ARA is always very professional and efficient. The initial wait time on the phone to schedule an appointment is long but the staff is very quick and efficient once your turn in the phone queue comes up. Wait time in the parking lot once you have checked in by phone is quick and the front desk staff at the facility is also efficient and quick. All ARA facilities I have been to are clean, calm and orderly. Imaging staff is kind and calm; they explain things in a clear & detailed manner. Time in imaging is very quick also so, overall, the time to get the whole appointment done is quick.

The staff is very kind at this location. Before choosing ARA, any phone question, or concern, takes FOREVER. Do not expected to call a certain location for quick question. You will have to wait 10-20 minutes, where as your question takes 2 min. Secondly, in terms of MRI table, I think this location has the most shakey table. I have never had a brain MRI where the table is moving beneath me. Third, there is no point using their head phones. The noise is the strongest I have ever encountered. I would rather bring my own plastic plugs. Finally, I asked if I could have a CD. They were honest and said it would take about 20 min. Understandable. I would wait for it; because you will not receive it by mail up to to 15 days.

Always clean, professional and timely. ARA offers evening appointments which is awesome! I have felt protected and safe after having to visit twice during COVID. Consistently 5 stars! Thank you!

Always cordial staff at the Cedar Park office. The nurse/tech keeps the patient advised as to what screening will be done. Pleasant experience.

For scheduling an appointment it says 30 minutes wait time.JUST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT 30 MINUTES WAIT TIME.Representative is saying they are busy and cant help. Not sure what kind of service is this. Thank you for this amazing system

The whole process was smooth and efficient. Everyone, from the person on the phone making my appointment to the front desk staff to the xray tech was friendly, helpful and professional. Check in was super easy and fast, appointment right on time, process streamlined, private, safe. Price is exceptional if you have to self pay. All questions answered, all procedures explained thoroughly. I have been here before (Im a bit of a klutz) and I really am impressed and appreciate the thorough, caring, efficient, outstanding service.

Efficient check in. Short wait time. Everyone was friendly. The person who did my mammogram talked me through it and did a great job. She was very efficient and tried not to lead me in the painful positions for very long.

Ive used ARA for over 20 years with many different doctors. They just keep getting better! Always pleasantly efficient, prompt, communicate well throughout initial contact through end of appointment. They have enacted easy to comply with safety measures during this covid 19 time. I highly recommend them. Update: Just had another opportunity to experience the well oiled system at ARA Diagnostic Imaging and they remain a 5 star group of people. My experience is with the one in Cedar Park on Parmer. Their remodeling is complete and has improved the process. My interaction last night with 4 individuals was excellent from front desk to being wheeled out to my vehicle because my knee was hurting so badly! Everyone was pleasant, efficient, skilled, informative, and helpful! Still highly recommend them!

Had 2 back to back MRI done. Both were fast and very well done. The Med staff were outstanding and very polite. I highly recommend this business.

They went above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible for my procedure. Mary was so awesome and informative, Wendy was so attentive and informative as well, Kim was super awesome supporting me throughout the procedure going above and beyond to hold my hand through it all. That meant a lot to me. And of course awesome Dr. Agatston He was so quick and delicate with the procedure I was shocked how great it went. Thank you all for all your great work. This is a top notch place from scheduling to getting any imaging. I had an ultrasound and they are very thorough. Every single person is so nice, pleasant and cares about you. I recommend ARA with confidence you will get the very best care.

I hardly give 1 stars… this is probably my third one ever. This morning I contacted ARA, I figured I’d be on hold for a little while. Umm, I reached 20 minutes and still no one picked up. 25min 30min and FINALLY I was connected to Denise. Now when Denise answered her greeting was a bit garbled, so I clarified who I was speaking to and she kindly, but I could tell she was annoyed. However I was being understanding and then……..! DENISE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Look, I get it. BUT ARA need to understand, the first voice people hear calms the situation. People are calling to make appointments either themselves or loved one. That need pertinent test. Please make the phone call pleasant - you do t know what the other person on the other line is going through.

Scheduling was fine. Check-in and Covid practices are fine. But, be certain that you have everything explained to you to your satisfaction. Do not just accept the word from the technical staff that everything is fine or no additional pictures are required. They are good but they are not the doctor who reads your screening or diagnostic test results.

If was very easy for me to schedule an appointment for X-ray and the staff was really good, informative, followed covid guidelines and scheduled same day appointment. Ample of parking space and only took 30 minutes (it was so quick) otherwise for few places 30 minutes seems to be waiting time for your turn to come.

The ARA clinics all seem to be very concerned and helpful each time I have a scan of some kind....and theres been several! Thanks everyone

This was a very good experience. I have a compound tibia/ fibula fracture that needed rod and pins put in. I was getting a follow up exray 10 days after surgery. I have to hop on my good foot ,which happens to be sprained , while using a walker and I wasnt even completely inside the door and they ran to get me a wheelchair. My checking in went by fast and their demeanor was friendly and kind. I didnt even have to wait because seconds after signing papers my name was being called. She was the one who took my exrays. She was friendly and showed concern for my comfort and safety and explained what she was doing. Even wheeled me out to me friends vehicle. It was all done in like 20 minutes. That was so helpful since waiting is excruciating when you are in pain. Thank you Cedar Park ARA diagnostics. 5 stars for sure

ARA was great for my annual mammogram. They were quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. For a not so fun appointment the staff got me in and out and I was on my way.

This group told me my imaging would be covered 100% by my insurance. A month later I get a bill asking for $700 AFTER my insurance paid $1200! The technicians also have really bad bedside manner. I had steoyng kidney pains from the medication they gave me for the imaging & was told, thats probably from the problem your being diagnosed for. I asked, did you see a problem. He responded, talk to your doctor. Turns out the imaging showed everything was fine. It was just the medication. But he had me thinking cancer until I got my results! Very insensitive to make me worry like that. I cannot recommend this group. Very unprofessional in too many ways.

Ive been to this location many, many times and have always had a great experience, but this time knocked it out of the park. I am 6 feet tall and covered in tattoos and have one true phobia: being numb. So thats kind of a lie. Im scared of just about everything. The wind blows too hard and I get nervous, but pain doesnt bother me. Dont ask me how it works, just go with it. Theres something about being numb though that gives me a case of the fainties. When I was told I needed a breast biopsy I was literally panic stricken, not because breast cancer is a when thing instead of an if in my family, but because I knew that numbing was going to make an appearance. I made sure to let everyone know, like, everyone-everyone that I could (I didnt want to be THAT person that just pulls it out of nowhere) and was met with such compassion. They were not only incredibly reassuring and easy to talk to, but the doctor and techs literally talked me through the whole thing while keeping me distracted. I seriously think it was the only reason I didnt pass out. I dont know whos hand I was holding during the actual procedure, but I am so, so sorry and I hope you can still use it :/

The front desk staff were welcoming and got me checked in quickly and understanding of my billing issues due to snowpocalypse so agreed to just bill me and give my insurance time to catch up. My MRI technician was very caring, skilled at placing my IV catheter and gave me warm blanket when I got cold. He went above and beyond to make sure I was warm and happy and understood everything going on. Couldnt even think of one thing I wasnt happy with.

This was my first visit to ARA Cedar Park, but I gave it a 5 because I received the same level of care that I have come to expect from my more than ten (10) years experience with ARA Georgetown.

ARA is THE top medical group I go to. Not only are their people friendly and helpful, but even when there is bad news they are careful in how they share that with you. You feel genuine concern from them. If I could wave a magic wand I would make every medical facility feel just like ARA!

Did not get appropriate paperwork and double check to make sure they had it. Rescheduled appt. due to lunch break. Came back and had to refill out paperwork despite both front staff and medical techs saying I would not need to1 star due to setting false expectations , not valuing my time , and not communicating cost of money or time.If I could go anywhere else I would.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Wait time was ridiculously long. I am not sure why I had an appointment. More like walk-in time. Very long wait time, but I needed the nap in the waiting room. Personally, I would not go back. I had a much better experience at Longhorn Imaging.

ARA Cedar Park is fantastic. I’ve had loads of imaging done here and it’s been a great experience every time. They’re very well organized and are kind and incredibly patient with me and my fear of needles! Major shoutouts to Wendy and Gus — I’ve been fortunate to have most of my visits coincide with their shifts they are both wonderful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

They staff made our child feel so comfortable about her procedure from the very start. They showed her the MRI machine and explained it all to her before hand. It was truly amazing. Thank you for making a child feel comfortable during an uncomfortable situation.

Just need to vent...The country we live in 😢To you Im a BILL to my mom Im her baby girl to my kids Im their mother and all they have.This county Is a place where 33yrs is to young for a mammogram but a year later Is told 33yrs is to young to die...I realized going through this Cancer journeyA hospital cant refuse you care but can keep rescheduling till you get better insuranceIm stage 4 and had my MRI for my breast and chest push back a month a go. last night I had 2 options 1) pay 900.00 or 2) push my appointment out because my insurance wont cover it. But she seen a note saying it was coved from my social worker but because she didnt see proof those were my options....THIS IS WHY PEOPLE COMMITTED SUICIDE AND DONT FIGHT CANCER OUR SYSTEM IS BROKEN...INSURANCE WILL CHOOSE WHO LIVES OR DIES😢

The new COVID check in process was a little silly. You get a text and ask to wait in your car. They suggest to wait 10min after checking in via text: I waited 15 before calling front desk and they told, oh there’s no need to wait just come right in. Other than that the process was very quick and I was in and out within 30minutes. Great friendly staff.

The staff from the front desk all the way to the staff doing the imaging were super nice. The staff wasvery thorough in their explanations about what they were doing and are very personable. I highly recommend this group.

When I had to go for my MRI at the ARA, Cedar Park, I was nervous about the whole thing. But I found it very easy because of the caring, helpful staff there. From the front desk staff to MRI Technician, they do the best to make you comfortable.. The MRI technician walked me through everything that was going to happen, including providing earplugs and warmed blankets. I will definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

This visit is the first visit since Covid and I was very pleased with the way they are running the office. I like the check from the car. And not allowing too many in at once.. and actually seeing someone clean chairs after each person was called back... I felt they are taken every step to provide a safe environment. The tech was very clear in explaining the procedure. This was a great experience.

Very courtrous staff , if you are scheduled then waiting time is very short. Walk ins do have longer wait though. Try to schedule an appointment it will be done in no time.. All the technicians are respectful, knowledgeable and know their job.

I was very nervous about having an MRI done because I am so claustrophobic. During scheduling, the lady explained that there was an open MRI that was less-confining and much better for people that are claustrophobic.During my appointment the two staff members that assisted through the test were absolutely anything! They were very patient and professional with my fears and helped to calm my nerves. The open MRI was definitely better than the original (still don’t like enclosed spaces) as I would highly recommend it to others with the same fears.

I had testing at both ARA facility in Georgetown and the Womens ARA. Both facilities made me feel that Covid procedures were being followed and I felt very safe. The technicians were very kind and I didnt have to wait at either facility more than 5 minutes before they called me in. What a concept! I am very happy with the treatment at the facilities and would be happy to recommend them.

So ive been in a lot of pain and ARA Imaging in Cedar Park sent me away because I had been in seattle..3-4 weeks ago, well past the 7-14 day mark anything shows up. And Ive had 0 symptoms. I dont know what to do. They asked some questions about travel, I mentioned I was in Seattle 3-4 weeks ago and have no symptoms, and they gave me a mask and put me in an isolated room. Then told me to go home.Called the ARAImaging office and they seem really confused why i was turned away since the max period of concern is 14 days. They called the location i went to and said they are still refusing to see me regardless and are very adamant about it for some reason. The radiologist never even came into my room.He said if the radiologist refuses there is not much he can do even if he thinks its ridiculous and disagrees with it. He tried calling the other locations and they said because one radiologist sent me away they all have to refuse me, even though Im well past 14 days and have no symptoms.They didnt even reschedule me, they gave me a card and told me to go home while in tears. For the record, the man on the line was very understanding and concerned and tried his best, but the radiologist is just blocking me from all locations. He spoke to his supervisor and the supervisor was also scratching his head, stating thats not really normal or what they messaged out. Maybe they don’t believe my dates for some reason? I have my ticket showing the dates..I am in pain and sad and very anxious. They wont let me reschedule for anything sooner than 3 weeks...almost 2 months after my trip. And my fear is as more demand rises for imaging tests due to actual Covid cases, Ill get pushed out even longer.😔

A very busy place. COVID SAFE. With certainty, I can say the staff can handle any situation. A car smashed into the middle of the waiting area. Everyone was quite shook up. The staff made sure there were no injuries. A few adjustments were made, police and the fire department arrived and business resumed. Youll be in good hands.👍
