Absolutely the worst care I have ever seen in a care facility. Rude nurses and staff make a bad situation worse. I would not recommend sending any family member here. Their lack of care lead to a hospitalization for almost two weeks!!!! I wish I could call every family that has a patient there and warn them before it is too late.

Recently moved my father into this facility and cant say enough good things about the staff. Having been on a farm for his entire life, transitioning my father into a skilled care facility filled me with dread. I didnt think there was any way dad could become comfortable anywhere but home. As soon as he arrived, numerous members of the staff took interest in him. Visiting with him. Stopping me in the hall to ask what they could do to help him cause they were worried. Calling me anytime they thought I needed to be aware of something but reassuring me they already had things well in hand. As a caregiver, I cant express how much of a relief their assistance to both of us has been. The staff have made Northbrook a second home for my father.The facility is older but dont let that deter you. This place is worth checking out.

My grandmother has lived there for nine months, and I am very happy with her care. My grandmother says, you sure picked a good place for me to live.
