Staff were great and very friendly. Check-in was very easy and I was in and out in no time.

Waited for 30 - 40 minutes for Maria to call me to the desk to get my blood work only that she asked if my doctor faxed it and i said yes without looking she said “ i don’t see any fax for you” and walked away, when she came back i asked her what her name was and quietly gave me her first and last name with quite an attitude. There were 2 other people waiting for almost an hour. As someone that works in healthcare i would NEVER treat me patients like that.

I absolutely love LabCorp! I have been to this location several times, always have a positive experience. Staff is friendly and professional. I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes. I found LabCorp after being disrespected time after time at CPL. I have been recommending LabCorp to all my friends and family.

The office says open 8 to 5 but got there at 2:45 on Friday and a sign said new daily hours are 8:30 to 11:30. How are people supposed to know that? I drove 30 minutes to get there. Why not update your hours online? So irresponsible and discourteous.

I had a 9am appt and waited over 20 minutes to get in! When I asked how long I would be waiting, the woman didn’t even look up and me and said, very annoyed, “a few minutes.” I’ve had many draws in my life, and this is certainly the worst experience I’ve had. Don’t bother with this location appointment or not!

Ive been to this office 4 times & 3 of the 4 times (first time was a different lady)the lady has been very unpleasant & unprofessional. I will definitely be going to a different location next time!!
