I don’t know how there’s good reviews. The only good thing about this place is Dr. Challa. The staff here are so rude and lack care for patients. It’s obvious they care more about money than the patients themselves. DO NOT GO HERE! I will never be back to this place. The Hispanic lady at the front desk is very rude, and has a superior complex.

Always feel like she is listening and thinking while we are engaged. She is professional yet personable and resolves my issues appropriately. I am thankful to have her as my MD. 😊🌻

I really do not understand all of the good reviews this Physician has . Do not go here this office is very unprofessional and the MD didn’t seem very engaging and and welcoming when I asked her questions . Here it is almost a month later and my lab results have yet to be posted every time I call they tell me to wait a few more days !! I am a medical professional myself so I KNOW this is inappropriate treatment. Maybe they pick and choose who they treat well I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Save yourself the headache and find a better practice!

I have never personally had a problem with the Doctor but I will say their front desk and billing people have always caused me issues. My first visit I was told Dr. Challa would need to be my Pcp to be seen. I changed it through the online service which they instructed. I came back a couple of weeks later because I had gotten a cold and was seen no problem. It wasn’t until months later when I was seeing her again was I told she wasn’t in the system as my PCP. I was told I’d get a large bill but if I explained the situation to the insurance company and appeal it would get resolved. My claim was denied. I come in today and Stephanie the front desk receptionist tells me I need to speak with billing before I am seen. I call, no response. She calls they magically answer and then call me 10min it’s later and they basically tell me the bill is too old and I need to just pay. I ask Stephanie if I’m being refused treatment to which she broadcasts to the entire medical office that I owe $x. I won’t share the amount because I think I’ve been embarrassed enough for today. I tell her I’ll pay something and she makes up a figure that’s more than half that I’d need to pay to be seen. I ask to speak with someone else because that sounded a bit off to me. She said she’d get someone and all I do is wait…and wait…and wait. I ask to speak to Dr. Challa but was told she’s busy but she’ll come out. I wait and wait some more but of course no one ever comes out to speak with me. I asked if Dr. Challa can call me but I doubt I’ll get a call but we’ll see. I have no problem paying my bill but being billed an obnoxious amount for a clerical error on their part sounds like a scam to me. I guess I will have to find another pcp.

I’m sorry to put one star, but I want the clinic to see the review so hopefully they can fix what seems like incompetency within the billing department. I had only been a patient for 6 months with a handful of tele visits and one physical exam. I probably spent 4+ hours on two different occasions trying to rectify issues with the billing department due to incorrect coding which resulted in my insurance not covering the visit. Not to mention, initially it was impossible to get in touch with the billing department because no one would pick up or return a call after leaving a voicemail. That went on for at least a month and it was only because I brought it to the doctors attention. It’s a shame because the front desk staff and Dr. Challa are very nice. The billing department is the specific reason why I stopped going.

I’ve been going to Dr. Challa for about four years now and she has always made me feel so comfortable yet always honest with me at my appointments. She and her staff are always kind and very professional!

This office is getting worse and worse. She was my PCP but I am in search of a new one. I am sick and tired of receiving the bare minimum care. To FU after an appointment you can’t speak to a nurse to ask a simple question, they want you to schedule another appointment and pay a copay for Dr. Challa to spend less than 2 min giving you no new info. It’s useless! Very, very disappointing.

Dr. Challa is very dependable and know her work. She listens and never judge-mental with your or her concerns about the treatment or condition you may have or need. I love the care that Dr. Challa have for her patients.

DO NOT go to this doctor unless you want minimal care and maximum payments. Let’s talk about how this practice takes advantage of their patients by mandating insurance copays for COVID-19 vaccinations and follow up phone calls. Prior to my visit, I was required to pay an insurance copay in order to check into my appointment. When I arrived they said they would void it. The following day I asked for an email confirmation of my voided transaction to which they said they would provide. However, 3 days later my transaction was posted. On the 5th day I began experiencing worse than normal side effects from the vaccine to which the doctor issued document told me to call if these symptoms began. So I called and was refused any information unless I set up a “tele-health-visit” which also mandated a copay. I was concerned for my health with the vaccine being so new, so I was strong armed into paying the copay. The nurse practitioner called me, not the doctor, and the call lasted all of 5 minutes and she told me everything was fine. I asked about my transactions and they refused to void them and sent me to billing. I have called billing, left messages, and called the office multiple times over the past 48 hours and have gotten nothing in response. So now I am out 2 insurance copays for a vaccine that is supposed to be free and they won’t return any of my calls. This has to be the most unprofessional and unethical stunt for a medical practice to pull. I will never recommend or be a patient of this practice again. In all honesty, I don’t know how a medical practice can still be in business with this behavior.

THEY ARE HUMAN BEINGS LIKE US WHO WORK HARD IN THESE TIMES OF PANDEMIC TO HELP US, while we at home resting and thinking how to annoy others !! Very poor customer service from the front desk personnel - a foreign Black woman and another foreign woman. They refused us service and provided uneducated answers. First asked us to come 4 days later, then tomorrow and eventually said they couldn’t help us all. A complete waste of 1 hour and gas. Don’t come here.

I love going to see Dr Challa. Both my mom and I are patients in her facility on Buford Hwy. She always tries to give us the correct treatments that she feels its best for us. She listens to the problem. The staff is really nice too.

The new management is super rude I been going here since I was 16 now I’m 23 this is by far the worst staff I have ever Dealt with I don’t know what happen to the other lady with the burgundy hair but you need her to work the front desk at all times she was very professional very sweet I don’t have a problem with the doctor only the staff !

I made a telemedicine appointment online using her website at around 5 am because I felt so awful. My appointment was for 12 noon, but after reading my symptoms, Dr. Challa called me at 8 am when her office opened because she knew I was very sick. She called the meds right in to the pharmacy, and I was beginning treatment within the hour. THAT is wonderful service. She will be my PCP for as long as Im in this area. Highly recommend!

Overall the staff and Dr. Challa was courteous and good, there were few discrepancies in the vaccination chart, which was corrected immediately upon notification. The wait time was reasonable. We went to this facility for immigration related test and will recommend for the same.

Yesterday I went to see doctor Challa and we decided I’ll take IV with all the vitamins, I woke up today totally different person. Finely got some energy and feel way better in general, my nose stoped running. Always suggest to see doctor Challa, super professional specialist. I’m glad I found her!

Good doctor, terrible service. Did physical exam and got called to pick up my document, ended up waiting for it. Then it’s not ready is it? Like they could’ve sealed and done everything so I just pick it up. Got to work late because picking up the document took longer than the physical itself. And the medical assistant forgot to scan something and she called me when I was already on my way, said can I come back. I came back very frustrated, and she didn’t even apologize. This is the Indian young woman. So unprofessional! The Latina lady in the front was more apologetic, she seems to understand some of us have work. Picking up a document should not take 30+ minutes. Pay all that money for nothing.

The entire experience at this facility was great. The check in process was nice and easy and fast, and the nurses were very attentive and took the time to answers my questions and concerns. Dr. Challa was also great. She was very thorough in her examination and I felt that she did a great job.

I absolutely love my doctor and her staff! From the check-in to the check-out process, all services are offered at its best...they offer excellent service! Dr. Challa has been treating me for years and we have been through a lot together. She has a wonderful bedside manner and is also a great physician. She is nonjudgmental and incredibly supportive of those with health issues. Other comments have been about coming in for refills, but that is medical law and I do not believe she is doing anything other than fulfilling her duty to see you before prescribing.

Reviewing experience for a Doctor is a greater responsibility, that I could realize when I start writing one, where this helps more people to read and rely on.Many times I had to go and visit a doctor it’s a lot in mind and sometimes you can’t streamline all your questions, often our sickness comes combined with our stress, work schedule, financial limits.All these considered, everyone ultimately needs a doctor who is considerate and approachable, this also in turn helps diagnose uncommon issues sometimes. As we know it’s not always we go for simple flu, which still needs attention.Overall, Dr Challa is highly recommended, it’s my honest opinion.
