Dr. Jenny and the entire staff are wonderful! They made the whole experience pleasant and non-threatening. Our three year old loves going to the dentist thanks to Little Smiles!

This place is amazing! My daughter was nervous about her first dentist visit but left feeling excited and chipper. Everyone from the front desk to Dr Jenny and the rest of her team were so friendly and inviting. So excited we found this place and look forward to visiting them regularly!

Great experience as always. Great care, cleaning and kind staf and Dr Jenny is the best. My 11,9 and 6 year old always look forward to going and getting their check up.

Dr. Jenny and her team are truly a godsend. We’ve tried a few other pediatric dentists(very unfavorable experiences), and fell in love with the office space and ambience, as well as the customer service from entry to exit. My daughter felt much more at ease, and so did mom ;) Dr Jenny is the best!

Today was our first visit with Dr Jenny! Right off the bat I was impressed with how they interacted with my 5 year old. My 3 year old has never done well at the dentist. But today she did amazing! I was so impressed! After trying several dentists, we’ve found the one we’ll be sticking with thanks to our pediatrician’s recommendation.

Great staff and very professional. They take care of the problem first , make you feel comfortable, understand things and keep the kid calm. I am impressed with Dr Jennifer my 4 year old was very comfortable with her would recommend.

Dr. Jenny & the entire staff are absolutely amazing! We have been going here for years as my boys are 7 & 8 and we went in today to have some teeth pulled. The minute we stepped into the office, my son forgot about his anxiety and was completely relaxed! The entire process couldn’t have gone more smoothly and I am truly so thankful for such a compassionate dentist! Vanessa & Rebecca were amazing and called this evening to check on my son and reminded me how to get in touch with them should we need anything after hours! We absolutely LOVE Dr. Jenny and her staff! As a child I had dental exam anxiety, so when it came time to chose a dentist for our children, it was imperative that we find someone that cared for children and made the visit to the dentist as easy as possible. From the super clean, fun and inviting office, to the office staff, hygienists, kid movies playing in each exam room, etc. the whole experience is pleasant and positive! We were referred by dear friends seven years ago and we tell everyone we know that Little Smiles is by far the best!

We just took our newborn baby there to get checked out for a lip tie. We were pretty sure he had one and prepared for the procedure. When Dr. Jenny came in she was kind and explained everything and showed me that he did not need the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Her front office staff and assistants were also very welcoming and took all the precautions to make sure we felt comfortable bringing our newborn son into the office. We will be setting up appointments for our older kids soon!

Absolutely fantastic experience today with the entire staff at Little Smiles! From the time we stepped in the door and were greeted by Kassy with the best welcome ever, to the head assistant Bekah being so great with both of my kids (3 and 5). Brittney did an outstanding job on the cleaning with both of them especially on my 3 yr old since it was her first time!! And lastly the amazing Dr Jenny! So great with the kiddos, completely thorough and just so kind! I will continue to make the drive from Pflugerville because it was just that Great! Dr. Jenny is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Little Smiles. I previously took my son to a pediatric dentist in Georgetown. He wanted to charge over $800 to remove baby teeth. Dr. Jenny said wait, let them fall out on their own. And they did!!! She is honest, personable, and professional. The office staff is very friendly and talkative. The office is immaculate and well designed.

Dr Jenny and her staff are the absolute best. I am a dentist myself but don’t treat kids in my office so I took my kids to the best pediatric dentist I know. They were so gentle with both my 4 year old and 2 year old. I cannot say enough good things about this office from front office to back! We LOVE Little Smiles! Dr. Jenny and her staff are phenomenal -- they truly care about my kiddos and go above and beyond to make sure that everyone is comfortable, especially their little patients. I brought my 18 month old today for her first check-up, and while she wasnt a fan of anyone poking around in her mouth -- we all walked out of there with a huge smile because Dr. Jenny and her staff were so patient, kind and caring! Weve been seeing Dr. Jenny since we moved to Round Rock 6 years ago. I have a special needs child so finding a patient and compassionate dentist was incredibly important. The entire staff is wonderful. The dental hygienist makes every accommodation to ease my daughters stress. She doesnt talk at her or over her but really talks to her. My daughter has come along way and loves the office and the staff (its just that darn chair itself she hates but they move it into position before she sits in i and she relaxes much faster now). Weve had to have more extensive work done which requires full sedation for my child. Dr. Jenny is amazing. Shes very zen which puts everyone around her at peace as well. I know my daughters in capable hands with her. I also adore the anesthesiologist she works with. She has standards and hires and works with people that meet those standards as well. I highly recommend Little Smiles.

Love them! My older daughter is very scared of getting x-rays and they really took the time to explain them and show her everything first and make it easier for her. The hygienist was sweet and gave me great pointers on how to help cleaning my kids teeth as she worked. They have always been great with my kids- so much that they have said “the dentist is fun!” Even though I have delta I’m happy to pay up front and get reimbursed because it’s just that worth it! Trust me we’ve tried other places and They did not compare.

We are new to the area and after reading reviews I was excited to make appointments for all four of my kids.When I called I was very loudly hung up on, so I called back, accidents happen. When she answered the phone she didn’t even say the name of the place but very abruptly said “how can I help you!”Hmm, everyone has bad days I thought and I told her why I was calling, she cut me off and quickly asked do I have insurance, I replied yes and she again quickly asked what kind.She said we would be out of network and we Will be responsible for 50 or 80% but couldn’t tell me any information until after we went in and were billed.Every other dentist I’ve been too can run my insurance and tell me what I will pay.I really feel like she didn’t even what to do her job.... to bad I heard great things about the dentist but couldn’t get past the receptionist to even find out.

Total scumbags. They engage in the unethical practice of balance billing. Avoid them at all costs.

Dr Jenny and the team give great treatment, advice, and service. I expect that from a dentist, so what sets them apart is the personal touch. My kids feel like they are part of a community at Little Smiles! Highly recommended!

After a bad first pediatric dentist experience with my son I took him to Dr. Jenny. She is nothing but honest, candid and knowledgeable. When he needed sedation for some work she spent extra time easing my fears and detailing the procedures. The anesthesiologist she brought on board was also very professional, experienced and caring. I appreciated this team and their staff very much today and the procedure went off without a hitch even though I was told that might not be the case from others. THANK YOU!!

5 Stars, hands down. Trumps any other pediatric dentist Ive ever visited/seen.Professional staff, clean facility, well organized, and most of all great bedside manner with children. Understood my kids needs (both have high anxiety of dentists, for various reasons). I have a 7 and 12 year old.Highly recommended. Expensive, but not excessive - and well worth it. How important is your childs well being and comfort to you? I made the stretch and encourage you to as well.

The service is great overall and the office is very fun. Weve been going for years, but we received a blank bill in the mail, months after our last appointment. We called to ask what it was for, but all they said is that its what we owe them. Thats it. No details, nothing. So, while theyre good overall, there are too many other good options to keep going.

Took my almost 20 month old to her first checkup. Every single staff member was so kind, patient, and amazing with my fiesty little one. The place was clean and very kid friendly. Dr. Jenny was so great and had realistic expectations regarding the ability to brush a 20 month olds teeth. They gave great tips and pointers on how to help brush at home and answered all my questions!! Highly recommend!

Love Little Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. The office is beautiful and the staff is always so friendly and helpful! Dr. Jenny and her team work well together and are upbeat and fun. We love the new location and how cute it is decorated and all of the fun things for kids to do before and after their appointment.I wish I could have Dr. Jenny as my dentist as well. :-)

My daughter has an extreme fear of doctors and dentists - we have tried about 3 different dentists over the course of 5 years and nothing had worked. Until Dr Jenny. Everyone on her staff was incredibly thoughtful of our situation and helped my daughter feel at ease. They also understood that she is an extreme case and had options for us that other dentists did not. Their office is completely set up for kids and is a welcoming environment. My daughter sat in the chair and opened her mouth for the first time in 7 YEARS last week. And when we left the appointment said Mom, the dentist isnt that bad. I almost cried. Dr Jenny and her staff have helped my daughter overcome her fear, and for that I will be forever grateful. You are in good hands!

Grandmother of a strong-willed toddler, whose previous 2 visits to our normal dentist resulted in 1. not opening her mouth at all the first time, and 2. only opening for the hygienist to take a quick peek ... ONE time only. No bad feelings, just toddler mood and reluctance.They referred us to Dr. Jenny and Little Smiles and OMG! Night and day difference ... the environment is definitely suited for children. The staff is engaging. And there was minimal hesitation which was immediately overcome by the technician. Talk about becoming fast friends. She opened wide, they x-rayed her, and Dr. Jenny did an exam. No cleaning, but I dont believe that will be an issue going forward.BEST experience. I love my dentist for referring, and love this practice!

Being going here for last 1 and half years for my 11 year old. Its very welcoming for kids. So i thought my other kids can also use the same facility. So on our first visit for my 8 year old, doctor said he has 4 cavities ( 2 in upper jaw and 2 in lower jaw) and the treatment plan she stated is about $1250.I have 3 kids and we used to go to another dentistry. They are a bit far and thats the reason we started coming to Little smiles. I went back to my old dentist facility (TLC)for second opinion. They took his xrays again and concluded that out of 4 cavities, two were air trapped between his earlier filling and there is only one cavity in the upper jaw. They could tell this for sure because they had his history for the past year check ups. There was no other cavity.Since the 6month check up is already done in the Little smiles and my insurance will not cover the xrays for a second time.I ended up paying 160 dollars for one cavity and xray was free of charge.Other parents who does not have the leisure of time will end up paying this huge amount of $1250 dollars and more importantly the kid will go through the treatment for 4 cavity when he had only one.Another thing, my insurance which covers 100 percent the cost of xrays for 6 month cleaning.Little smiles send me a statement of $140 dollars saying that they no longer take my insurance as of Aug 9, 2019 and this amount is my responsibility. I paid the amount.I think its their responsibility to let the parents know that they no longer take the insurance before the appointment.Never going back.

When it comes to non-covered service, they charge full fee w/NO in-net provider discount. To top that, For the conscious sedation anesthesia I was charged more then an out-of-net provider price range. Dr. Jenny and the dental assistance are amazing, however the office staff can and will over-charge when given the opportunity. Needless to say, I will be changing pediatric dentistrys to a more reasonable one which offers in-net providers non-covered discounts.

I have been taking my boys here for at least 3 years or more, after a slightly traumatic experience with another childrens dentist where we live in Kyle. We love Little Smiles, as evident by our long drive to see them twice a year! The atmosphere is a childs dream, with iPads and kids movies in the waiting area and a movie while the kids get their teeth cleaned. I dont think my youngest child, who is 6, even acknowledged that his teeth were getting cleaned while he watched a show at our most recent appt in June. The dental hygienists are incredibly nice, patient, and quick. Dr. Jenny will take the time to review x-rays and options with you if your child needs an additional procedure. Her entire staff is very professional, and even though Ive been referred by friends to closer pediatric dentists, my kids still want to come here!

Both my husband and I felt like they were pushing us to get unnecessary xrays done during the cleaning session when we told them our insurance will not cover the xrays. The hygenist is very friendly but Dr. Jenny, not much.

My 2 yr old hit his front tooth on a table corner, it bled for 10 minutes and stopped. But after 2 days I noticed some discoloration. Panic stricken I called Dr Jenny and left a message. She called me back in less than 10 minutes eventhough it was her day off. She also advised me to bring him in for a check up ASAP. The office was clean with tiny chairs. She took time to explain the situation, she even helped me find a pediatrician as I had just moved here. Few days later we received a babys first dentist visit picture.
