DR Yager was a very good listener. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. Also, I did not have to wait past the time of my appointment to see the Doctor. I have selected him as my doctor for my future needs.

Where has Dr Yager and his staff been all my life?Each visit has felt personal - he really cares! Dr Yager really listens! He doesn’t rush the appointment. His staff is friendly and on top of things. Phone calls are promptly returned, prescriptions refilled with no hassle - it’s like the good old days when your doctor really made you feel like you mattered.

I have been seeing Doctor Yager for over a year now and have had nothing but a great experience. I drive 45 minutes to see him every three months because he is good. He is the first doctor I’ve ever had that is willing to take time to explain issues I have thoroughly, and to help to understand origins of my health problems. He is also fantastic at reading the room when you might not have time to have more than a short appointment and will get you in and out of his office quickly if need be, without feeling pushed. The woman that works at the front desk is always so kind and helpful and the whole staff is lovely. Nothing but great things to say.

Dr.Yager is very thorough and personable. After meeting him once, he has earned my trust and respect. He answers my questions directly and explains in terms I can understand. His confidence is reassuring. He does not rush through an office visit- makes one feel as though youre valued as a patient. I appreciate his holistic approach and down to earth manner.

I had an amazing experience during my annual wellness visit at the clinic. Front desk staff was highly professional, pleasant and responsive. I saw WHITNEY WEINGARTEN. She was super helpful, listened all of my concerns and addressed everything I have discussed in a professional and pleasant manner. She is knowledgeable, warm and responsive. The practice is on-time and efficient yet Dr. Yager takes the time to explain things thouroughly. They made extra effort to notify eligable patients of the availability of Covid19 vaccinnations so that we didnt need to search and wait.

My wife has been raving about Dr. Yager for a couple of years. She followed him from Allcare, and loves him. I had seen him once in a pinch, but I just transferred to him as my doctor. Enjoyed my first visit. You can tell he is truly paying attention, and not reading from scripts.

Dr Yeager took his time to talk about my concerns. He explained the changes in medical procedures and how I should approach wellness and yearly physical exams. His approach was factual and efficient. I was surprised that he puts less emphasis on lab results and more on in office exams ? Renee was friendly and personable with home town ties Like me to Decatur. Maria took blood and was friendly and efficient. The place is spotless and smells clean. Great staff!I requested Dr Yeager go over my previous numbers with me and expected him to adjust accordingly. I suggested a second visit after my numbers came back. He disregarded my request and eluded that he would have a phone chat with me. I got a call from a third party that did not know the answers and was not prepared to speak with me. My satisfaction is tarnished.

I have a new doctor. His name is Josh Yager. My former primary care doctor retired and Dr. Yager bought the practice. I have always liked being taken care of in an office with a one doctor. Dr. Yager has made some changes, of course. He has a computer with him all the time. I had questions about some supplements about which I had read, He looked them up on the spot and we were able to talk about the pros and cons. That was very helpful.

I visited this place last year and still having incorrect billing issue. There has been several phone calls from my insurance company but the calls were neither answered nor returned. Really poor service and they are not wanting to even correct their own improper billing mistake. About to report them to state medical board as well as other consumer protection agencies for avoiding all calls from insurance company and then claiming they are the only right ones.........even without talking to insurance...really???????????????????

Dr. Yager has been kind and listened to a list of physical complaints a mile long. He takes my concerns seriously, and addresses each issue in turn. He has had a medical student with him, and she has also been very professional and kind. The nurse/medical assistant is very kind, remembers personal details, and has a soft touch when poking you with a needle. The receptionist is always friendly, quick, and bubbly. So far, I am very happy to have switched to Dr. Yagers practice!

Everyone is very professional. Dr. Yager took time to listen to my concerns regarding how I was feeling. He was entirely focused on what I had to say and asked questions if needed. He also explained any procedure he was doing. I did not feel rushed as you sometimes do in a doctor’s office. I was very impressed and feel that I received very good care.

Have been seeing Dr. Yager for 6 years. Have always been pleased with his treatment. Very good bed side manner - attentive, listens, provides simple explanations of medical issues. Suggests additional treatments based on my medical history - flu shots, shingles vaccine, tetnus boosters and blood work-ups twice per year to monitor colesterol, blood sugar, PSA. Approves rx refills for common sense time period before requiring revisit to office. Provides referrals to specialists when appropriate. Moving from area and hope to duplicate Dr. Yagers care in my new location.
