathy, exceed expectations, and are in the health business to educate, empower, and advocate for me. While its my responsibility to take care of my health, this office does what they can to ease the burden when I have pain and when Im challenged. Ive had crises over the years which required me to visit the emergency room. Its not often that I go to the er, but when I do. I always get a call from Dr. Patel and he checks on me and gives me a sense of ease and comfort. Ive had to do a walk in at the clinic. Because this office is extremely thorough, you will wait, but you can rest assured that the time you wait is worth your health and the thoroughness from the staff.Today I had tooth pulled. Im a big baby! I called the office about the pain I was experiencing 2 hours after my extraction. Alea answered, was compassionate and extremely understanding. She texted Dr. Patel to let him know that I think something was wrong, I went to a dentist, it was only 2 hours after a wisdom tooth was unlatched from my lower jaw, and my face hurt! After another hour, ice on my face, and another motrin, the pain was gone. I called Alea back and let her know to please let dr.patel that Im a big baby and my pain is tolerable. Her response was a genuine concern for me and also said if,there is another crisis ;) that I can call anytime.In conclusion, I want to say that being transparent with this staff, telling them everything, no matter how embarrassing you may think it is. I assure you that you will receive nothing but extreme love, non- judgement, and comfort. They are detailed, professional, and resourceful if they cant help, they will get you the help you need.

This place is a joke do not go here I needed stitches on my face and they forgot to do it and the people never even looked at me hint they are all from India and I could tell they treated me differently because I was not one of them. Terrible service on all accounts.

Friendly people and was able to get an appointment very easly. Also a smart doctor. But we were there for over 2.5 hours which is outrageous for a family doctor visit.

Ive been with this practice over 11 years. And every year I say Im going to find another Dr. 2017 is that year. The staff...ugh. I dont think he even knows how she talks to the patients. Me myself am just sitting in this waiting room just observing the service. It will be a long wait you see because I am a walk in. I missed my appt Saturday because they never called to confirm. And Google and theyre answering service said they were closed. So now I will be here for xfinity because theres a 2 hr wait with an appt. Bout to catch up on school work.

I love Dr. Patel and staff. Personal but professional, goes the extra mile
