Doc and his office staff are super friendly and professional. Hes the only orthopedic I would recommend.

I liked Dr. Valastro’s bedside manner and figure he’s a good doctor. That being said, I could not get a call back from his nurse or him after 3 attempts. I needed help with mobility and where to find the device he prescribed and was clear about needing a call back on my voicemails. The third time I called, I told the receptionist I was very unhappy about not having any calls returned and that I wanted to leave a message for Dr. Valastro specifically. She sent me to what sounded like an unmanned voicemail and I got no call back. My PCP called Dr. Valastro’s office after I complained to her about it and her office told me they didn’t get a response from him or his nurse either.Ironically, I called to cancel my appointment and let them know I’m switching to a doctor who will help me and their system hung up on me after about 10 seconds.A doctor (and nurses) who aren’t there to answer any questions are not worth seeing in my book.
