I had an appointment with Dr Zinn regarding an injured arm and neck. He was very thorough. He took his time, excellent bedside manner. I feel Im on the road to recovery. ARC Cedar Park is now my favorite providers.

Dr. Zinn saw my husband and he was great! Quick and thorough, he also gave realistic options while avoiding surgery.

Appointment with Dr.Zinn need to be very careful and they charge as consult output; L4 for just reading X-ray for less than 5 minutes appt; and will charge $317 for 2 mins appt visit and usually other doctors will take as office visit charge $123 - Be careful when take appt with the Dr. Zinn.

So far, Dr. Zinn has been very easy to work with, evaluated me and sent me to PT, which is where I was pretty sure I was headed.

First appointment with Dr. Zinn & a nurse orders an xray before I even see the doctor or get evaluated by anyone! Does ARC have a practice of submitting patients to radiation unnecessarily?I waited 30+ minutes to see Dr Zinn. Another patient who arrived 15 minutes after me who did not refuse that xray before initially seeing the doctor was put in a room first. So I was told my wait would be 45 minutes to an hour to see Dr. Zinn. So not only does the nurse order xrays for every patient that walks in the door for an initial appointment, but if the patient refuses the xray until after being evaluated by Dr. Zinn, patients will have to wait longer.Bad practice! No doctor should subject patients to radiation & other unnecessary, possible harmful tests or treatments before evaluating the patient first! This is exactly why health insurance is sky high!! Doctors - even Osteopathic Doctors (D.O) - take a hypocratic oath to do no harm! Blindly ordering xrays & subjecting patients to radiation unnecessarily is doing harm!!
