My visit to New Hope Dentist was fairly pleasant for an initial exam, cleaning and impromptu filling. Check in was a breeze as I was the first patient of the day, but I was having a difficult morning and the length of having to sit through X-ray shot after shot was such a lengthy ordeal and being prodded and handled every which way to get the shots was a bummer. I was not expecting this visit to take over 2 hours and it was something that knocked out my entire work morning which I did not prepare for. My previous dentist in the arboretum was a bit more quick to help me through the motions so this was taking me back a bit. Navigating my X-rays, there was a mention from the dental assistant that I grind my teeth and then lots of talk about an immediate treatment plan.Ive been pretty well versed with dentist visits as Ive had quite a bit of work done with various dentists around the greater Austin area and it was just a bit pushy to feel like there was a plan right away to get started with. Also with grinding my teeth, a slight nudge to trying to convince me to say yes to a pricy mouth guard but past dentists if they have mentioned this have shared its an easy solution with picking one up from Amazon to protect the mouth.Dr. Andrew Davis was my visit through Opencare as they have mentioned they are great at finding great dentists in the area. His service was very well done, fillings and deep cleanings handled efficiently. I did not have complaints about the parking lot, very abundant though could be cozy depending on time of day. I will say they could do a better job of stating what is and what is not covered, just to be more candid and matter of fact as I did not realize fluoride would be a $25 cost. All other dentists Ive visited in the past have included that in my visit for free, with a berry flavor tasting and gifted me a little nice travel toothbrush and floss kit which I love to throw in my travel luggage. Ive also missed the headphones with your own specific Spotify playlist but thats not a big ordeal during the pandemic.Im on the fence but I like the proximity since Im local to CP now but would appreciate the freedom of having later week and weekend appointments due to a working life and baby care.

Everyone that I interacted was so great and friendly. Sarah and Kayla were really cool gals and made my dentist visit so much more awesome. I was really nervous considering it had been 1.5 years since I went but everything went smoothly. The Dr was really great too and explained things really well. I had a great experience!

I love all the staff here at New Hope Dentist! The most family friendly office I have ever been to. Also Dr. Rao is amazing! She is helping me feel more comfortable with my smile! Definitely recommend!

I had my first appointment this week and it was amazing. The clinic is always kept clean and comforting. Scheduling my first appointing was incredibly easy and took a simple call. I received excellent care from the staff and Dr Rao I was provided with a great care plan that Im looking forward to completing the first round of suggestions. My second appointment today was amazing too. Ive never been happier to have peoples hands in my mouth. The doctor took extra care and didnt overwork it.

10/10 would recommend. Dr. Rao is amazing. She is gentle and takes her time which is important to me. I was a thorough experience with some one taking care of my oral health. The team takes the time to make sure you understand why the treatment is being suggested. I appreciate the accommodation when Im not able to make certain days. If you have dental anxiety like me this is the place to bury your fears :) ♡ They make you feel like a friend rather than just a patient. Hopefully you will think so too.

They have amazing team everybody is so great, Dr David is the best they work so good and fast, one thing than I love was it that they speak Spanish too 😀 so that was more easy to me

I had a traumatic experience in my 20s and as a result, I do NOT do well with dentists. I avoided them for years...until a cavity got infected and the pain was so bad I couldnt anymore. Dr. Rao and Dr. Davis were patient and kind and managed to get the tooth out when I couldnt wait any longer for the oral surgeon. The biggest recommendation I can give is that Ive been back - multiple times, for non-emergency dental care. Sarah, in particular, is a godsend, but the entire staff is lovely. You can feel that every person there genuinely cares, and they arent super judgey.

I was very happy with Dr Rao and her staff. All were very caring and listened to my thoughts and questions quite attentively. Also had quality safety measures in place for safe visit.

I love New Hope! I feel like my comfort is a big concern for the team. Dr. Pridgen is very thorough and answers all of my questions and concerns. He even shows me areas of my teeth than I can focus on at home and offers affordable options for at home teeth maintenance. I absolutely love everyone at New Hope, they are the nicest, fastest, and most concerned for my comfort of any dentist I’ve ever been to. I had about a 7 year lapse in dental care because of a horrifying experience with my last dentist, add in working at a candy store for 3 years and it left me with teeth that need quite a bit of work. I was in terrible pain and needing a root canal, so I put aside my fear of dentists and went. I can’t tell you how wonderful they have been. Dr. Pridgen listens to my needs and concerns, I can ask as many questions as I need, and best of all, I am no longer scared of the dentist! All of the dental assistants are so sweet too! They have seriously changed my life. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I have been avoiding the dentist for almost a decade now and my teeth were in really bad shape. After going to Steve Pridgen at New Hope Dentist that won’t be the case moving forward. Such an incredible experience with Steve and his team. They take more than the appropriate steps to keep their patients and staff safe. Extremely helpful answering my questions and most importantly I can’t believe the results after just one cleaning! We live 35mins away and I’m sending my entire family/friends there moving forward. Well worth the drive!

Poor support....We had an appointment through opencare for wife.1. Looks like Doctor is not having enough time to provide support what has been requested for. We opted for cleaning and examination, they day they dont have time for that2. Poor support from staff that they cant even provide any acknowledgment.3. We have filled the pre documentation,.looks lie staff is NOT having enough system knowledge to review the information which was fill online. We will have to wait outside of the hospital for a long timeTry avoid this New Hope dentist

I absolutely love Dr Steve and his assistant. The are friendly and excellent at their job. They pay close attention to ensure my comfort. They are knowledgeable and assistance in any discussion needing to be made. I appreciate everything they have done for me.The others in the office are fantastic as well. They greet me by name when I come in. They are helpful with billing and any questions. I appreciate everything this dentist office has to offer.

I had a severe tooth pain for the past few months, was avoiding visit to a dentist for while due to covid. I finally visited New Hope Dentist at cedar park this Wednesday and i had an overwhelming experience.I was pretty impressed by their Covid regulations, they asked me to fill up a form outside the clinic and got me in at exact time of the procedure. while i was a little taken aback initially but then got the point. Its for my own safety not making patients sit in close proximity.I met Dr Sravanthi Rao, she was so calm and comforting. she heard me at length with a lot of patience, diagnosed my condition and suggested the remedy. I got her to conduct the procedure. had to remove 3 cavities, do fillings and shape by front tooth. She and her assistants made me feel at ease and the whole procedure was done like a dream. I was so happy with the overall experience that i wanted to put a review. I have now got my permanent dentist and would highly recommend them.

Despite not being a fan of going to the dentist I really enjoy my visits here. The staff is incredibly friendly, they know what they’re doing, and they really care for their patients.

I absolutely love New Hope Dentist! Every time I come here, Dr. Sharma and the entire staff take such great care of me and help me feel calm. After years of dental visits elsewhere that always seemed to cost more and more, despite the work Id already paid for; New Hope is a refreshing change. Even when work has had to be done or I needed a mouth-guard, the cost compared to other dentists was surprisingly less. Dr. Sharma also has such a wonderfully sweet demeanor and energy that I always feel I understand whats going on, what options I have, and - most importantly - that I am in great hands.

Amazing staff - very friendly, genuine and caring. Very relaxed atmosphere with gentle and kind dentist and technicians. Highly recommend!

They were very nice but my fillings all fell out within months. They also put in a crown that feels like a small boulder in my mouth. No serration, like normal teeth, it’s fat and thick and round and weird. I think they are very nice people using subgrade materials.

I have been to this new practice twice. Nothing has changed. The office is still pleasant and very clean. The staff is delightful and accommodating and the care is excellent. I highly recommend this dental practice. One other thing, There are no traffic issues within five miles of this office and they have parking right outside the door.

I totally agree with Sabrin. I had the same experience with them.I could have seen the reviews before I go there. I visited them with my family last summer and they are with a list for everyone. thats kind of surprise for everyone but we got most of them by paying. We never had this list before with any dentist. My family never want to visit them again, but I did visit today, apparently I had to walk out. OMG.I feel like they always try to find a way to come up with a list of things to be done.Front office so smart to welcome but Lesson learned and never visit them again. I do not recommend at all.

This has been, by far, the best experience I have had at a dentist. Dr. Yousef was very gentle with the cleaning and incredibly kind. The staff are all very sweet and truly care about the patients they assist. I can officially say that now, I look forward to going to the dentist! :)

What can I say, I trust Dr. Sharma with all my dental needs.The team at the South and North location are fantastic. They are upfront with costs and procedure.I had to come in for an additional appointment for my procedure and she made the drive from the South location to the North to ensure I was being taken care of.I highly recommend New Hope Dentistry

Saw Dr. Parekh. She was very nice but not very good. Caused some problems, left me with some permanent issues, and was very negative about even minor things she discovered. Im not sure Dr. Parekh helps the practice. Dont recommend. On the flip side, the office staff were extremely nice.

Dr. Dimple Sharma is super caring. I’m young so I didn’t know much about dental care. They love my daughter and I feel comfortable as well at this point. They are very understanding when I need to reschedule as I am a full time student, mom, and employee. Worth the drive.

After 52 years, I’ve finally found a dental office that I don’t dread going to! Dr Sharma and her staff are friendly and welcoming. They don’t over book so you get as much time with them as you need. Before finding New Hope Dental, I would rather have surgery than go to the dentist. Now, I don’t mind going at all!

My first visit to this dental practice was an excellent experience. From the moment I contacted Jessica, she ensured that an appointment was made in a relatively short time and her follow-up was superb. Sarai explained what procedures would take place during the examination and asked if I had any discomfort while x-rays were done. She made me feel at peace. Dr. Sharma conducted a thorough evaluation, patiently answered my questions, gave recommendations on how to improve my dental hygiene and prioritize treatment options. I am thankful that I found New Hope Dentist. Highly recommended!

It’s been a good while (wayyyy too long) since my last checkup.This was beyond easy, and the staff is amazing!They were expecting me when I came in and I was greeted by name, it’s a small practice but the waiting room is comfortable.After the X-rays and photos of my teeth, Dr Sharma did a routine cleaning. She was very polite and asked me several times if I needed to stop just let her know, and my teeth feel so much better already.At the end they created a easy to understand plan for the rest of my dental care, and let me know that I had several options for payment and scheduling.I will be back next week to begin the adventure of fillings!Overall completely recommend and will hopefully be able to bring my family to this friendly and kind practice.

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff; I feel very welcome and cared for in their facility. Dr. Sharma evaluates and explains everything clearly, and takes plenty of time to answer all questions. I went there for the first time and it was my last time. Never going back there! I went to do my annual cleaning and check up. I felt like everything was wrong with my teeth! The dentist made it seem like my teeth needed so much work! I go to my dentist twice a year and have my cleaning done twice a year as well. My regular dentist never mentioned any of these! The dentist suggested deep cleaning. I was thinking may be for next time I can do it! But they refused to do regular cleaning because the had suggested deep cleaning! I was so upset! Never ever going back there! Never!

The Doctor explained everything before she did any work and they let me know how much it would cost before hand. The staff is very nice!!

I originally went in for an exam and xrays on 3/27 with Dr. Sharma and I left with a print out of the treatment plan. Several days later the kind and friendly receptionist called me to make a deal. I planned on paying with cash. She emailed me the new treatment plan prices (which were about 25% less). I ended up getting an infection and received antibiotics. The doctor called it into the pharmacy, which was a lovely service and greatly appreciated. I decided to go ahead and get one of the procedures done with the new, reduced price. I was seen by a different dentist who was standing in for Dr. Sharma she came to the conclusion that my cavity was significantly larger than what Dr. Sharma had originally diagnosed, therefore, the price would go up by $100. They told me this when I was in the chair, somewhat numb and vulnerable. I almost went for it, but something in my gut told me this was not right. When I enquired why the diagnosed had changed she replied, “if you go to 15 different doctors you will get 15 different answers.” Ugh scary. The doctor wanted me to leave happy, so she decided not to charge me the extra $100. My point is this, watch out for bait and switch, question everything, it is your money and your mouth. Once the dentist got started on my cavity she was quick and swift. I did leave a happy customer, but with my guard up.
