My husband and I have been going to Dulles Dental Group for 20+ years. The staff are all great and appointments are easy and convenient. My hygienist is George and my husbands is Joseph. Both are very good. George always makes my appt pleasurable, and believe me, I grew up fretting going to the dentist. Hes professional and I love that added touch of Vaseline on the lips and brushing at the end with Listerine. Its a good start to my day. Dr Zia is a great dentist and explains everything in detail before starting any work. Ive recommended my dentist to my brother, who lives in DC and have also recommended to a few people looking for a dentist on Nextdoor. All were very happy and appreciative for the recommendation.

I will not recommend this dentist, I went couple of times until the pandemic hit. I supposed to go back on March 20th 2021 , but they were closed because of Covid. I never got any calls, emails or texts. Now few days ago I got an alert on my credit saying that I have a collection. I never have any debt, after checking and calling the collection I found out that this dentist sent me to collection because I didn’t go to the appointment on March 20th, 2021. They were closed, unbelievable. I got charged $99 for missing and appointment. I called the office and the lady was so rude that hang up on me. I have my insurance that covers for my dental needs, they sent me to collection for missing an appointment in the middle of a pandemic. I paid because I don’t want to have any negative accounts, but it is not fair that i had to paid $99 for nothing. Shame

I have had a lot of dental work done in the past, but Dr. Zia & his team have helped get everything under control. My family and I have been patients at the Dulles Dental Group for about 20 years. The staff is very professional, personable, and courteous. One of the dental hygienists in particular, George, is absolutely great. He takes the time to do a very thorough job, and he is very knowledgeable. For the 20 years my family has been patients here, we most often request George as he makes you feel at ease during the entire visit. When George is not available, I ask for another dental hygienist named Joseph as he is very personable as well. And, when neither George or Joseph are available, I am comfortable with the other dental hygienists who are a part of the DDG Team given that impeccable service is the result. Also, Dr. Zia is wonderful in that he explains various procedures well which exemplifies his level of expertise. I highly recommend Dulles Dental Group to anyone who is seeking dental services.

Dr. Zia and his team love their patients. They have a variety of movies, cartoons, etc. to ease patients anxiety and specialize in comfort. The front office is efficient and handles your billing and schedule questions with understanding and a smile. Plus, you get a goodie bag at every visit to keep your smile healthy and bright.

Update: Dulles Dental lied about accepting care credit promotions, they are not on the list according to the credit card company. I just dont want this happening to anyone else.If youre using care credit make sure they dont charge as a purchase because youll be paying a lot more than you intended. They charged my card as a regular purchase when it should have been a promotional balance and they refuse to fix it or admit they made a mistake and they didnt offer any solution. I thought I found a good dentist but the front desk is incredibly incompetent and Ill never to be able to trust them again. They basically conned me out of hundred of dollars.In response to the misleading statement by the owner: it has nothing to do with care credit policy, theyre actually attempting to help. This is due to the incompetence of the front desk and the refusal to fix your mistakes. You could have simply refunded my account and charged it again properly with the promotion but you refused. Refusing to admit you made a mistake shows lack of character.

Wonderful experience each and every time I go. They always take care of me and my son and keep our oral health in the best shape. Highly recommended.

This is a re-write. This is my experience hope yours was or will be better.  I had 2 bridges put in 15 months ago. I had to remove a different tooth and the dentist told me to go and have the tooth holding the bridge checked. I returned to the practice on 10/ 26 to have the tooth checked was told it will be good for many more years to come. The tooth holding the bridge broke from near the gum line on December 26th 2 months later. I also have to add they told me insurance would cover the cost of the bridge(I had 2 done there all out of pocket) and they did not cover a penny and had to pay the whole amount out of pocket. Their solution pay full price for another bridge!!! After complaining agreed to a discount At this point I feel I was lied to many times. I was lied to when told insurance would cover 50% of the cost. I was lied to when told these bridges last for years. I was lied to again when I had them check the tooth before it broke. Needless to say I will not be returning to this practice. After looking around it will cost me $10000 to replace the lost teeth (implants). The second Bridge I am told is about to break any time as well. Thanks Dulles Dental Group. Other thing that has me puzzled is they would not let me take the broken bridge. Making up an excuse need it to make a mold!!! How would you make a mold from a broken bridge??? If you are an engineer or a dentist you should make sure the base of the Bridge is stable and well supported before putting a load on it not knowing if it will last. It is interesting dentists want their money but what is a guarantee?? How much is a Tooth worth? How long is a bridge supposed to last?

I want to give a very loud shout out to Dr Z and his staff, specifically the Boss Lady of the Dulles Dental Group (DDG) in Centreville. On Saturday, 10/17/2020, I was eating corn on the cob when unexpectedly one of my front teeth broke off. It had a crown due to being hit by a grenade launcher when I was in the Army more than 30 years ago. My wife was in horror by the view of me having a front tooth missing. I couldnt even pronounce words right! I called DDG that day that night thinking no one would get in touch with me until Monday. To my surprise, the Boss Lady contacted me that same night and told me to come in on Monday 10/17 at 0800 hrs to make assessment. Office hours start at 0900 hrs, so they came in early just to work with me because the Office was booked for the day. I went in a little bit earlier and the Boss Lady and Dr Z started working on me and like magic, my tooth was built up ready for an Implant to come. I used to be with another Dentists office and my wife had told me to come to DDG. DDGs commitment to patients well being and devotion to duty puts them above the rest. Stay Strong DDG!

I have used a dentist in Rockville area for the last 17 years. I did not switch dentist often because I thought all the dentists are pretty much the same. I did not realize I was wrong until I visited this office. Dr. Zia is very nice, experienced, and knowledgeable. I actually noticed some of teeth have gum recession problems but both my previous dentist and a dentist I visited shortly at Reston said they cannot be treated. Dr. Zia explained to me they are really issues and actually easy to treat. We are currently in the process of fixing them. Last week hygienist George cleaned my teeth. I have yellow stains on many teeth especially on the back for many years although I have teeth cleaning twice a year. I even thought it is normal and is supposed to be like this. After the teeth cleaning this time I looked at the mirror and I was shocked. All the stains are gone! I said to my wife that I just realized that I had never had any real teeth cleanings before.Another thing I want to mention is my little daughter also has gum recession. Dr. Traboulsi did the surgery for her. We are also satisfied and I would give five stars to his skill level.

Ive been using Dulles Dental Group for years. My daughter initially recommended them to me and I have referred by nephew to them as well. The staff is friendly and efficient. My previous dentist seemed always to find something wrong with my teeth--something to fix--something to charge big bucks for. I think this group finds issues early enough that they dont become major repair jobs and I appreciate that.

I went in for a cleaning and a check up after not going to the dentist for awhile and they were very nice and professional. They had found a few issues and offered to fix them right then and there. I was extremely nervous about going to the dentist but my experience with them has completely changed my mind about the dentist. The office staff is super friendly and was very patient while I asked them a million and one questions. Tara and George are amazing dental hygienist. They made me feel calm and relaxed. Dr. Zia has a magical touch. I honestly didnt even feel when filled my cavity. I also live in Arlington and dont mind making the drive to see them because I really feel taken care of by them. I would recommend them to everyone.

Broke a tooth and was in pain, needed a Saturday appt. Of course my insurance is closed on the weekends so they couldnt verify benefits. Staff called back and were able to get me in and taken care with no out of pocket cost until they are able to run insurance on Monday. The dentist was great. Very reassuring and empathetic of the discomfort I was in. He wanted to make sure I was taken care of and no longer in pain regardless of cost or insurance issues. I will definitely be continuing my care at this practice in the future as well as bring my children for treatment.

George & Joseph are both great dental hygienists. They clearly love their job and they bring a lot of humor and provide a lot of context for the procedures. I recommend requesting either of them.Ive been going to Dr. Zia for two years. It took me awhile to find a dentist in NOVA because too many of them upsell for unnecessary services. Dr. Zia does not! And his hygienists do not go digging for issues to find ways to charge you. I really appreciate the way the practice is run.

I thoroughly enjoy and feel completely safe and heard every single time I go in for a visit. The staff is very kind and patient and there is barely any waiting time when you check-in. I was beyond impressed with my experience at this Dental group. I had an appointment today 10/26/16 and they kept me informed about my appointment via email and text messages. My first contact was with the front desk staff the two lovely ladies greeted me with a smile and they were very professional and pleasant.My appointment ran on time, I was informed that I have a cavity on my initial visit for cleaning, so this was a follow up appointment to get my cavity fixed. Dr. Zia and his assistant worked in perfect rhythm to get the cavity fixed pretty quickly. He asked me couple times during the procedure if i was doing ok, and if he can do anything to make me feel more comfortable. He was really knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the appointment. He did a great job, I dont feel or see the cavity that was filled.I would highly recommend this dental group. Dr. Zia and his staff are very professional and caring, the office was very clean and all the equipments they used were clean or disposable.
